Fantastic experience: Sadly, I've learned this location is set to permanently close on 1/15/2026. Lots of sentimental attachment to this GameStop, I've been a recurring customer of probably up to 20 years. Never had a single bad experience, whether shopping normal hours or even in a time in 2015 or so waiting at 7am for the release of Amiibo figures. A thanks to the staff working there all those years for such a great location to visit.

Negative experience: Compré COD Modern Warfare III NUEVO por aproximadamente $47 con impuestos. El juego tiene un problema: no se puede jugar el modo campaña. Intenté cambiarlo o devolverlo, pero me dijeron que ya no podían porque estaba abierto (todos lo compran para jugar, no para guardarlo sellado). Me dijeron que me darían el cambio por $9, pero compré un juego nuevo por $47. Fue una pésima experiencia. No volveré a comprar allí. ¡Qué pena! I bought COD Modern Warfare III NEW, 47$ approximately with the taxes, the game brings a problem that you can’t play the campaign mode! I go to the days to change it for another one or make the return they tell me that they can no longer because it was opened (anyone buys it to play it not to keep it sealed) that they can receive the change to $9 bone a new game that I bought for $47, very bad experience I will not buy there again what a shame...

Positive experience: Due to the local stores in our area closing we had to search for another store. My son is a person that can't survive without his game system. Plus the controllers must be in working order. Checked out Walmart and he refused to settle for theirs. Had to find one that has a background Mute button on the face of it. Thank you Game Stop!
Negative experience: Went in to trade a PS5 controller and the store credit value was only $27.30.....the clerk then proceeded to print off a label for the same controller for $74.99...you have better luck flipping gaming items on FB market than to sell to store.
Negative experience: I came to this location looking for an Xbox Series X and they had nothing... Immediately went to Wal-Mart and found what I was looking for. Gamestop doesn't sell good games anymore, they sell weird toys and really bad used consoles
Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Never had any issue at game stop, all staff is always friendly and helpful, but the guy yesterday was very rude. A hispanic young guy with long hair and zero social skills. Didn't even tried to answer any of my questions and sent me to another store, he told me to buy the game online, and when I asked for a disc he sent me to another store in a rude way. Literally the male version of Wednesday Adams. I wont stop buying at game stop, but this guy is pushing your customers away.

Negative experience: Store has become obscenely slow ever since these couple few employees started there. Was hoping to get a product behind the counter unlocked for me, but I get ignored. Stand in line, ignored. Some random guy walks up and starts trading in a silly console and the employee jumps at the opportunity to take 20 minutes checking every little nook and cranny. Simply wanting to go in and out, but that's too much to ask for I guess. It's been happening every moment. What should be a 2 minute transaction for me turns into 30 minute wait because the employees ignore you and start chatting with other people completely unaware of the line or attend to the ones skipping the line.

Negative experience: I really do love GameStop and used to have a 5 star review on this location. Going to have to drop it to 1 star review though. They refuse to answer the phone. If you go in-person they are good enough I suppose. But not answering the phone and a business is unacceptable. I have tried to call them the last 7 days in a row, multiple times a day and spread out throughout the day. Sorry, but you don't have that many customers, or maybe I should buy a lottery ticket as the odds are ever in my favor it seems. I have walked into an empty store plenty of times at this location. And short-staffed sucks, but still doesn't excuse not answering the phone as a business. I have one preorder with them right now and after that is done I will not be returning to this store again.
Fantastic experience: Went to GameStop to get my daughter a switch for her birthday. The worker Martha was super helpful and kind! She answered our many questions kindly and very well. She was very helpful and the location was kept very clean and organized which is very nice and appreciated. Definitely worth visiting and buying from this location and ask for Martha she’s super friendly!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! They have terrible employees and won’t do anything to train them in customer service. I went about 2 weeks ago to pre order a game and an employee by the name of Sean would not stop harassing me about the pro member ship. Even after I told the nice young lady that I didn’t want to pay for it. He continued with remarks like “you don’t have $15 ?you get it back in a month. It’s not even that much”. I then called days later to get information about an upcoming game, that was a mistake. Sean answered with the same rude attitude he had in the store, and was just no help at all. Could not tell me the price of a game, couldn’t tell me what kind of delux/collectors edition of the game they had for pre order. He even refused to tell me the release date. Terrible service and terrible store. much better off going to a different location where the staff is more informative and won’t pester you about something you do not want.

Negative experience: Would give it 2 stars but. 1. This store never keeps products in stock, they are always sold out. 2. Some of the staff are friendly especially the younger looking ones! 3. I Recommend you avoid speaking with The big guy that looks like “Pete from Goofy” (I think he’s a manager). We visited this store couple times and have had bad experiences while taking my little nephews there. He obviously does not know how small kids act. Maybe he was not selling enough that day? IDK. Anyways I Do not recommend this store.

Negative experience: Just up until now, this is one of the WORST GameStop's ever. I came in a few days ago to get a Windows Store card, and the last few couple of times, its been straight up 10$. I walk in, look around for a bit, and get the card. The cashier seems alright, but to the point where he adds in sales tax. When he says: Its gonna be $10.82, i get pretty surprised, because this location has never charged me sales tax. I didn't mean to make him look bad, but i had been shopping here for game cards for over a year, and what makes me pretty angry is that this dude goes ahead and says: Oh, we've been charging sales tax for over a year now! I go ahead and tell him that I have been a member for over a year and they have never charged sales tax. The dude just makes the problem even worse when he says: Its just .82 cents. I go ahead and fling the card back to the card area and leave. If you want to buy any sort of game card from this location: Don't. I prefer to buy it at Wal-Mart.

Positive experience: The customer service is good, the employees are very knowledgeable of upcoming games, however, they don't know everything about every game in the store, which is fine because who's going to study 300+ different games? The equipment they sell is in quite good condition as well. With the reviews I have seen about this GameStop are either from 3-4 years ago when everything was different or by people who are being unbelievably dumb. Like buying a pre-owned product and expecting it to be perfect in every way with no problems and then complain about it. Or another reviewer complaining about not being able to look at something because someone has done the same thing and stolen it. Please disregard the inexplicably stupid customers who have no idea of what common sense is and don't know what they are talking about. This GameStop is helpful and tries it's best to perform. I'd give five stars, but no place is perfect. :P
Negative experience: My brother went to go buy a wireless pre-owned Xbox One controller for me and when we got home and put in new fresh AA batteries the power of the controller was weaken, so most likely I will go up there and make a scene that they are frauding with full price accessories equipment to people that want to play that night and they just ruined the fun for me so I recommend to not go to this store unless you just want games the other equipment is bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they don't trade for a better controller then imgoing to jail then:)
