Negative experience: Got there for a midnight drop thinking I could grab one. It was already fully scalped, couldn't buy one drop. The pinked hair manager, and most of the workers were rude about the whole situation. Saying it was to avoid scaling, when it was clearly happening in front of me.
Negative experience: Employee by the name of Kay was extremely rude and sarcastic while helping me. Also tried passing me off to her coworker. She was so rude that I called her out. If you don’t feel like working or helping us then we can leave. She then hid behind her Autism diagnosis and said she doesn’t know her tone. She knew she was out of line today. We came in to do a trade and spend our money on the new console. That’s not a get out of jail card to use and hide behind her autism. Her coworker even laughed. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here quite recently for Pokemon cards, and while I don’t like the limitations or the price gouging myself (not that the store employees have any say on that anyways), I can say that this store isn’t like ones I visited before for Pokemon. I came in a few weeks ago during the phantasmal flames stock, and I had no issues with any of the staff. They seemed genuinely interested in keeping everything nice and organized, I know from back when I used to work in retail years ago it’s not always easy dealing with hordes of people first thing in the morning, but they do it kindly.
Negative experience: I wanted to purchase three Pokémon packs, but I was informed that the limit was two, which I understand. However, the six-pack boxes are overpriced, and I was told I would need to pay an additional $25 to sign up for Power Rewards in order to purchase them. So not only are the prices marked up, but they are also requiring a membership just to buy the product.

Negative experience: Do not grade your cards through gamestop! Sent one of my cards off to psa through them. It came back with a scratch and a weird smudge in the slab on the back of the card. If this same thing had happened with an order I sent to psa directly I could've had this sent off to be fixed right after getting it. Instead it's now been two and a half months with gamestop still not being anywhere near fixing this issue for me and I can't send it to psa myself since it has to be done through the account that originally sent it aka gamestops. Frustrating would be an understatement.
Fantastic experience: i’d go back, Josh who was on in the AM was super friendly and not pushy for sales he did let me know about the extra trade in credit for two or more games and other standard ad i’m sure gamestop has them say but otherwise just felt natural friendly customer service which is always nice and was eager to help me with any questions or help finding anything
Negative experience: Put my rewards account on Auto Renew without even telling me.
Negative experience: Google says they're open, and no one's here. Pour for a store not to keep his employees on-site. Or haven't come in on time or open when they advertise.
Fantastic experience: It was totally worth driving further to this gamestop. I have an eight year old son who earned his own money to pay for what he wanted. The staff made us feel comfortable and not rushed. They took time to help my son with his earnings and very knowledgeable about the game he plays.
Negative experience: Poor customer service, went to another gamestop instead for better service.

Not only did they tell me their sister store had more told if I showed my receipt I could still get the buy 3 for 27 at their other store. That's great. Not many stores try to help you out and even tell you how to get deals even if you have to go elsewhere. Recommend them.

Five stars, great experience, best service I've ever seen at a Gamestop.
Positive experience: Like any other GameStop, only 2 working the registers and people waiting in line. My transaction only lasted 30sec while others took 5-10 minutes deciding on what they want AT the counter.
