Fantastic experience: If there ever was a person deserving of being called the GOAT, its Aleck. I haven't gone to a gamestop in a few years but I had a huge trade in so I figures they would be my best bet. The first store I went to wouldnt accept my trade in due to its size but recommended this location. Not only did she spend 2 hours doing through everything while seemingly enjoying it but juggled several customers at the same time, she did it with the most friendly attitude ive seen from an employee at gamestop I've ever been to. To top it all off she did it all alone, no one else on staff with her. I usually buy my games from Amazon but she was so pleasant I will go out of my way to continue shopping at this specific location as long as shes working here. Long story short Aleck is the GOAT, if she isnt a manager, she should be.
Negative experience: Closed at 8pm instead of the advertised time at 9pm.
Negative experience: I honestly don’t know why they say they close at 9pm yet I pull up and they are close at 8:15 smh
Negative experience: If you order something online here expect the employees to scalp it. Came in looking for something and the associates were joking about canceling online orders multiple times because they were buying it thenself. Shitty staff and hiding stuff from consumers if why gamestop will stop existing soon

Negative experience: Rude staff rude. Sunday, the gentleman and young lady were rude ! Found it easier to laugh and play at the register then answer the calls to help. I got hung up on twice and then they refused to answer. I could hear laughing when they picked up And hung up . This location has been rude before but I was dismissive because I know how frustrating customer service could be ! Now it's Everytime I go here. Dismissive and rude and will be careless .

Negative experience: I decided to go to GameStop today to buy Battlefield 6 as a pro member I saw that a new copy was on sale. Sarah at the front desk of the GameStop after I requested a new copy of the game told me after looking for a short while they had none in stock, even though their website said they had two she then told me she was gonna charge me full price as if it was a new game even though it wasn’t sealed and the disk itself had scratches on it when I discussed my issues with the manager at the GameStop he refused to give me a used price, even though the disc was damaged. The least he could’ve done was charge me for a used copy because the disc was already damaged. He claimed it was a hair. It wasn’t a hair and I vocally told him that it wasn’t a hair. I have picture taken below. Sarah was very rude and Off putting going because I was trying to find the correct dollar amount stated on the website. She became increasingly more motivated to tell me rudely that I should go to GameStops bell location if I wanted an actual new copy of the game. I think the general manager of this location needs to give these employees a rundown on proper customer service. Because I should not have been charged full new price for a display copy of the game not sealed and a scratched disk.
Fantastic experience: Went for the pokemon drop for mega evolution booster bundles and the manager who opened and sold everything was super nice and helpful plus organized for the drop.
Negative experience: Jason, who is apparently the General Manager, was extremely rude and condescending. The other employees are great and I've been coming to this location for six years, but I will not step foot in this building again because of Jason. I've even sent in positive reviews to corporate. I wouldn't believe he was actually this rude if he didn't also send my girlfriend out of the store in tears after refusing to help her in any way.I could hear him yelling at her from across the store when she called me crying. If you don't have the social skills to help a female without her leaving the store crying, you shouldn't be talking to people let alone managing a store.
Fantastic experience: This is becoming our favorite GameStop location! Aaron has assisted us the last several visits and he is always friendly and respectful. The store is reasonably stocked and well-organized. Looking forward to the next visit!

Fantastic experience: I went into the store this past Friday and I was surprised by the amazing customer service I received. I typically don’t write reviews, but the amazing associate that helped me went above and beyond to assist and guide me the whole time I was there. Nathan displayed great customer service and great compassion. This GameStop is slightly far from me, however I don’t mind making the trip to this one more often due to Nathan’s great customer service. I look forward to seeing him throughout the year!

Negative experience: Sarah from Gamestop was really kind and very helpful. It's sad a kind girl like that has to follow Gamestops stupid policies. Went to get a headset and was clear in the conversation that it was for the Exbox. Come to find out it wasn't, we were told wrong. Spent $80 on a headset that was told that it works. Well it didnt, went to return and not only found out that the price was marked incorrectly but that Gamestop no longer does returns. Sarah is the only reason I may have faith in Gamestop but your policies are ridiculous! You are showing you do not care what so ever about your customers! You truly do not care at all!

Fantastic experience: I just recently acquired a Nintendo switch this is a new gaming system that I am not familiar with so I dropped by GameStop to pick up some games and some hardware. Jake assisted me in finding some cool games and also giving some recommendations on controllers. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. This location did have a number of games and items for sale. Just like any store that offers new and used items I'm sure they have a pretty good turnover of inventory. I do recommend dropping by if you have any questions regarding gaming systems the staff here is very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Holy cow people!!! Do NOT waste your time and go here!! They will probably hVe the door locked anyways saying they will be back after their break lol. Pretty funny when you find out the hours they are open. And don't even think about having anyone go above and beyond for the customer here. Employee was having quite the fit when had to stay a whopping 10 minutes after closing. At 7 on a weekday by the way. 2 weeks ago me and 5 others stood outside for 50 minutes waiting to go inside just an hr before they closed... nobody even knew if they were actually going to open back up. If you are disabled... stay away. He will send you all over the west valley for a game that he had there but was his last one and didn't want to give it up to me for a warranty. This place is a joke! Their hours of "operation" are a clear representation of what they think of their customers.

Negative experience: Supposedly, they open early on Fridays at 10, well it's 11:15 and still not open. That's how you lose business.
Negative experience: Beware they scam and cheat their customers. Last Christmas bought my son an Xbox one well went to hook it up Christmas day and it didn't work so took it back because we bought the warranty unfortunately it's not really a warranty it's a replacement warranty so yea they gave me a new one then had to pay $40 for a warranty on the replacement one..well here a year later the other one is broken and since they didn't have one at the closest location had to drive halfway across the state to get one so buyer beware if you get the warranty it's useless because they are going to make you pay for the next one when u actually use it and that's if they have it in stock so hope you don't have to drive 60 miles to get a replacement!
Negative experience: Normally, I dont have anything negative to say about these guys. The one associate that is very nice is Jason. He is really helpful, friendly and awesome. Today, my wife and I went in to get some Christmas gifts. Some kid named, Zachary, was VERY rude!! He barely spoke to us, acted like we were bothering him, and wasnt providing good customer service... After Zachary scanned our purchases, he got our receipt and he acted like he was going to hand it to me, and ended up throwing it on the counter. There were other people in the store, that he was somewhat nice to (and I use that term loosely) but he was VERY unprofessional towards us!!!
Negative experience: Bought a brand new headset and before I bought it I asked Alec (a sells clerk ) if I could return it. She said “yes within seven days you can return it” I went in the next day to return it.

The ps4 replacement was extremely dirty. Uncertain if it's going to run. He then became more upset and kept asking me if I just want my money back even though I invested more money on insurance. Negative experience: This usually happens on the weekends especially Sunday but the person who opens is always late . I waited 30 minutes , seen 7 people pull up and leave because the person who opened the store wasn’t ready . He’s bad for business.

Negative experience: Went to pick up my Final Fantasy 16 copy. Associate handed me the wrong copy without checking my receipt. I almost walked out with a copy worth significantly less. I was told my receipt had no code and would’ve thrown it away but double checked. Guess what there was a code on it and would’ve missed out on bonus content. The store was not busy when I went. I feel I would’ve been screwed if I didn’t know better.
Negative experience: Went here to try and do a trade in, the person "helping" made sure to show he did not want to do the trade in. Wanted me to spend 30$ on things I didn't need for my trade in that he said was required. The worst part is he said I needed a usb c charger cord and I couldn't get the cheaper one and had to be a PS5 brand, now tell me if that's the case why did you grab a third party usb c charger? This rep reminded me of why I don't go to THIS location anymore.
Negative experience: I took a ps4 slim tb, they gave me 56 bucks. I'll never spend another dim in that place. I bought the system from them for more than 350 bucks five months ago with 1 game. They said we have ps5 available now, I replied, Walmart does too.

Fantastic experience: I really like this location. Feels super nostalgic, and even gives the local Gaming Generations shops from my hometown a run for their money. They won't always have the game that you're looking for on deck, but the cool clerk lady isn't hesitant to help you find a store that does have it. They're really passionate about all sorts of gaming, and they really show it with pride.
Negative experience: Don’t bother buying any protection plans for equipment. They tell you damage is covered when you buy it but when you return to the store with damage it isn’t covered.

Positive experience: Well GameSpot has officially gone down hill lately, the outside is kinda ghetto looking. The inside was decent, kinda too much stuff on the actual floor, I'd leave the advertisement to the walls and windows. I was trading in some old games, what a process you have to go through nowadays, literally picture taken, along with getting your Driver Liscense scan and a finger print, felt like I was buying a handgun lol. As all this was going on, there was a guy to the right of me trying to steal some Nintendo controllers. The manager caught him and kicked him out of the store, at that point I was checking my six a lot more. Got my game, I needed and left. The young guy working there was very cool, the manager was not very social.

Negative experience: So the reason why I'm giving this store a bad rating is because of some of the staff. Mainly one guy who I don't know the name of. But he tends to always be working the evening and closing shift. White guy short dark hair kinda looks like a dork. I think he might be a shift lead or something. Anyways he's very rude and inconsiderate when talking with certain customers. He gives out incorrect information. I get the sense he's being prejudice. everytime I go in and he's behind the counter the store is packed and the line is ridiculous. A lot of times I just walk out. Because every time I come to the store I'm just placing a pre order or picking up. Which should only take like 10 mins. Not going wait 45mins-hour. There's 2 other employees that work there that I had a bad experience with but I don't think they work there anymore or least I haven't seen them. But the other guy I was originally talking about definitely still works at this location. If it wasn't for him I'd give the store 5 stars. (It's not Jason. Someone else.)

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say I’ve never met a rude employee here. They are all polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping you pick the right item. Which is so helpful when you’re constantly having to go there for your little gamer, but you have no clue about anything because you don’t play video games yourself? Definitely recommend the store! They know what they’re doing! My 10yr old loves having conversations with the employees, it’s so nice to seeing them give him their undivided attention, that’s rare. Happy customer!
Negative experience: The store leader Jason is always rude and will try and blame the customer when they don't have products in stock. He has been extremely rude to me and other guest on several occasions and I'd never recommend going here as the only employee who made it a positive environment is now gone

Negative experience: Very small and packed with more people than games. The trade in value for games is complete rip off. They will only give you few dollars for a $20 game that is still Brand New-Sealed. IMO- Gamestop cares more about profiting off your games than giving a fair amount of store credit to the deserving customer.
Fantastic experience: Super friendly side at the register efficient and prompt customer service representative. Sold some games that I have already played out myself so that others canexperience these games at a discounted used rate and enjoy them also...I recieved a decent amount in cash for the games but would of recieved like ten or fifteen more bucks if I'd of chosen store credit. But I wanted the cash anyhow. The deal was super quick and the only thing that was an issue was the finger print scanner took like 5x to scan but the customer service representative dude was super chill and gave me sanitizer to clean off my hands and we were all good. Good experience no problems super easy!
