Fantastic experience: amazing people work here and has amazing products

Positive experience: Easy to miss and staff pretty much ignore you. My granddaughter like it and the collectibles even though they were very pricey.

Negative experience: Employee was rude took no time to evaluate or answer my questions. I asked one question he walked away, went and grabbed his drink and disappeared like someone could seriously rob the place you get better employees here.

Fantastic experience: Still had shiny codes because they kept the one person per code rule! Thanks guys!

Negative experience: Old man with beard does not like selling cards to kids and made it clear today. He even accused us of cutting the line, but we didn’t. We will go to bestbuy from now on where it’s cheaper anyways and cancel our pro membership!

Positive experience: A decent GameStop location with friendly and helpful employees. Only downside is the switch selection is getting thin. It could be my fault for buying all of the good ones.

Negative experience: Brought in a ps5 in the hopes of trading it in for a xbox. Asked the larger man with a beard and glasses if he could test it out as the disc drive didn't work (another location informed me of how to fix) and he didn't even bother to ask me why I brought it in after me asking for him to test it out and just said it was against policy to touch my system without me selling it to him. My intentions were to have it to have it tested, evaluated, and see how much trade in value it would be. He asked no questions and seemed extremely bothered by me simply being there. Other locations have tested the console and asked me what I wanted to do with it. Never before has someone said they won't touch my console and spurt off about policy without asking any questions at all. I will not return to this and advise others to avoid this employee.

Positive experience: Had the game I wanted, but they added the protection plan when I told them no. I didn't realize until I was already heading back home, over an hour out. They need to pay attention to detail .

Positive experience: This is a decent store, but one of the assistant managers has to be one of the most miserable, lazy, unlikable people I have ever met. The other employees are all great, if you meet the employee I am talking about you'll know what I mean.

Positive experience: The years have not been kind to Gamestop. The shelves were bare, prices were high and selection was limited. Walking in I was more than greeted with a general hello. I was approached with asking if I would like to sell my phone or trade in unused electronics. Then they asked if I wanted to sign up for a power up rewards program. They were following me around asking if I wanted to pre-order games or the next consoles. I ended up just leaving without purchasing anything. I understand it wasn't the employees fault on how pushy they were. Definitely corporate. Back in the day, the employees were always trying to get you the best deal. The environment was inviting and you were willing to spend more time browsing just to find that gem of a game. That store is gone. With digital stores and the field of physical media dying, this store isn't going to make it much further.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, wasn’t even spoken to directly the employee was on the phone with another customer the entire time while another was watching football. Every game I selected was not in stock, despite being on the shelves, and no attempts made to help me locate it elsewhere. Was in the store for all of 5 minutes and have never been so disappointed with a GameStop experience in my life.

Fantastic experience: My son got a new intendo switch for Christmas so we joined GameStop seems like it's going to be a good place for him to figure out which games he's going to like they had a wide range of a acessories for all types of gaming systems and the employees seemed very knowledgeable about all of them will definitely be coming back probably on a regular basis looking forward to our future visits
