Negative experience: Right when I decided to buy a membership, they raised prices on pretty much all trading cards/sports cards that I would buy (scalpstop) to just about (and sometimes higher) market prices. I'd rather buy off some random person off the internet than support a business that charges at or above market.

Negative experience: Been call this store since 8pm-till closed and not 1 single answer to tell them about a game they sold me that fid not work the game was NBA 2K24 for my ps4, the game wouldn't even make iij t pass the loading

Negative experience: Went in to buy a brand new game the male employee goes and grabs a used gamebox off wall and pulls a game out of the draw and wraps it and proceeds to tell me this is new. 1star

Negative experience: Ordered a game and paid extra to have it delivered the next day. Only to have the delivery driver text me and say he doesn't have time to deliver it, so he's returning it to the store. It was early in the day so they could have re shipped it, but choose not to. Don't offer a service, if you aren't going to provide it.

Negative experience: Matthew needs to be investigated. Terrible attitude when comes to helping customers, hitting vape while in store.

Negative experience: Do not do business with Matthew. Came in to trade a phone in and he starts grunting all in a bad mood. Traded in multiple phones with GameStop and was always treated well until this location. He was just rushing through the trade in process and marked my device as scratched and damaged so the value is lower. My phone was clearly in great condition. When asked about it he got an attitude talking about the phone has to be sealed and in the box for grade A few weeks ago I traded in a phone with Grade A and it was a used phone. Keep in mind this is 2 hours before they close. This location is not trust worthy.

Negative experience: This location is filled with scalpers. The person pictured was assaulting people and inappropriately touching females. The GameStop workers did nothing about this.

Negative experience: I returned a Ps4 controller that i purchased brand new 2 months ago, had purchased warranty for it, any goes wrong with it I get a replacement they said. The guy gives me a refurbished one for the warranty replacement. Even though I had just bought it brand new 2 months ago. I have to now go back becouse the refurbished POC is faulty. Same day , already drifting. It gets worse I asked to purchase another brand new PS4 controller , the guy disappeared to back of store and brought out a box that had a controller in it. I thought brand new in box as I requested, I get home and the the seal is already broken , my bad for assuming Game Stop employees for having integrity. I'm going back tomorrow to demand a replacement for the faulty warranty replacement and a new in box ,no broken seal controller. Let's see how Game Stop corrects this.....

Negative experience: All these horrible reviews this place needs to be investigated for stealing from customers! We purchased a ps5 refurbished controller, I told my mom not to purchase refurbished as something is ALWAYS WRONG! Well it doesn’t work obviously and when we went to exchange it for a brand new one they gave my mother a laughing $10 credit for a $60+ controller. We purchased the warranty for this one but I’d never shop here again! Thieves

Positive experience: It's an ok location, not as good as the other locations. This one does feature some good discounts on cartoon-themed toys, and they have some plushies too. They have a reasonable selection of games too. The store just felt meh and vibes felt meh too. Accessible entrance and accessible parking store-front.

Negative experience: This gamestop employees need to be re-trained they get an attitude after i returned a controller i told them i didn't want i asked for a wired controller they told me it was i examined the box after walking out and i returned it and the employee gets mad at me for her fault the two employees that work there should be replaced with employees that give a damn and actually make customers want to return

Positive experience: This Gamestop really does not do enough quality control with their trade-ins in my opinion. Fortunately, I've learned my lesson to keep the receipts and to test out pre-owned games within the defective exchange period in case they don't work, but at this Gamestop particularly, I feel like I've had the most problems with non-working pre-owned games over the other Gamestops I usually shop at. I'd honestly appreciate it if the employees could be better trained here on how to tell if the game will work or not when deciding to take them as trade-ins. I don't see any point in having games that don't work. I was glad to see Brooke from the Gamestop on 25th and Happy Valley working here one day though. She always is a very pleasant associate.

Negative experience: NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! This gamestop sold me a pokemon tin that advertised having three booster packs in it. It only had two. They refused to reconcile this in any way and told me to leave. They scam customers and steal your money

Negative experience: Placed an order for pickup, was given nothing but excuses on why it wasn’t ready. When asked when it will be ready the person who answered said there’s no ETA.

Negative experience: Says it's open until 9pm on Saturday. Nope closes at 7pm.

Negative experience: The service was good but, if you want to return an item the day after getting it because it was defective, don’t come here. My ps5 had scratches and I spend 500$ on it and they told me they can do 200$ the next day I bought it brand new and I had the receipt. Fuckkkkk GameStop, just go to fallout games they are more understanding honestly. I’m just waiting for GameStop to go out of business, I would be so happy.

I've been so stoked about this release and there was good vibes from both customers and staff. It made the wait in line worth it to see so many smiling happy people!

Positive experience: I'm giving 3 cuz when I work in any industry or am in any kind of work, professionally I learn it inside and out. That way when a customer asks a question I'm able to answer. I wanted to ask a pretty simple question and they didn't have a clue. I even walked a 1/2 mile there and back assuming they could answer it with no problem. The only reason I give 3 is cuz they were polite and did give me a couple places as options to try to figure out my question. Being respectful goes a long way with me and they were. Plus store was clean and organized.

She talked on the phone while helping me and talked to her coworkers rather then helping me. Just for me to figure out how to do it on a youtube video that took 30 seconds. Negative experience: Bought 50 dollar steam gift card. The cheap plastic rubbed off the code. Called in and they refused to help me. Asked if they could check their data base for the code but nope. Refund? Nope. They just said "bring it in and we can try to read the numbers." Lady if I can't, you can't either. Also, how can you NOT scan the card and tell if it has money or not? Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue at another gamestop. Nicole at this one went above and beyond to make it right. Nicole rocks. Pay attention gamestop corporate. Your customers should come first.

They dont do trades unless its the same game. I had 2 copies of spiderman when it was released, i took one back to trade for something better, nope they would take for $18, not enough for the other game i wanted. Felt jipped. I dont do gamestop anymore.

Negative experience: If I can give 0 star rating I probably would. Now I've been to the GameStop at 43rd Avenue and Indian School, they told me that they would be able to buy two of the same game and they be able to give cash not just store credit. I was at the Christown Mall GameStop location and I was told that they only do store credit and cannot take two of the same game. The staff behind the counter were extremely rude and I would be surprised if they knew anything about video games at all. They are extremely rude to buy 3 and 5 year old boys. I would highly recommend taking the short drive to 43rd and Indian school so you can have a better experience

Negative experience: This is seriously the worst gamestop. First time I ordered Rune Factory 2 online and when I got to the car i realized it was Rune Factory one which was $10 cheaper. Second time just a couple minutes ago I ordered online and was charged regular price even though I used my pro member ID online to purchase. I get into the car and literally on the box pro member price is cheaper. This game stop is a 40 minute drive from my house. It will be the last time I order from them. Also I realize it's only $2 but what's the point of paying for the membership if I'm not getting the perks?!

Positive experience: We visited the christown mall that has game stop located inside...the store is actually closed for customers to go inside you have to do online purchases then have your items delivered to the store. I forgot to get the associate name the female that helped us was very kind, friendly and helpful she gave us diff. opinions to how we can purchase our head set. We were able to order our head set then and there and pick it up the same day..thank you

Positive experience: This Game Stop has everything from controls, games used and new, t-shirts, posters, merch, toys. Not to mention a helpful staff who is knowledgeable and helpful. They answer your questions and find you your games. The only problem is the trade-in system and never getting your money's worth, on certain items.

Negative experience: Wouldn't buy anything from here again !!! Bought the wrong game for $40 and try to return it they said they could only give me $15 for it when I just bought it 2 days ago! Yea never buying here again
