Negative experience: Pretty frustrated they cannot pick up the phone ever. Called FOUR times today because we are 99% sure that we left our white Xbox controller there when we went to sell our Xbox earlier. Ultimately didn't take the 16 dollars that they offered us. Since then we called 4 times to verify and each time no one has picked up. We live 30 mins away so wanted to make sure they still had it.

Positive experience: If you've been to one GameStop, you've been to them all. Employee audibly exasperated when I came in asking for help. Made me laugh at least.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and good trade in prices, lol. The store was clean and the employees were very helpful.

Great Game Selections and friends people that give great recommendations for good games and feedback on the not so good games. Highly Recommend!!! Speak to the girl with the “Heart Shaped” Glasses!!! Fantastic experience: GameStop never fails and always come through! Love that they sell Pokémon. Don’t sleep on these!! You never know whatcha gonna get.

Positive experience: Very nice, cashier and game selection overall. I would be cautious if you usually don’t buy the warranty with games as they don’t ask at this location and you have to ask for it off. This happened to me recently and I was dissatisfied with my customer experience as I felt like the store was trying to overcharge me.

Positive experience: Very disappointed on how the Journey Together release went.. this location had 26 etbs and others as listed in photos, I was the 24th person in line and they allowed 2 etbs per person and 1 blooming waters which it shouldn't have been that way more like 1 etb and 2 blooming waters as 99% of people came for the Journey Together release. Unfortunately they ran out very quickly without me getting a etb.

Positive experience: I always had good store experiences here with Brooke and Janice, and Larry and Jill when they used to work here. I did have a pretty poor store experience with Charmander a few years ago and kinda recently too that made me want to shop at the other Gamestops close to my home mainly for a while, though I'm slowly warming up to this place again here and there. It does seem like the staff rotates around here though since I stopped coming as much and I lose track of who still works here.

Positive experience: Staff went above and beyond to help me find pokémon set my son wanted

Negative experience: terrible customer service. came in to buy two $20 nintendo gift cards, and one $50 playstion gift card. The cashier working stated they would not sell me gift cards because they had "reached their limit for the day". I called another gamestop who told me no such limit exist. I'm not sure why the lady working would not allow me to purchase the cards outside of pure laziness.

Positive experience: Most of the staff here are great. Had only one bad experience so overall not terrible. They need to review procedures for PSA grading though

Negative experience: Terrible I ordered a game online(paid and full). After arriving I was told that could get my game without ID I had Receipt and even card I paid with. No where does it mention this before I bought the game.Not that it matters, I recently lost my wallet.So I could not present ID I presented receipt plus card it was purchased with plus pulled up my GameStop account. He would not let me have my game.Why maybe cause it was a new Eldin ring on sale for Black Friday and I purchased it at 19.00 now it's double price. Who knows.

Fantastic experience: Ngl i haven't traded anything in yet but ik thts always 55% off market price but I love this gamestop bought a game they hooked it up with a extra code got the pre order for some new pokemon they showed me the stuff and reserved it for me so ik ima get it on the date of release ima hard person to plz believe me but 2 thumbs up

Negative experience: They pre ordered a game for the wrong system. When I went to pick up, the canceled the pre order, told me there was no bonus, and sold me the correct system. There was a pre order bonus. Their mistake means I don't get one, and worse they lied about it.

Fantastic experience: Great experience purchasing a gaming system, the lady was super knowledgeable and gave us all the info we needed. Also made sure all items were compatible. Would definitely recommend this location!

Negative experience: Walked in to the happy valley location and got shocked by the rude store assistant who has blue hair. When we entered the store, she made a comment to another client who just purchased a new Xbox that "no wonder you got a divorce". I'm just shocked how rude and hurtful this store assistant behaved. Also another two clients entered the store about 15 minutes before they close, and she just said it out loud that they wasted her time. Very bad customer service, will not come back to this location again.

Negative experience: They had me drive an hour away after telling me they would hold the game. Upon arrival I was told I was no longer able to get the game and gave me a lame excuse!

Negative experience: My husband placed a pre-order for Alien Nerf Guns that are gamestop exclusives over a year ago. Unfortunately, the company pushed the release back a year. It was supposed to be released last Oct (2022) however, he never received them. Everyone we knew received theirs. We asked about it multiple times every month. We never got anywhere. I would specifically ask if they could contact other stores, or call a manager that could help give us an answer. But we never got what we asked for. There was no effort at all to find out what was going on. Instead they out all the money onto a gift card, gave it to him and told him to order them online.... They put no effort into their customers. I'm very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have never had an issue with any of the gamestop's I've been to in the last couple of years that I've gone to gamestop. I've been going there since I was a kid and I've always had an amazing experience. I was sad to see the gamestop by my house go. But was happy when I got moved to Happy Valley gamestop. I was nervous at first but than ended up building two very good relationships with two of the workers that no longer work there named Larry and The old manager Jill. They were always so helpful. And I was sad that their not there anymore, but life works in mysterious ways and sometimes you only have people in your life for a short period of time. And I enjoyed my short period time I had with them. I hope to make new relationships with the gamestop employees there now. Thank you gamestop!

Negative experience: Update your store hours online to reflect the actual store. 11am or 12pm open times not 10 am. thanks for a wasted trip just to have to turn around.

Negative experience: I had bought a PS3 system used 6 days ago and started having issues with the controller. I purchased the year warranty on it and was happy to find an actual PS4 at first. I took the controller back today and texplained what was going on and that it keeps dying 20-30 minutes after charge up. The guy who was running the Gamestop handed me a business card for a nearby repair shop and said it's the best he could do. I said why should I have to pay for a repair on an item you sold me that doesn't work properly? He then stated that's the best he can do and it's policy, so do not purchase their 1 yr warranty. It basically does nothing if you have problems with your product. I left the controller there as I had no use for it and took my warranty receipt and box it all came in. This is a disappointment as I've come for years. I will not be returning again...

Fantastic experience: The younger guy with black hair has helped my lady and I a few times over the last month or two and he has been very nice and professional every time we come in but most importantly fast. Never have to worry about getting stuck in a line to pay or what forever just to ask a question about a game

Negative experience: Rude manager on shift. Not only was EM rude to me, she was rude to a woman who wanted a simple price match.

Fantastic experience: We were on the look for a new game and couldn't find it anywhere. Then we stopped in at this location and sure enough, they had one copy left! Super excited that we found this and just a short distance up the street, we were able to find one more copy of the game! It's a happy gaming night tonight! Thanks GameStop for being awesome.
