Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this GameStop location on April 29 around 1:50 to 2:00 PM. The store was not busy at all. There were only about three customers inside, including myself. The male employee who helped me was respectful and professional, but the female employee I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. All I asked was for my disc to be wiped down, and she acted like it was an issue. She also handled my game cases carelessly, tossing them around like they did not matter. The way she spoke to me was rude as well. She told me not to rely on the GameStop website to see if a game was in stock. However, the game ended up being in stock, which made the situation even more frustrating. I also felt like she treated me unfairly and assumed I was going to steal a case, which made me feel profiled and uncomfortable. I cannot say for sure what her intentions were, but that is how it came across to me. When customers are paying for games, they expect their items to be handled with care and for staff to help them get what they paid for. Basic customer service, respect, and professionalism should not be difficult, especially when the store is not busy. At the end of the day, the game worked fine after the disc was cleaned, but the customer service and the way the situation was handled were unacceptable. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses the employee’s behavior.

Fantastic experience: Workers there are great for the most part. It's the customers that are truly the worst. They make you just...not want to be here anymore. They do not understand the workers arehuman and are not there for you to physically assault or scream at.

Negative experience: The girl with the glasses provided no customer service at all. Couldn't give me the customer service number to report a concern on my pro account. She did not want to provide a resolution to the problem that was caused on their end.

I've seen people waiting hours for their pre orders. my last straw was when I camee back with some clothing I purchased but they left the security sensors on. then when I come back they won't take em off bc I don't have the receipt for a pair of socks. Just completely unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: The place is very clean and organized. I mentioned this to the young guy who was a cashier and he said it was due to the change in management. The young guy was also very friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Came today to pick up an online order, but store is closed!? during store hours! They left a sticky note saying they’ll be back soon! What kind of game stop is this? This isn’t a mom and pop shop where you hang that cute little clock sign saying when you’ll be back from lunch! So unprofessional.

Negative experience: Don't buy Pokemon Cards from this location. They will sell you resealed boosters packs. This location did something shady a few years back and then I decided to give them a second shot and got sold something opened and resealed.

Great customer service is rare these days but the women in this store deserve a review of their own, they were beyond helpful and patient and any questions I had if they didn't know the answer they quickly found the answer. I called the store before I went and they were just as helpful when I called just as there were when I actually went into the store. I was surprised by who good the customer service was by these women. Absolutely 5 stars and that is based on those employees. I don't give sugar coated reviews. Read a few if you have any doubt

Negative experience: This place is so disrespectful. I went in the store with my son and had to walk out because as soon as I got there the whole place smell like weed. The smell was so strong that I smell it outside the building. I can't believe the workers there were okay with the people that smelled that way. It's a place wefe kids go and get games. You'll need to be more aware of what goes on in this store.
