Negative experience: I'm going to keep it simple, GameStop is too big of a franchise for them to require an ID as part of their return policy. For one I was not informed that I would need one if I wanted to make a return and 2nd for you guys to have a lot of child customers this policy is unfair to us. It would be nice to get some type of compensation for the trouble after all, I a 15 yr old had to stand outside in the rain until somebody old enough was nice enough to help me out and make the return for me.

Negative experience: I came into the store well within closing time and was told that because he was working on some else’s transaction for 20 minutes they wouldn’t be able to check me out. Terrible customer service.

Positive experience: I bought a Nintendo switch from this place. I had it shipped for Christmas. The Nintendo switch controller doesn't even work. Like what is this. I will call this morning to see what happens. My review may change for the good or the bad but right now if I could zero stars I would. Update: I was able to go to a another store where I am located and they were able to exchange out the controller that wasn't working. I changed from 1 star to 3 because the young man on the phone was nice and correct about being able to take it to another store in my state. Also everything seems to be working fine.

Fantastic experience: Small footprint, but has a lot of awesome stuff you would expect from Gamestop. Staff are really cool too, especially Darren, who helped me out big time when I wasn't even expecting it. Didn't like this store before (I didn't respect management at this store), but I think they turned it around in a positive way. Will look forward to shopping here again when I pass by.

Negative experience: Don’t even try to come to this location for Pokemon cards, the employees back door the product so no one can even get any. They also never answer their phone and they take 3 hour breaks in the middle of the day at random, locking the store. So business hours are definitely not accurate.
Negative experience: Didn't understand why I couldn't return my headset for a wireless headset which I had bought that night I made a mistake and picked up the one that wasn't wireless but I brought it back that morning and I wasn't allowed to trade it back in or get store credit but I turned around and bought a $300 headset which was wireless and I thought least they would tell me that they would give me store credit on the $60 headset that I had just bought that night I have been a customer for over 20 some years and I want to continue to believe in GameStop the policy should be changed in a little more lenient if it haven't been 24 hours

Negative experience: I don’t know if it was this location or the next closest but same day delivery bullshit. It was sent to Walmart! Then GameStop did not provide the full address for delivery. Was deemed undeliverable I called corporate because it said delivered today. It was in fact not once I called corporate. I called the closest two locations from what corporate said after almost two hours calling nonstop they DO NOT pick up the phone. For a 500 purchase you expect service but none was had NO WORRIES order canceled and I’ll just get my game system from elsewhere. Same day delivery and it’s four days later. I’m shocked gamestop is still in business even the people I talked to even said delivery drivers will fake a drop off because they get paid anyways. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER not even their corporate office has faith in them.

Negative experience: Avoid Game Stop and especially this location at all cost. The employees will lie and will add charges to your purchase and not tell you and refuse to give you a refund when called out on it. Giselle is the main employee that does this. Never trust her to handle your transaction. She will lie. Hugo was trustworthy and gave me a refund but I wont ever be returning to Game Stop again.

Negative experience: New Management instructs associates to lie to customers about promotions and tells them to add things to transactions without the customers knowledge and consent. Then wants them to lie if the customer points it out. Gamestop really is failing. Stay away from this one, and any managed by Luis Rodriguez, and all honestly.

Negative experience: I walked in and greeted the guy working. Crickets. After looking around the store for what I wanted (I’m not a gamer and was looking for a birthday gift) I then approached the counter to ask for help. The flustered facial expression and monotone one word answers from asking assistance at their store was almost comical. Experiences like this keep people home and buying online. In addition to the staff members attitude I later found out that their recommendation was wrong. If I didn’t need this gift asap I’d have left and bought the game elsewhere. Two stars simply because they had what I needed.

I walked in for a PS5 and GameStop will not sell me one without adding on accessories or a pro membership. Positive experience: They are still wearing masks but since this is a small location, I guess I can see why. I had a trade-in that I bought at another store and got top dollar for store credit. I turned around and purchased a used game and paid only $9. before tax for it. With the $ I saved, I selected a snazzy shirt from their clearance rack. They even pitched in the hanger for free. Nice guys. Now I'm the best-dressed gamer in town and thrifty to boot. Hurray for Game Stop!

Negative experience: The gentleman Raymond at the GameStop on Ross was very difficult to deal with. I went to sell an iPhone 12 Max pro because I had sold one last month at the GameStop on Buckner. The going price was $580 and that was fine for me. When we walked into the Ross location Ramon actually tried to give me $250 for the same exact iPhone because he claimed I needed a SIM card in it with the directions tell you to take out all SIM cards. So I told him that I would go retrieve the SIM card and come back and I asked what were the price be then he said it would be closer to the 580 as listed. After going all the way back home and coming back to the store and him checking the phone for 30 minutes giving us a price of 540 getting the license, he FINALLY finds a Nick ON SIDE big as a ballpoint pen tip on the side of the new iPhone. He then proceeds to tell us that he cannot give it to us for the price as mentioned and it was considered damaged and he would have to knock it down to $250 which was b*******. I feel as if he inconvenienced us, patronized us and wasted valuable time .Before we went all the way back to our homes to retrieve the SIM card and then back again and then wait 30 minutes until he struggled to find something wrong with the phone so that he could uy it for a reasonable. I would not recommend this GameStop. they are ful of games they wasted our time they were not apologetic and I believe they were a little bit prejudice against women and African Americans.

Fantastic experience: The staff has always been very friendly and willing to help whenever I’ve been there. My only real problem is with the store location itself. The congestion from people trying to park and maneuver around each other will have you paying full attention to what’s going around you. Overall, it’s a very busy area so you’ll definitely feel the sense of urgency to get in and out to avoid any potential problems.
