Fantastic experience: The two team members that were on duty Saturday, August 16 at about 11 AM where without equal in their level of customer service. As an adult who has not played video games in more than a decade, I have fallen way behind the curve. These ladies were friendly and exceptionally helpful and informative to help my nine-year-old son (on his birthday) have an extra special day and help me lead him in the right direction. This is not the closest GameStop to my home, but it is my preferred location from now on. My only regret is that I did not get the two team members names so I could acknowledge them personally.

Fantastic experience: I had never visited this Gamestop prior to my most recent experience. I was able to secure a Switch 2 preorder at this location, and I traded in my OLED at the same time. Over the past several weeks I visited this location to trade in a few things here and there and pay down my balance owed. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I feel they gave me a fair rate for my trade-ins which you normally don’t associate with Gamestop. I definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.
Negative experience: Submitted my psa submission on march 7th for 3 pokemon cards come to find out two weeks ago my cards got stolen by fedex according to store employee as we continued conversating she then says a comment about knowing who the person stealing the cards was so which one is it fedex or an ex store employee this store is a joke!
Negative experience: I don't usually write reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I submitted my favorite Charizard card through GameStop for PSA grading. It wasn't just any card—it was my first rare pull, shared with friends, and held significant sentimental value. After two months of anticipation, I received a call informing me that the card was lost during shipping to PSA. The compensation offered was only the ungraded market value, ignoring the potential higher grade it might have received. They also refused to refund the shipping fee I paid upfront. I understand that mistakes happen, but the handling of this situation felt impersonal and procedural. There was no genuine apology or effort to make things right beyond their standard policy. For a company offering this service, there should be an understanding that cards carry emotional value, not just monetary worth. Now, I have to tell my friends that the card we were excited about for two months is simply gone. To the representative who called me—if you read this, please know it's not personal. I appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation. However, referencing internal analysts and estimating the card's value as if it couldn't have been mint felt dismissive. I wasn't seeking a payout; I wanted the card back or at least acknowledgment of its sentimental value. A bit more empathy could have eased this loss. In short, after two months of waiting, I got a call saying they lost my Charizard, won't even refund the shipping, and told me this was their policy. I really miss my Charizard wherever you are.
Negative experience: they are hiding pokemon cards for their friends and keeping stuff for them selves. I know all game stop have got more pokemon bundles or cards on march 14th they were so rude saying we dont get them until tomorrow but they have a sign saying they have 26 in store for the next day I know im not getting the inventory for the next day but they already received items and have them online but not in store. just feels like they are keeping them for them selves please look into this corporate game stop.

Positive experience: Stop by to check the store, good memories at this store, years ago we went to this store all the time with my kids, to buy, sell, exchange games, now this is totally different than what it used to be
Negative experience: I went in to return an item — or to possibly price match it because it was cheaper online than in-store — and the cashier (she wouldn’t give me her name) became very irritated with me; she huffed when she saw me approach with a GameStop bag in hand. All I did was ask if I could make a return, and she proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers (children too) in the store. It was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. The other customers looked at me with worry because what she was doing was so outlandish. I will not be returning to this GameStop again.

So I had already been told this girl was very knowledgeable if you have any account issues and lo and behold I did have an issue my GameStop account never showed any points even tho I constantly make purchases. Nicole took the time to help me figure it out and she is always super nice, with a smile on her face. If you stop by this location you won’t be disappointed by customer service that’s for sure thank u!

Negative experience: Opened a pokemon box from here and someone is opening the boxes and stealing the cards and placing the boxes back on shelf for customers to buy. Unacceptable. This needs to be investigated.
Negative experience: Got my daughter the pokemon shinning fates premium collection for Christmas and when she opened it, all the pack were already sliced open and cards were missing The box was tapered with and I have no doubt it was an employee smh my daughter was extremely disappointed

Negative experience: I’ve always gone to this GameStop because it was close, but the new workers have no idea what’s going on. I had to help a couple that was shopping for their child because the workers didn’t give them the correct item, and didn’t know how much a Nintendo switch online membership was. Even though they sell it. This store went bad very quickly and it’s sad, because it’s the only location in the city.

What's the whole point of doing a pre order if the company is not full filling its part? I had 4 stars but I'm switching to 2. Cause is not the first time.

Negative experience: A worker here named “jessi” denied access to my service dog and I. I showed him the paperwork and the credentials for him to be allowed in. He treated me like the only disability people have is ones that require a guide dog. He said he will only allow “guide” dogs in. Not any other form of a service dog. He said the other dogs that are not guide dogs aren’t service dogs. He blasted me in the store in front of everyone and denied access to a registered/certified service animal. It was beyond anything i have ever experienced. I have never experienced such humiliation from a public place. There are other disabilities that aren’t noticeable to the naked eye and to be railroaded and treated like dirt because I tried to go in there with my service dog is beyond embarrassing. I started to have a panic attack in the middle of the store. Please never treat anyone like this again. It is so embarrassing. A police officer was also in there shopping and stated to the worker that legally i was in the right but the worker refused me and denied me access in the store to shop.

Negative experience: Didn't like how unprepared Gamestop was for the release of the Xbox & ps5 in-store. While they said they'd have a minimum of 2 but seemed more like a maximum of 2. There were over 30 people in line and there were only 2 ps5 and 6 Xbox. Happy that we got a console but they really should've had more...
Positive experience: I came in for switch games and got some good recommendations for some RPG's. The man there also helped explain the additives, like controllers and SD cards, and what not that you might need/want. They had a pretty good selection of used and new games for the switch.
Negative experience: The two guys working the store we're kind of pushy and tried to sell me something that wasn't anything to do with what I was looking for it the best GameStop location around is Arkansas and 360 they have a great staff as well to very friendly and helpful

Negative experience: First off, me and my wife walked inside and the place reeked of old stale wet dog. Second off, I watched an employee have to help a customer in line for 15 minutes; with about 5-6 people waiting, and the Senior Guest Advisor just walked around and did nothing. He ignored the phone ringing TWICE and by the time the other employee helped half the line, he finally came to the counter to ring me up. There where 2 registers open! He just chose not to help. Pure laziness, and complete lack of customer service skills.
