Negative experience: Unfriendly, unprofessional, holds products for themselves and not the customer. Will tell you things are not in and you could be looking right at it in the store. Almost as bad as the mall except not the amount of customers to have the same excuse of attitude

Positive experience: Good store. No weird creepers like at other gamestops

Fantastic experience: I called the store around 7:15 PM to ask about HDMI cables and received a very prompt and helpful response from Bryan. He gave me the details on the price and length of the cables, which I really appreciated. When I arrived (around 7:30), there were a few people outside pacing near the entrance. After I went inside, one of them came in shortly after and was talking out loud about trying to get some money while pacing around the store without looking at merchandise. I’m not sure what his intent was, but the situation made me feel a bit uneasy. Bryan handled it very calmly and tried to ease the tension by making conversation with him until he left shortly after. Bryan seemed to notice that I felt uncomfortable. Without me even asking, he walked me to the door and made sure I got to my car safely. I’m very grateful to him for that — he really went above and beyond and made me feel safe as a customer. I really do appreciate his gesture and hope others notice how he went above and beyond!!

Fantastic experience: Purchased a Switch 2 with proly 10 games or so and i highly recommend "Will" hes a gamer and im suprised at how impressed i am with his knowledge as im a gamer myself... 10/10 recommend talk to Will about gaming. Thanks again Will, stay up on the tea man

Fantastic experience: Love this GameStop they always been good to me and they're always honest and upfront. But can GameStop please fix their air conditioning. I feel so bad for those employees. They are in their sweating their butts off. Still delivering great service but GameStop you have the money fix that air conditioning. It's really messed up and I feel so bad for those guys and girls sitting there just sweating like five fans in there.

Fantastic experience: I finally found a game I’ve been looking for and this store had it, thankfully it was still there by the time I found the place. I don’t remember the guy’s name that was working that day but he was really friendly and seemed like he knew his stuff. I will definitely go back to that store again soon.

Negative experience: I left for a year and came back to a whole new crew and they are awful. Amanda ignored me the whole time and the guy working wouldn't answer any questions. I understand why the store was empty except for us. Got home and the disc's were gross. I've bought several hundred used games and they have always been clean or checked and cleaned before it was handed to me. I won't be back to this location till a new crew is put in.

Negative experience: I went in to buy the new series x and the young kid kept trying to put problems with simply solutions that he felt impossible to solve. Halfway through the process of trading my console in he said he didn’t want to do it because they were going to close. Super bad customer service and definitely won’t ever come back when this kid is working

Negative experience: This particular gamestop is cringeworthy whenever the store manager is present. Waste of a gamestop with him there. Disappoints every time. UPDATE: I just tried to sell a game at this location and the cashier tried to short me 7 dollars for a smudge on the disc. I took the disc, wiped it off, then he can says he can buy it for the pre determined price. He also didn’t even say he was shorting me either. He really just tried to give me the least amount of money for my game with no explanation. And then after the transaction was near complete and it was time for them to give me my money, they say i have to wait 10-15 minutes for my money. If gamestop was an actual video game i would no russian that place. This is like my 5th bad experience here over the course of 10 years. Decided to give them one more chance. Every time is complete BS. Sold my game on Ferrell Pkwy within 2 minutes.

Positive experience: I like this GameStop because it's nestled and personal not overwhelming. The only problem... there is ALWAYS a line and a long wait. The sales reps are polite, courteous, and knowledgeable BUT THEY TALK TO MUCH ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS A LINE! I don't mind taking my children there, but as a parent the wait and endless talking is a bit much.

Haven't been in here in a while but staff is always friendly and helpful always some deals or sales going on if you're into video games or looking for some video games be sure to swing in and check them out and they'll give you a good deal keep up the good work my experience is always been good with the store

Positive experience: Not a place I would buy video games, but one of the best places you're going to find the video game novelty items. I know the staff doesn't control prices but the prices on games are a little bit too high. Otherwise the staff is always very friendly knowledgeable in their games and new items coming out, you never see a sad person in this location. I commend in them on all of their for knowledge and previous knowledge.

Positive experience: They have a decent selection of used games, and all of the newest releases. They also have figurines, shirts, and more with everyone's favorite characters. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: I went in to buy a PS2 or backwards compatible PS3 in order to be able to play Tourist Trophy. I have other games but that is the game that is played the most (more than Gran Turismo)in our household. After an hour of the associates double checking and assuring me the unit they were selling me would play Tourist Trophy, I forked out 300 bucks and took the unit home. They sold me a unit that is not backwards compatible to play that game and assured me it would play. Needless to say, they lost a customer right there. And word of mouth still works When chatting with family and friends. Gonna have to put them in the same bucket is sketchy used car salesmen.

Positive experience: My kids love this place, and to be honest, the place is pretty kind to my wallet as well. The staff is friendly, chatty and helpful.

Negative experience: Condescending management really such a shame that attitudes still exist in the gaming community. I will be taking my business somewhere else

Positive experience: Small gamestop I the day I visited it was really busy and there was only one cashier. The is set up really good to get around and find those video games you want. They also buy your used games and consoles. Think of it as a pawn shop but you can go back and get your stuff back.

Fantastic experience: While I don't agree with some of the corporate decisions of gamestop, the reps are fairly knowledgable and very friendly. When I walk into the store it feels more like I'm talking to a group of friends about video games than a sales person. I recommend this store for all your gamestop purchases. Trevor helped me with my purchase and increased my excitement about my new game, so I'd say he did a good job.

Negative experience: So I pre-ordered call of duty ww2 with a warranty on it and it started to mess up it is band new took it up there Gave them the phone number that has the purchase and warranty info on it ,and still did not receive a new copy I am also Appalled at the way they talk around there customers that bring their children in there to buy a game or anything else . Negative experience: So got Sniper Elite 3 ultimate edition. Disc d idnt work on top of that they gave me the wrong edition. So went it traded it in and now the Ultimate edition disc won't work. Called the store to see if they'd credit it to me so I can get another game. Guy said I could get 6.50 even though I just got this yesterday and it won't work okay thanks y'all. I have spent close to 800 at game stop over the last year I'm done shopping there

Negative experience: I like this Game Stop. Its tucked away in the corner and therefore not too busy most times of the day. I would have given this store 5 stars if it were not for an employee there named John. I hate to have to single him out but judging by the review below this one, he is a habitual offender. Put simply, he is smug and kind of pushy when it comes to renewing Pro Memberships or any agenda he or the store may have. Its very uncomfortable dealing with him and I have to make a concerted effort to be civil because he seems to lack important social skills. I'm sure it's not intentional. I ultimately avoid that Game Stop now for that reason.

Negative experience: The guy that works here is rude thinks he knows everything doesn't have good people skills kinda smart mouth if you ask me and definitely knows how to take time at the register then told me i could not sell my items because i have a Florida ID so while he went back and forth with me about it i called another game stop and they said my ID would not a problem in my free time when i am not Serving our Country i play game's ok but dont be expected to be talked to like a kid

Positive experience: Overall...I never had a big issue with this store. I wish would of look at this Associate's name tag. Anyways...I didn't like the fact this guy was gossiping about former co-workers at that location. Personally...I find that tactless and petty. I know gossip happens at the workplace but don't do it in front of customers.

Negative experience: Seriously the worst customer service experience I've ever had.. Went to pick up a few games with my boyfriend and the employee ringing us up was absolutely terrible. He asked if he had a rewards card, and instead of offering to sign him up he starts criticizing him on where he usually shops for games and that "he should charge him more because he doesn't have a rewards card with them". After paying him, he says he could have signed us up for one for free today, but he didn't offer because we didn't seem like we had an interest in purchasing games from game stop. I will never go to this game stop again and I will make sure to spread the word to everyone about our terrible our experience with this store was.

Negative experience: I was one of the first to pre-order a collectors edition copy, on the day to pick it up months later they tell me they never booked me for a collectors, and wont be able to sell me one. Very unprofessional. Thankfully i drove 3miles down to Gamestop on Lynnhaven Parkway and they had no problem selling me a copy. I usually love Gamestop's but this here i recieved a poor service so i wont be coming back.
