Fantastic experience: Sad to see this GameStop close, it's been here for Year's

Negative experience: I came at 3pm to pick up BO6, the open sight was lit but the door was locked with a sign that said be back later. Never shopping at GameStop again.

Fantastic experience: That dude with the long hair and glasses is hella cool. He treated me great and was helpful. I think like 2 years ago I was a dick to him having a bad day over my own misunderstanding of technology. I'm very satisfied with my new Xbox dude. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Love how the store is merchandised and themed so that items are easy to find. I always get greeted coming in. The manager Miles has a vast knowledge of multiple systems and games. Need a Funco Pop ? They have a huge selection and also have GS exclusive Pops !

Negative experience: I came in and the guy was fairly rude . i asked if he had any controllers and says "yes in the back" but refuses to go and get one . On Account that "he had just got there". I dont know but them refusing to even go and check for it just showed me why gamestop is the way it is. Good ridence .

Negative experience: Put an order in for same day delivery twice, once at 2:30 and they cancelled it, called the rep and said my information was wrong. Put another in at 4:30 and still nothing. My information is programmed in my phone, this never happens when purchasing from anywhere else, plus you can’t even get passed the order now if you get the cvv incorrect. If you can’t do same day delivery, don’t promote it. My bank account even says pending for both. Cancelling my order and going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Couple days ago I came by to pickup a game which came with a bonus item. This was reserve weeks earlier. They had the game but the Limited Edition coin that came with it was giving to someone else. To compensate for their mistake they try offering me a 8"×10" mini poster. You just don't give items away that were reserve and waiting for pickup. What made it worst is that not even once did they said "sorry for the ....or we apologize for..." Also I've notice some prices have been getting out of hand on some games. I'll be trying the Game Stop across the street by Wal-Mart and see how that one goes.

Fantastic experience: I walked in stoned looking for a first person shooter game and told them what they recommend,they immediately jumped on the opportunity to answer. First they ask online or stoy mood then they recommend bo4 I already play that so then they recommend Apex which is free online and I already play then they recommend Days gone coming out in few day they talked about it for a bit and I jump on it and preorder it I also pick red redemption 2 as well the game I was supposed to pick but all in all I got what I wanted an a little extra. great experience will be coming back. It felt like my average mtg shop.
