Positive experience: Friendly employees. A bit pricey which is to be expected since it's in the mall. I also don't really have anything I've ever looking for. Including lanyards.

Positive experience: Docking a star because it was listed in the wrong location, it's inset and hard to see, and they don't really deal with 'retro' tradeins. But the dude working there when I went was SUPER nice.

Fantastic experience: Had the absolute pleasure of stopping into this GameStop while on vacation. The store was incredibly well merchandised taking advantage of all store front space and then some. All items were wonderfully merchandised and the sections were just great. The store appears to be a trading card conversion/test store from the amount of product they have. I told both ladies here today that as a former employee of almost 10 years worked, this was one of the best mall stores I’ve seen merchandised from the sheer volume of product in the store to square footage given. Absolutely fantastic. On top of it, service was top notch. Both were very nice and pleasant and even recommended me somewhere to go instead of the aquarium during our stay. I don’t know if Corp Office still reads these but if the two ladies who were working today in the Lynnhaven Mall see this, thank you for the most pleasantly refreshing GS experience I’ve had in a very long time. Hope to return to this same staff in 6 months or so when we return. A+++

Negative experience: I have the pro membership and did not receive the pro member price. The lady was rude and not helpful. The customer service here sucks, no wonder why they are always hiring.

Negative experience: Just bought switch oled just for it to be broken out of the box, BUYER BEWARE THEY SOLD ME SWITCH, and MARIO PARTY AND Neither WORKED WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK GUY AT COUNTER HAD AN ATTITUDE AND ASKED IF I HAD TRIED ANOTHER GAME IN IT… why would I buy another game for a system that doesn’t work… this place needs to be retrained they also did not give me my reward points and it’s been 24 hours I had them swap out the systems and the Guy had to ask for help and now he points after spending 600$ is got me heated!

Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this store and their employee's. I placed a preorder on a Hidan Funko Pop back December 18th. I have called this store and spoken to its staff 4 or 5 times now, twice to an employee named "Josh" to confirm that my preorder was coming which the most recent time was last week to confirm the release date for the pop being today March 17th. I did not receive any phone calls today and decided to come in and check for myself since I was nearby. "Luna" the team lead said she didn't know there were any preorders but confirmed that this exact store received 4 chase variants. She was absolutely positive! None of which were sold yet. She said Josh had just placed them on the floor 20 minutes ago and she wasn't sure where so I pointed to Josh and said why not ask him which she did and he said he couldn't remember exactly where he placed the funko pops at 20 minutes before me walking in. After searching there were none of the pops he said he just placed. Luna and Josh hypothesized "some young kids just came in earlier and probably stole them". I'm standing by the register with both store employees and I ask them to look at the pop wall to see if anything looked weird. I pointed out if the so called young kids just stole 4 or 5 funcko pops then shouldn't there be empty spaces on the wall which there wasn't a single pop missing. I am disappointed in this store in its several failures in its pop pre-ordering system and its employees failing at living up to the stores ethical and moral policies. I am not going to point any finger or make any claims but we all know what happened. I am waiting to see if corporate receives my complaint and resolves this with the exact funko pop I preorederd and not the basic one but with 1 of those 4 chase variants that went missing right before I arrived. It is not about the 12 dollars I spent in order to receive one of those chases but the fact that invested time over the past 3.5 months to ensure nothing went wrong.

Negative experience: We were buying pokémon cards and needed 6 packs. A worker told us to buy a box because it would give us 6 packs and be great for unboxing. We bought it and the box only had 4 packs and one pack with a bunch of repeat cards. Very upset that she interfered in our shopping because we would’ve just gotten those 6 packs but instead the employee gave us false information and we got a bunch of awful cards.

Fantastic experience: Love GameStop they sell all kinds of video game toys and figures. And of course the sell video games. Ranging from PS5 to Nintendo DS. They sell switch accessories and oculus stuff. Also sell Razer branded computer stuff. Additionally they have a small inventory of Funko pops.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, but there is not much variety !! Can't blame it since it's a small mall store.

Negative experience: Employees were very rude. They had a display advertising early Black Friday sales and under it was Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. (The game comes out in 5 days) I go to the cashier and 2 employees are there. I wait in line and ask them what it was about. They basically implied I was stupid and said the game wasn’t out I told them that i know that. But both were very rude when asked a question about something that was the first thing you see inside the store.

Negative experience: Bought what was supposed to be a new halo gaming locker from GameStop today. I tried to put it together and once I got only half way through noticed it didn't have any screws or controller holders. Couldn't finish putting it together and got told I could only get store credit for a defective product.

Fantastic experience: Popped by this GameStop for Pro-Day and the employees were handling the rush of customers searching for deals in a great way! Quick, efficient, and friendly service here. There were also some solid deals as a result of it being Pro-Day for people with Pro Memberships, but there are often decent deals at GameStop anyways. I try to stop by here each time I come to Lynnhaven mall!

Positive experience: Typical GameStop but inside mall so space is limited. Have the popular stuff though. Don't have as much as say a bigger retail strip mall but it's ok.

Positive experience: This place here!!! Now my boyfriend is an avid gamer to say the least, but this particular location serves him no justice. He hates the fact that the game discs are hid behind the counter. He believes that you can't tell if they're brand new or recycled. So we stick with stores that have sealed games.

Fantastic experience: Great visit! I recommend if you can, get the new one in the box instead of a pre-owned famous mainstream game that is only $2-$3 difference and it will come with a full warranty. I also guess that it depends on what game you are getting.

Negative experience: I called ahead of time regarding a price adjustment and spoke to who seemed to be the manager. He seemed nice on the phone. When I arrived at the store, a young lady who didn’t seem too friendly handled the overall transaction with his assistance. When it was completed I heard the manager say that “...that was a headache” . I thought that was rather unprofessional regardless of the circumstances surrounding the transaction...it is part of the job. I looked around some more and then decided against purchasing something from that location because of their attitudes. There’s another GS not too far so that is where I will go if I need to make a purchase.

Negative experience: Preordered a game here and was called and told to pick up at midnight release at neighboring gamestop. Showed up and waited in 3 different lines do to staff confusion only to have to purchase the game again because this location didn't complete processing the funds. Why would they call me to tell me about the midnight pickup if they wont process my "final receipt"? My 3rd bad experience with this locstion.

Positive experience: Decent selection but a bit too cramped due to the bins and small shelving in the middle that they use to help make checkout lines. Staff is always pleasant and provides very quick service that will often get you checked out a lot faster than you expected.
