Negative experience: Store manager never here to help you and the employees dont knkw how to use the system for transactions dont come here if you trying to use your insurance to get a new controller none of the employees knows how to do it and their manager never answer or at the store

Negative experience: TERRIBLE experience from an employee named Shay. She had a stank attitude the whole time talking to her. Constantly trying to talk about ways to get a game and she literally kept interrupting me while i'm talking and finding ways to get it since THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT IN STOCK. Was on the phone with another person and she butted in saying "BYE" as loud as possible so the other person could hear it. Why are you in the business of another person you do not know? Being rude at that? Very unprofessional employee.
Negative experience: This was the worst experience ever in a GameStop been a pro member for three years but today I’m canceling my subscription They should closed this location empty boxes merchandise mix with trash in the floors the employee was rude it looks like he don’t wanna be there I think it was his overweight I was there for the 4 for $20 this guy haven’t change the price stickers for months I didn’t care about it with wrong prices so I end up choosing my four games finally all the games that i come up with have deepest scratches on the date part of the disc so I told the guy hey can you check if you got better copy’s so he was like this are the only ones so I was like ok I’ll chose another 2 games Instead of those this guy asked for my Id to do a return I was like dude you literally see the trash you selling but I was ok cool then after 30 minutes yes 30 minutes of him fighting with a computer he told me it was $8 more after the $20 that I already paid because the other game cost 6 dollars and this one was $7 I .was like is the 4 for $20 games under $10. But I was already tired so I was like never mind. Just give me my money. Back I’ll be on my way

Negative experience: The worst experience ever at a gamestop. I'm past the greeting and could care less for any social interaction. But what blows my mind, is when you walk in and the salesperson is already rolling their eyes because someone walked through the door. What made matters worse, I find the game I was looking for and take the cover to the register. I ask the sales associate do you have this in stock and she replied, "I dunno". I'm thinking you work here, look it up. She finally realizes she has to do something and looks up the game. I'm ready to pay and leave already. She didn't ask if I was a "pro" member, she didn't look up my account for promotions or discount. She didn't even verify if my card was me. She just didn't care to be there, you, or me. Then again it's S. DALLAS. THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. In all honesty, its better to close the store and use shipping. I totally regret wasting my time to drive 14 minutes for the game. It would had been better to order online. Never in my life will I recommend this store or go back to it. Online it is for me

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Doe(Manager)she helped me with a faulty controller i bought. I had gone to 35&belt line first but guy only wanted to give me $15 credit. I was still under warranty. She definitely is a above and beyond employee. Also was helping numerous customers while I had my kids pick out some toys before I checked out.

Negative experience: Fix your hours today 6/19/24 your employee didn’t show up until 12 am and still had customers waiting for a long time waiting for him to get set up . We all seen the slouch coming out of his car and slowly make his way inside to take his time . Please do better or at least fix your house so people don’t get mad at you guys .

Negative experience: We were just looking for a PS4 Remote and I told him can you check other stores and he said that none of the stores have them he didn't even check so I went to Game Exchange in Grand Prairie and they had an excellent service. I feel that GameStop should have more mature people that cares about customers.

Negative experience: Went today, woman behind the front desk knows nothing about being nice to customers. Asked to see controllers, she rolled her eyes and pointed behind her. After I made my purchase I said thank you have a nice day, and did the same thing again and said nothing back. I’ve been coming here since it opened. Never met someone like her at this location. Last time I ever go for sure.
