Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of GameStop locations, but this one stands out and it’s largely because of Von Josef. Every time I come in, he’s an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has a great attitude, takes the time to help, and genuinely makes the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently brings that level of customer service, but Von does it every time. Whether I have questions, need help finding something, or just want to talk through products, he’s always willing to go above and beyond. Honestly, his customer service alone keeps me coming back to this specific location. Huge asset to the store.

Negative experience: Came in to buy a copy of Final Fantasy a few weeks ago. The manager who helped me was friendly but when I checked out he told me I had a coupon for a free warranty on it so I said to go ahead and use the coupon, come to find out after getting home and checking the receipt that I did not have a coupon and he instead used my saved points which I did not approve. This was very deceitful and I probably won’t return to this location. I would advise anyone shopping here to always check their receipts before leaving in case they used your points without telling you like they did to me.

Positive experience: Good location amongst other stores ! we Usually go for the Funkos my son and I collect however when we go it’s in the evening the staff are patient and helpful. However, Both times I went in the day time whewww, the bald guy seems like he just ready for his shift to end I got a pick up order no bag given or offered. Answers to my questions was like duhhh like I should know about all sales and promos I’ll stick to going at night

Positive experience: This is more a complaint to the company than the store, but the trading card drops are so catered to the scalpers instead of the average collector, with ridiculous scalper prices, and hard to catch drops, little brother is devastated because he has school on these drop days, and so do I so I’m unable to get him his favorite things. Do better corporate, do better.

Positive experience: The employees were pretty decent and knowledgeable store was a little cluttered and they didn't have the hdmi device I needed for my switch but overall it wasn't a bad experience

Positive experience: Very busy, plus a long line for folks who wanted a PS5. The store announced they only had 16 units. That didn't stop about 40 people staying in the line, hoping to get a PS5.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience!! I have been trying to buy a PS5 for about a year from several websites/places but these were either sold out rightaway or resold at exorbitant prices (e.g., scalpers). There were online rumors about some Game Stop stores selling PS5 bundles and other consoles on 25-Nov. Called on the 24th and the staff was very helpful at guiding prospective customers regarding online rumors. A flyer was posted in the evening 24-Nov indicating the quantities available (pic attached). On 25-Nov, the staff was very organized (issued tickets) and maintained order (no more than 4 people at a time) when opening doors @ 5pm. Got my PS5 bundle and other accessories!! Highly recommended!!

Positive experience: The people here are super informative and kind! Unfortunately the items in the store are mostly overpriced. Sometimes the used games cost more than Best Buy sells the game new! They are usually out of stock on most mainstream titles.

Negative experience: Waited in line 15 minutes with several customers in front. Cashier took 15 minutes answering answering phone and question after question from other customer while other employee just stood there watching not helping at all

Positive experience: Not the most obvious locale, and the stock is good-not-great. A very convenient stop if you want something without driving up to Greenbrier, or are desperately seeking 50+ used copies of Madden. Staff is helpful, if not cheerful.

Fantastic experience: Have always had a great experience here. They even called to notify us they made a mistake on a pile of trade-ins. We went back and and were refunded another $20.

Negative experience: Friendly staff no doubt, but horribly stingy policies. For instance they'll sell you a game but even if you hardly touch it or open it , should you bring it back, suddenly they'll find a scratch! Three items can trade in for as little as $0.09. Three game discs. Still okay to redeem rewards and snag a deal as the prices are okay.
