Fantastic experience: Arthur was great, and he helped me get my hands on the last Pokopia pre order for my new Switch 2! He was super knowledgeable, and even made great conversation. I worked at GameStop like 7 years ago, and he is definitely a more knowledgeable employee and overall a pleasant human. I don't frequent GameStop anymore, as it stopped being my go to a long time ago. For the first time in years I actually pre ordered something. This isn't even close to my house and I plan on returning and pre ordering more just because I like to give my business to people like this. He is definitely a selling point at this location, and I will keep returning with my business as long as he is there.

Positive experience: Sold us a game that didn't work. They open later. When we pulled up the open sign was on but they were closed.

He was super great help I appreciate the service. He had seen that I was at the wrong location for a video game, he called the other store and made sure they had saved it for me. He was super helpful

Negative experience: I just bought a used Xbox from this GameStop but received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He repeated to try to make us get confused to spend 300+ more dollars on a new Xbox when I asked for the used ones. He also called us a chicken and repeated to make chicken noises because we didn’t sign up for the credit card. He also called another guest boring for only buying one item. It’s embarrassing that someone who is named 3D with glasses can say whatever he thinks to anyone. This store needs to be checked but it makes sense yall going out of business.

Negative experience: Ripped off yet again. Went in to buy a digital copy of a game because they don't allow you to purchase gift cards using their gift cards anymore. Then, I asked to buy a digital copy of a game and when I asked if it was the recent game that came out the the clerk laughed and said it's the same game and would not refund it just because it was digital. The whole time, I was in the store, and both clerks were busy watching TV on their phones with the volume turned all the way up. So thanks to them, now I'm out 80 dollars and have a digital copy of a game I don't need. Not the first time they have screwed up on my purchases/pre-orders.

Negative experience: The store hours are wrong and they do not open at 11 am. I tried to get my copy of a game at opening and was told to come back later with no reason given

Positive experience: Came here to buy a used PS4 and some games. Customer service was really good and all of the employees were really helpful. Although they do have some nasty customers though. If they had a larger selection of games I would be back more often. Overall good location!

Fantastic experience: While I was there, James was so helpful. He gave me advice and answered all my questions. He invited us to hang around the store for a while even though I knew exactly what I wanted. What was really awesome though was how I watched him call several other stores to try to help three or four other people while we were there. He was just calling to help them find stuff they didn't have at his location. It was so refreshing to see someone who loves their job and loves helping people.

Negative experience: Employees were very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They didn’t greet us when we came in unlike every other GameStop I’ve been to. They were instead talking to each other, I even stood by the register for a minute, and I initiated the greeting. On top of that they sold me a defective part, I know these things are used, but don’t they check these things?? I don’t recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get used game, you never know what they have game wise. From XBone, PS4 and switch. Even some games from the previous generation some of the time Xbox360, PS3, WiiU. They also have funko pops from games, shows, and movies. On top of that they have Magic the gathering card, Pokémon cards and some other TCG's.

Fantastic experience: Waited 4 hours at a different location for an online order to pick up at a store ended up canceling and picking this location was ready within the hour and I made it 3 minutes after closing and still gave me my game even though they were closing up was super nice of this employee I will be ordering all my games at this location from now on.
