Positive experience: I’m giving this location four stars only due to the fact that I called their location literally right before I went in within minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I tried five times. Then when I arrived just 3 to 4 minutes later, there was literally two employees in the store and no one else…. it was almost comical. I almost said something, but knew that it wouldn’t do any good. GameStop, if this location is slow on sales not answering, the phone is a good indicator as to why . Otherwise, this is a good location and do really like the store

Negative experience: Customer serviced is trash. Tried explaining to the associate that other stores print out codes for currency. He said and I quote “Does this look like the other stores” lol he refuse to even try what I was asking. I Will never come back to the store until they get new management.

Fantastic experience: I just had the worst experience with gamestop corp. The employees at this store are the ONLY reason I will shop at Gamestop again. I was trying to use the 2 year warranty on my Xbox Elite 2 controller, however because they only sell the Core 2, which is the same controller but it has a different sku, it took me about 2 hours in store over 2 days for Corporate to finally allow me to warranty the controller. The associates at the store were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to work with me till the issue was resolved. Thank you to the 2 ladies who were working to assist me, I'm sorry I forgot to get your names.

Fantastic experience: Went in, looking to purchase a PS3 or PS4. Even though all of the consoles and controllers are checked and tested, we ended up buying the PS5 Slim, because I REALLY want the new Avatar game, which I will be picking up shortly.

Negative experience: Absolutely atrocious! I went to the store at 8:05 on December 22 and the gates were closed and the door was locked. They close at 9pm on Thursday. When I knocked on the door to see that there was two employees not doing anything inside I simply just wanted to ask why they were closed. Keep in mind it is 15° outside and all they had to say to me was that they were closed. Nothing more nothing less. I asked could he open the door because I couldn’t hear what he had to say on why they were closed. He pointed to a sign that said that they close early on December 24 closed on December 25 and close early on December 26th. Nothing about the 22nd and I voiced that to him but yet it did not matter. There were two other vehicles with people Watching this happen. I have never been disrespected like this before and I hope the two individuals that decided to treat me like this either lose their job for terrible customer service, or is held accountable for their actions. I do not recommend this GameStop.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a Kaira Pro headset online for store pickup. Didn't realize they'd accidentally bagged up the regular version when I picked it up, which, given the packaging, seems like a very easy mistake to make. Went in the next day, and got it exchanged for the correct item in less than two minutes, no hassle at all. Sometimes, great customer service isn't about always getting it right 100% of the time, it's about how you handle the situation when it goes sideways, and the folks at this store did a fantastic job, and turned a small error into a happy customer. My thanks, ladies and gentlemen.

Negative experience: This store says it opens at 11:00 am on Sundays but when you go around that time it is still closed. They should change it that they open at 12:00pm instead if they are going to be always late on Sundays and don’t have people waiting outside.

Negative experience: This location is pure evil but that’s OK because I have an advocate who works hard for me what they meant for evil God turned it around in my favor and I still was able to get my son an Nintendo switch! I called this location to make sure the availability for Nintendo switch was in stock. There was a promotional price online for me to be able to pick it up in store and when I called, the lady I spoke with said sure they are in stock and they have all three switches she even went online and confirmed the price for me stating that I was correct and that the product could be new and not refurbished to my dismay when I got off the phone and went to order at the promotional price I saw they had removed the stock availability and put it to zero so that I could not purchase it. My son‘s 11th birthday is today and he’s been wanting the switch for a year but I couldn’t afford it and was only able to get the lite now that I’m finally able to get it it really hurt me to be turned down from this location fortunately I was able to get my son to switch with no issues. This location should be ashamed of themselves just AWFUL.

Fantastic experience: By far one of the nicest, cleanest most customer focused oriented store. When you come here you feel like you're actually family, not another walking sack of money. They take the time to connect, find your needs and offer a solution, or CFO like i call it. This is one store I come to time and time again. I never have problems here. The employees and managers are always helpful and kind. If you go ask for Luis or Tara!

Negative experience: Store was worried to much about theft. Felt like they was watching me the whole time I was there. So I left and went to my favorite gamestop to get what I wanted. Not going back to this location ever. If Im going to be rushed to buy to the point I can't look around and make my decision then whats the porous of shopping?

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed holding a conversation with 2 beautiful female staff at this location! They answered all my questions. Almost had me buying a yearly subscription and i dont even frequent the store. Seriously the store is clean, has many selections of games and clearance items. Just wish the games were universal when it comes to prices. I can find 1 used game for lets say 19.99 then find another for 39.99 but have no difference in game type.
