Fantastic experience: I walked into this location with my 5 and 3 year old and Shelby greeted us, tone switching effortlessly from casual to engaging as she finished ringing someone up and came to offer my kiddos Pokémon cards. She was kind, knowledgeable, and quick when we were checking out. She asked my kids about their favorite game characters based on their purchases and even gave them stickers to show them her favorite character. It takes someone special to relate to lots of different people and she had total Mrs. Rachel energy with my little ones, then easily tone switched back to nonchalant and cool with other customers in the store. She made my kids feel seen in a world increasingly intolerant of kids. Thanks to Shelby and everyone at this location.
Fantastic experience: Big out to Mrs. Shelby at this location. She was so nice and answered all my questions. I didnt catch the name of the young man working with her but he was also very kind. Lovely staff. Will be back!!

Fantastic experience: I went to this GameStop to buy a Nintendo Switch 2. I went in there, and was able to tell the person there that I want to buy a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle. She immediately went into the back to look for one. She brought one out, asked for our GameStop info, put it in, I handed her the money, and we were set. One thing also, she recommended the protection plan in case if it gets damaged. I would say I was at GameStop for six minutes, which was really quick. I got home to set it up, and I don't have any problems with it. I love this GameStop, and if you are planning on buying the Nintendo Switch 2, this is the store to buy one.

Negative experience: Been going here since 2009, not sure why all of a sudden in 2025 there's so many issues, like the pre-order bonuses always coming late after the game releases, only reason I'm not doing 1 star is cause the actual employees atleast try to do their best from what i see even if they are working solo and lines be long especially if someone is trading in a system but I guess this is my last year going to this store.

Negative experience: Customer service was terrible. Guy with long black hair asked us up to the counter. As he took our game another employee was leaving. He told the other guy he wanted his input and they start walking around the store talking. He just leaves us at the counter waiting. Finally the girl at the counter helps us but no one apologized for leaving us hanging. He could have told the employee to just wait a minute. I won’t ever go back to that location.

Negative experience: I tried to pre-order the Nintendo Switch 2 earlier this week but was unable to even get in contact with the store. I tried calling at 10:30, shortly before the store opened. I consistently called almost every 20 minutes until 2 pm (when they finally answered). The fact that no one answered with over 20+ phone calls is absurd. How can folks not answer the phone. I called 3 other stores in the area, and they all answered accordingly (and multiple times) throughout the day. This location needs to be better. I can't even believe that no one even said sorry! I could have had my cousin pre-order one as my proxy, but I didn't want to send her if I knew units were sold out! How would I have known, if they never answered? Proceed with caution as this place is inept at best.

Negative experience: Their extended warranty is a HUGE rip off! You pay $100 (price of remote plus $25) for “extended warranty” to get a USED $50 remote! Even though my ps5 remote was still under FACTORY warranty! What a joke that policy is!! I will never shop at game stop until they stop ripping people off!

Will never visit.

Negative experience: Went with my son to purchase a headset for his Xbox. We went to the counter to buy and the cashier gave me the total. I asked why so much as the sticker on the item was $20 dollars less. She asked if I would like to purchase it at the sticker price and said that would be great. Minutes later she said I don't know how to do that "sorry." Horrible customer service and had to explain to my son why she said one thing and he didn't get what he wanted Do not recommend this store and how it handles the simplest of things.

Positive experience: Nice GameStop. Alittle short on the Funko and game supply. Carries some game memorbila. a lot of clearance items when I go in this location most of the time. Sells the meta quest.

Von, Luna, and Zoe are awesome as well. They are probably the main reasons why I have not given up on GameStop. Give ‘em all a raise.

Negative experience: While I was in the store the employee and a customer were loudly talking about how GameStop hired a “bimbo” because she was blonde and beautiful. This conversation could be heard throughout the whole store and truly, it rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t think it’s fair to judge someone on their appearance, much less bashing them in front of customers. Yes, Luna G, or Ashley, and random customer that didn’t get hired (wonder why) it is possible to be conventionally pretty and like video games. This is misogynistic behavior and I will not be returning to this location.
Fantastic experience: Shay helped me learn how to get cheaper controllers today and isn't just after making the most expensive sale. I think he's holding up what game stop is supposed to be and that is a no rip-off type place. Thanks shay!

Fantastic experience: I went into this location because I finally decided to get RDR2. The app said one price and the store said another, Shay was working, not only was he on the phone with corporate fixing payroll for an employee, he also match priced the game for me, helped with my points and coupons all with a smile on his face! I will be going to this store from now on even if Haygood is closer. Great customer service! Great job Shay!!!
Fantastic experience: So on the night of the release of violet and scarlet they hosted a pokemon card tournament. I brought my son with a backpack full of pokemkn cards. When we got there he was super shy and sad. Pokémon cards are normally something he does with his dad, who is currently deployed. Everyone was nice and kind. They had an extra spot in the tournament and offered it to him. I don't know anything about the cards(I play the video games instead) so I told them I don't know how much I can help. They said no problem. Two people started going through his cards and built him a deck. Then coached him through battling. He didn't win that time but he had the type disadvantage and held on pretty long. They gave him a prize of a pouch of pokemon cards. It was wonderful.

Negative experience: Possibility of store just being randomly closed. No issues with employees getting/taking their breaks. But management needs to ensure the store is covered if you don’t want staff working & eating at the same time.

Negative experience: Today I went to this store which has a sign that's reads . Masks are strongly recommended. After I entered to begin my shopping I was approached by the woman woman working and told to put on a mask to stay. When I pointed out what the sign read she still insisted. So I left. I came to purchase 3 things. I bought them at another store instead.

Other gamestops had previously told us that they were impossible to get right now and left it at that. She sent an email to have a replacement sent to her store for us. We got it within 2 weeks! I will definitely be doing all my gamestop business at this location now on
