Fantastic experience: Great friendly service. Not very busy. Always willing to help. I took my sons PS5 there thinking they could fix it, but they could not, but he recommended me to the best person in town MR. FIX and I greatly appreciate it. They have all the latest stuff, and the Pro Memebership is the best! It saves u on so much stuff. It's worth the money for any kid who loves games like my son.

Positive experience: GameStop and myself go back a ways. Think of it as a place where you can bring joy to a young kid's life or a place where you can sell pieces of your nostalgia for prices that you can't bear to deal with. It's basically toys'r'us and a pawn shop's baby. They carry collectable figurines and clothing that you may not see in your average toy department. GameStop is the place where dreams are created and destroyed all wrapped up in a customer friendly environment. My particular game stop is friendly and easy to shop. But you can also pawn your retro gaming system and leave with parts of your soul missing. Just kidding, GameStop is cool.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by with my family after church on 5/7 and were wonderfully helped by a young gentleman named Eli. He was engaging and knowledgeable and even made my kids laugh. Great personality and asset to GameStop as a whole.

Negative experience: Came in today on Black Friday to buy a PS5. Was told I can’t buy a new console without signing up for a GameStop pro membership. The membership is $25 a year. On top of that the cashiers were snarky about it. So I can’t just come in and buy a console? I’m trying to spend hundreds of dollars, take my money! What has GameStop come to? They’re not Costco or restaurant depot, why do I need a membership to spend money. So I went to target and bought my ps5 no questions asked. Thanks for nothing GameStop. I used to love this place… sad…

Negative experience: I'll be honest the cashier was overbearing involving the position of my face mask. She also refused to let me try on a hat that I was wanting to buy. She was very cut and dry in her response to my questions. She made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer even though I've been going to GameStop since before it was GameStop.

Negative experience: I am not normally the type to take the time and write a review, butI called the store because I could order online to inquire on the availability of a game. The person who answered took no time to look as she answered and you can tell she was Just angry, impolite and not professional. I checked the same minute and it says the game is in stock at the ghent location, when I called she answered again and told me yes they have the game now and she will not do curbside pick up as advertised on the website, when I asked for a manager to be put on the phone, she said she is the manager and hang up. I called the corporate I have to hold for 15 min to report the person that is has no business nor interest in being there and making them lose money. Nope thanks never again !!

Fantastic experience: I live in Suffolk but will go to this location more often. There is a gentleman that works there(I believe his name is Dale) that is super helpful and answered all my questions for the items I bought. The other staff members were very helpful too. The office is super clean and very neat. Major plus, it smells amazing in there.

Negative experience: Today I was at Gamestop looking around even I ask nice to a guy name Dale who just rude even he was so rude that he didn't want to waste anytime. What happen was that I ask from one of my friend who died my hair about a X-Box one game called: Disney and she said it was a really cool game even the guy: Dale said oh your VASE AND OR GET OUT. I don't know what his problem is? I was just trying to be nice even I plan on moving here in the near future even he shouldn't have to be mean in a way. They lady in there is very nice and the manger is nice as well. But it look like Dale doesn't want to be nice. I don't know but I am here trying to learn more thing into X-box one and I am only a beginner on this system. He doesn't have to be rude or mean to me. It would be nice if he explain of what the vase means into the Disney game and I will see how to buy one in the near future and that all I am asking. I am only listen to a friend!!!

Negative experience: This place is really hit or miss. I've been in here and had great service and I've also been in here and experienced abysmal service. I honestly don't know what to expect when I walk in the door and I'd give them 2.5 stars if I could. With that said, if you know what you want and they have it, you can get in and out pretty quick. One other thing to point out that another reviewer mentioned is the parking. It can be very tight. I don't suggest coming here during the lunch or dinner rush times because the lot is small and servers about 5 shops on one side of the lot ad a grocery store on the other side.

Fantastic experience: Great new management! I used to avoid this particular Gamestop because I had one bad encounter with a stout, eyeglass-wearing cashier-man who was a total doucher.. However I just went in there last night and there were the nicest two girls who spent a solid amount of time giving me thoughtful suggestions regarding which game I should try. I think their names were Trina and Deja.

Positive experience: It's a GameStop, so take that as you may, this one isn't too bad. Came here for an Amiibo wave drop and the crowd wasn't too huge and neither was the inventory, staff was cool though.
