Negative experience: Store has permanently closed it’s doors.

Fantastic experience: Best gamestop ever! Danny was super helpful and went over and beyond to help me out! Only gamestop I'll be shopping at now

Positive experience: Customer service, lady was a really polite and helpful.

Negative experience: I came here the other day at 5:00 pm and it was close, i came here today at 7:55 pm and it's close, it's this gamestop close all the time or what??

Negative experience: Nobody at the store when I stopped by, maybe management doesn't have more than one person scheduled to work to take care of customers.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Never been to a GameStop before. Came here for a head set. Guy shows me the head set he suggest and says he can get me a discount by signing me up for a GameStop membership. I get home and the headset doesn't work so I try to go to return it to the store and there's just a sign on the door that says we will be back in 60min. It doesn't say when they left so you wouldn't know when that 60minutes started. Go back the next day and same sign is still there, try to call the store and they don't have a voicemail. So I go to a different GameStop to try to exchange or return the headset and they say they don't return new items if they are opened. I bought it 2 days ago and I have the receipt and it doesn't work. He says well our return policy is on the receipt. (Oh so you mean the piece of paper I get after I buy something tells me the information that I needed to know prior to buying it, that's convenient). So now I'm stuck with a headset that doesn't work that I just bought and apparently can't return and they have a store that says it's open but apparently the staff just leaves for days and doesn't tell anyone. . How is GameStop still in business?

Negative experience: This place is always closed Its been 2 days they put a sign will be back at .. and never come back at that time ibeen waiting for more then 40min i have seen alot of ppl leaving never coming back here again dont waste ur time here.

Negative experience: When i get there it is closed heck... even one time i came by there was someone but they were closed.... just have another person/worker be at the register and have them switch out on hours like im not sure if it works that way but just a suggestion

Negative experience: This location always closes early!!!! So annoying!!! People still have 15-20 mins to go in and look around but anytime I arrive it’s closed and the workers just behind the counter!!!

Positive experience: Recently I got the demon slayer game for a Nintendo switch, loved it. Also the demon slayer game is $47.90 + tax in Walmart, $47.99 + tax In target, these prices are from online, if u do get it online. Lucky i came in this gamestop and got it for $39 the tax only made it $40 with some extra change! In general I like getting my video games from here. They have very good prices on their games and figures! There were some anime figures I wanted to get so, will definitely go back and get some!! I would love to start a figure collection and the first place I would probably start by is getting some from this gamestop! You should definitely come here!! (You'll love the prices )

Fantastic experience: Almost every time I come to this GameStop location the employees are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I can say that is bad is that sometimes the store may be out of stock of some things, but that's not the store's fault.

Fantastic experience: Love this manager. He was off of Cockrell hill by Walmart but moved to Illinois by Fiesta. Always amazing service! Now I dislike going to the Cockrell hill location cause I went in and the employee literally walked in front of me grabbed a game that I was gonna grab and said sorry.. online order. I'm like well I'm here physically. Left and came to the Illinois location. He always gets it right.

Negative experience: I usually have good service here and no one is ever rude, but earlier I tried coming in on Tuesday around 4pm (It would usually be open as it says on the business hours). The door was locked and I was unable to go inside, there was no one at the counter and there was no note on the door. I’m not sure what happened, but it was pretty inconvenient. Maybe when an employee leaves they should put a note on the door?

Negative experience: The worker's are cool, but I recently had a bad experience with them. Went in to buy a game for Ps4 and ended up trying to purchase the latest edition of JustCause4. When I was completing my purchase the store employee told me the game was for a different price then what it was listed for. I found the game at 39.99 with about five other copies at that price. The employee ended up telling me the video games had wrong price tags on them and she couldn't honor that price. Which was real disappointing to me so I walked out.
