Negative experience: This place is awefiul, I preorder a silent hill f and I didnt get the steel case, which the cashier made me pre order one to get the steel case. This was like 2 months ago, and when I went to pick it up on the release day they said, sorry we're sold out ...then said we didnt get any at all.So which one was it ? What's the point for preodering a game and you dont get what you order....False advertisement. That's why people are shopping online now to evade these type of problems.

Negative experience: July 27th, 2025 1:30pm Extraordinarily rude customer service. Honestly, ive never experienced that before. I'd have assumed I ruined the woman's day by walking in. I truly have no idea what the attitude was about. I guess I will stop visiting gamestop like most people considering the in store random treatment. Do better.

It was pretty slow at the time in the store and John came up to ask if I needed any help. He claimed he wasn't very knowledgeable in the topic, but he provided some great insights and conversation. For a guy who usually wants to be left alone while window shopping, John made the experience really enjoyable!

Negative experience: I preordered a game. When I went to pick it up on release date, they didn't even have it. Also, this location only really has one employee working so wait times can get very long. The absolute incompetence of this place to not have video games ready on release date is horrible despite them being a store that specializes in selling video games. They also like to waste your time by talking to you endlessly about their rewards programs too which are also useless. They really should just go out of business due to their incompetence.

Positive experience: Make sure you inspect any GameStop refurbished products. The switch I bought last week had a dead fan, so console would overheat and not charge joy cons. Instead of dealing with the headache to return it. I refurbished it myself with a 20 dollar fan from Amazon. Do better GameStop.

Negative experience: One doesn't expect much from gamestop but this one is horrible for selection and for taking nice kept current titles for trade in. Also store is dirty and unorganized as well .Just go to fallout games for better selection and trade in values . It's only a matter of time before they go out of business anyways.

This is the best gamestop I have found around the valley and trust me I have been to many. I am a huge game enthusiast and in recent years have dabbled in content creation. What first drew me to this game stop was a manager I met. He would learn his customers, engage, and relate. He would pitch game sales which is their job but only the ones tailored to what you play. He sadly left but I kept going back. One of the managers I met after him, Janice, and all her associates do the exact same thing which is why I keep going back. I introduced my boyfriend and a friend or 2 to this location and they all agree about the services you get there. I know recently there's been a lot of bad press about GameStop and their employees but this is not one of those locations. GameStop should really stop and look into what Janice and her store is doing because whatever they are doing its the right way. Which is a lot coming from me since I am picky about stores especially once that thrive off sales. I don't return to pushy environments. This place will recommend or ask once then let it go if you say no. I have been to 3 other stores close to here that don't give the same respect so I never went back. I won't even go to those stores. I'll either wait till this one has what I'm looking for or I'll have this store order it for me. I hope they keep doing what they do best because we will always choose them first. Fantastic experience: Every time I have a issue or need something that they dont have it gets taken care of. Like I had a controller messing up on me and I talked to the manager about it a few weeks ago. Then life happened and I got delayed to go fix the problem. I went in tonight to get another game and take care of the controller issues and not only did the manager remember about it she still helped me out with it. That is why this will always be the place I go.
