Negative experience: If the short curly haired girl is in there, Run. Not very friendly and came off more agitated than anything else. Had a not so pleasant experience, but giving them the benefit of the doubt since it’s the holiday season. Any other time, staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. It won’t deter me in the future from shopping, but it didn’t make me feel valued as a consumer.
Fantastic experience: They have a great selection of games, action figures and cards. Pokemon cards are non existent but that's normal for every gamestop unless you want to buy overpriced singles.

Negative experience: GameStop is always and will still be my go to store! Love GameStop. (Want to get that straight first.) Have never had any issues with any employees or finding what I need. This store in particular. Manager/employees have absolutely no concept of customer service. I was in a few weeks back. I was on my GameStop app, and had see the item was available at the closest store. Stopped in to purchase the item and went ringing up at the counter I noticed there was a price difference between me purchasing it online and picking it up In store, opposed to buying in store. So, I figured I would ask if they would price match their own website. Guy behind the counter tells me straight up no. “That is online and not in store. Even though I could literally buy the same item and pick it up in two hours. After a quick conversation without any explanation. I simply left what I had chosen to purchase and left. Went right down the street and did the same thing. No questions asked, bought the same item for the GameStop online price and I was out. Fast forward to yesterday. I came into the store around 7:45pm and was told that the store was closing. (Even though online it has the hours set to close at 9:00) No problem. I knew what I needed. So, I grabbed a few Pokémon packs off the rack (the last 16 packs of lost origin) and was in line. Get up to the counter and he was ringing me up and tells me I can’t buy more than 12 packs. I ask why is that? It’s not like I’m buying the whole rack of packs that still remain. He reply’s because there is a limit. I ask can you ring it up as two transactions? He says, no. I ask can you ring it up as two transactions not under my account? He says, no. I am very skeptical and leaving the last 4 packs of Lost origin behind out of the many that still remained. Would mess my mind up. I’m not one to argue, so I let this go. I was the only one left in the store and he couldn’t take 2 more min. to ring it up separately. Clearly he wanted to go home and was very un-customer service friendly. I just don’t understand how you can have someone like that in the store if something so simple asked cannot be done. I was very zen and left with a good attitude, but was highly upset. I will do my best to try and avoid this store. Those are just two instances where it has felt like a completely different store than the GameStop I love. Horrible horrible customer service. If someone wants to reach out to me, please do so and I will be more than happy for you to look up my account and validate that I’ve spent thousands of dollars. I normally do not take my time to write a bad review ever, but that was the final straw and just thought I would share my experience.
Positive experience: The associate was professional but I felt like I was being cheated out of money due to the point that my controller was an elite Xbox controller and I paid four times the amount that she offered which was $20

Fantastic experience: If you're a gamer, collector, or looking for that last minute gift this is the place. Great staff that greets you as you walk in. Helps you with any questions and very knowledgeable about the items they sell. Great place.
Negative experience: Called to check the quantity of cards to see if it was worth the 30 minute trip. Apparently the manager decided to not allow the quantity to be disclosed? Ya’ll need to calm down. You’re already selling etbs $10 over msrp. Nobody is going to be buying from you guys unless they obviously collect and want cards, now. Especially with them being so readily available on third party sites at $49.99♀️♀️♀️ I’ve bought several from GameStops since release trying to complete the set and this is the only location that has given me issues.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this location on & off since at least 2007, so over 14 years. (I remember when their counter was on a completely different wall, where the Funko are displayed now.) CT the manager has been there from the beginning, and I can't say enough good about him. He's such a hard worker and is so helpful, consistent. (I really hope they gave him a nice pay raise after all this time, because co loyalty like that should be returned.) The other workers are usually equally great, too, inclu Sarah (bonus points for sharing my name :P ) On many an occasion over the years, CT has gone above & beyond for me - whether it's locating a hard-to-find collectible item for me or pointing me in the right direction to track it down. It's also a really nice, well-maintained store, with organized floor displays. Please keep up the great work here, guys - because I lost Lawrence at the other Little Creek location when he suddenly split months back! Selfishly I hope to see CT and reg crew stick around a-while yet.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always helpful and this is honestly one of the nicest looking GameStop's I've been into. The display cases bend the line of museum and gift shop. They always have things in stock and if they don't have your specific item, they are willing to help you get it any way possible. Mrs. Powell who works there was an asset to our wonderful visit and is a hard worker who has great people skills. 10/10

Negative experience: If you are going to make it where people have to call and buy it over the phone and pick up for delivery, how about making that public instead of having customers find out when they try to go inside? And while you are at it, why dont you make it where people arent standing outside the store trying to call and getting a busy dial tone when an employee is standing just on the other side of the glass just looking at customers. Oh well, I will just to continue to boycott gamestop. I would rather deal with walmart.

Positive experience: I don't always get games but when I do I don't go to this location. It's alot bigger than the other stores. The customer service is not always the best. I made a trade in and instead of telling me about the bonus points and opportunities I could have if I waited a day I was rushed and ultimately got a mediocre deal. Overall, I usually find what I need but have had a couple issues with certain employees trying to rush a sale.

Negative experience: Sold my friend a refurbished xbox 360 and the power plug wasnt the correct one. Brought it back, got another cord and then the video display from the cables were messed up causing washout. Ended up taking it to another gamestop to exchange it.

Negative experience: Game stop is staffed by gamers who know nothing about customer service. I went in to ask a simple question about wii motion sense and twenty minutes later. I was finally given an answer of "i dunno,why dont you buy an xbox?"
