Negative experience: Hours on Google and a sign on the door say they are open on Sunday until 8 pm but I got there at 7 and they were already closed. I even called 5 min before coming over and spoke to an employee about their stock and he could have told me they were closing early but he didn’t.

Fantastic experience: Funko Pop figurines are on sale for an additional 50% off. These are clearance items. There is a wide assortment available. There is also a sale on non clearance figures. A fun store to shop with a wide variety of items.

Negative experience: Really surprised at the "I'm here to collect a check and give attitude" atmosphere that is promoted here. This used to be my go to Gamestop but I haven't kept up with gaming lately and clearly the bar has been lowered at this location. Not very friendly or helpful but as a customer, what would I know

Negative experience: If I could recommend a store close it would be this one. The computer says they have it, but they don't, and to top it off they don't match their own stores prices ( from a game stop down the street) and the staff isn't very pleasant.

Thus having me stand around during a pandemic for no reason. Poorly handled.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Had already bought a pop figure from one of their sister stores and they still honored the buy 3 for 27. So only paid the difference. Not a lot of stores do that. That's really great customer service. Recommend them.

Positive experience: I went into this store today for an item I reserved online the night before which they turned out to be out of. I understand that it was an older item, and I was okay with the possibility that it wouldn’t be there but one gentleman, he seemed like the manager, must’ve had a bad day because he was very short with me. The other employee was very helpful and was willing to help me.

I highly recommend Gamestop especially the Haygood location for their superior customer service, and they also have the largest inventory and more diverse selections for collectibles, games, and accessories than any other location I've been to.

Fantastic experience: Well organized, with probably one of the biggest collections of toys and board games of the local Gamestops. Otherwise, if you've been to a Gamestop, you know what to expect... some things are cheaper new on Amazon than used here, and never trade your games cuz you'll just get garbage on return rate, but at least used games have a great 7 day return policy, so you can "rent" in a way to see if you want to actually keep it.
