Fantastic experience: Loved my experience. When I walked in automatically she greeted with a smile which you don’t see often. She helped me in every way which I appreciate it. She was professional and knew what she was doing . Also she is a very kind girl. Definitely coming back here :)

Negative experience: Door was locked at 7:40 PM on Wednesday, Nov 15th. Waiting in the parking lot for a while thinking someone would return. Looks like employees close up shop pretty early? Is this company policy and procedure?

Fantastic experience: Awesome place! First time in to a gamestop, and the experience was great. I got all the help i needed, i asked a ton of questions for my kids because i am clueless to this realm. I got a deal, and was given great suggestions as well as a complete set for under what i thought i was going to spend. Great help and the guys at the desk were supper friendly. I had a conversation about cars for an additional 15 minutes after my purchase. Friendly environment, and staff.

Positive experience: Decent facility with proper maintenance and cleaning. Had quite a few pre-owed products with pre-owed accessories. Would have to say my only complaint would be It's small space which can feel quite claustrophobic. But besides that it's welcoming.
