Negative experience: Every time I arrive it is closed. If you ever think of coming, I recommend that you think about it carefully or that you find out. Luckily I live close by, but even so, it is a waste to come and always find it closed during the hours that it is supposed to be open.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is incompetent at best and apathetic at worst. I went to buy a PS5 and arrived at 12 PM to see they were closed. Their signs say open at 10 AM. I see an employee through the window, so I tried calling several times and he did not get the phone. An old Vietnam veteran knocked on the window and the employee informed him they would not open for another 30 minutes. Not wanting to drive elsewhere, I grabbed some coffee and returned. 45 minutes later they opened the doors. No apology for opening late, no acknowledgment that I walked in the store. I asked to buy a PS5 and the response was, “You know if you buy in-store it comes as a bundle, right?” I had to do a bundle with the GameStop membership for an extra $150. Not advertised online. I walked out. No wonder this place is going out of business.
Negative experience: Horrible location to shop at. I got to the door 10min before they closed and the worker in charge wouldn’t let me in. It was the second location that I visited in the same night that closed before the time online and on their door. Piss poor excuse of a franchise
Negative experience: This location is a joke! Please don’t waste your time coming here. Take your money to any other GameStop but this one. Shady Buisness not honoring warranty on devices ect.

Negative experience: This is ridiculous. I was trying to order online for this location and the store hours showed they open at 10:00am. The gamestop website nor the gamestop app allowed me to place a order online. So I call Corporate and they wasn't able to help me. I said maybe because they are close I can't place a pickup order. I waited to 10am and I still couldn't do it. I drove up there and the hours listed is 11am. Now I have to wait a hour to get two games that I saw were available in store at this location. I order it online and I try using Apple Pay. It went through. I assume that I can easily get my things once they open. I get to the door at 11:00 the door is locked. I pull the door and the guy finally unlocked the door. I say to him you all hours shows 10 online corp needs to be made aware of it. He said its google, I said no on the gamestop app it shows 10:00am. He said oh. I told him I was picking up my order, he said when did you place it. I said in the car since you all was not open yet. He said they haven't put it in my system yet. I said I don't understand. He said in order for me to fill your order it has to be in my system. I said that doesn't make sense that its not already there. I'm thinking to myself, If I can order food while I am in the drive thru and get it at the window why does it take long to get my order from a store who has the products that I need. It didnt make sense. I waisted a whole hr already because the app shows they open at 10am. I couldn't leave with my order because of a computer system. I told him, I will call corp. I have called corp.

Negative experience: The employees at this store are so rude it baffles me. These guys work at a game store but act like they’re being forced to pick up trash on the highway. There is a desperate need for training on how to handle customer interaction and probably just human interaction in general. I don’t often write a review this low but the staff is invariably unfriendly. I would rather drive several more miles to shop at another store than spend any more money at this location.
Negative experience: Front desk guy tried to scam me for the Free Promo Lechonk Card saying I have to spend $25 in order to get one LOL. I called my other local store on Illinois and got my free one as advertised through Pokémon.

I dont live with roaches so why would you assume my console might have roaches in it. Long story short i took it to another gamestop and they took it no problem.

Negative experience: I placed an order in the store since the item was not available at the store, but was in stock online according to the employee. I did not receive an email for over 24hrs which I thought was strange so I called customer service and found out my information was put in completely wrong. I spelled everything out for the employee so there was no reason why the information should have been wrong. Also, the employee told me the item would arrive before Christmas if I paid extra for shipping. According to customer service, they do not know when the item will ship because it is not currently even in stock.. Additionally, I was told the shipping would cost $5 extra, but I was charged $10 extra. This whole situation is really just ridiculous.

Tienen gran variedad de juegos, consolas, controles, etc. A parte de varias cosas más como ropa, accesorios para tus consolas, accesorios para vestir como gorras, collares, pijamas, tazas para beber, artículos coleccionables de muchas marcas. La tienda está muy bien surtida, siempre está limpia, bien ordenada. Puedes pagar en efectivo y tarjeta de crédito y débito. Cuentan con estacionamiento para discapacitados.

Negative experience: I came in to return a game and was greeted by Andrew who was amazing and gave great customer service and as I’m at the front desk with him his co worker Diana comes up grabs the game doesn’t communicate with me stares at me checks the receipt and proceeds to walk to the office and then has us wait not knowing why.
Fantastic experience: I really like this store! Very friendly staff that strike up a conversation at the first opportunity. I have yet to find a game they can't answer questions about. They are not pushy like I've come across at other stores but they do make sure to inform you of things that you're glad to hear about. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
