Fantastic experience: I’ve been buying and selling with Retro Game Rehab for over 2 years, and they’ve always provided amazing customer service. Recently, I bought a Steam Deck and had no idea how to set it up or use it properly. Ruben went above and beyond by taking the time on his own to get everything ready for me so I could enjoy my games right away. That level of dedication is hard to find nowadays. If you are looking for games and consoles pre dating NES, they have a good selection of rare and hard to find consoles/games: Atari, Colecovision, Vectrex, Genesis Nomad…… I purchased a WORKING Emerson Arcadia 2001 at a great price. I highly recommend this shop, please check it out, you won’t be disappointed, especially if you are a serious collector!

Pricing is reasonable compared to other shops (local game shops, eBay, etc.) . Very friendly staff. I bought about 5-8 games and my daughter got some funko pop characters . Fantastic experience: It's hard to accurately explain the level that this place is on. Owner conducts business like you rarely see these days, you have to go and find out for yourself what I mean. His employed help also has that same energy. Super knowledgeable, helpful, keeps a down to earth atmosphere. The selection is always evolving. There really is something for everyone. Smallest store I've been to but don't be fooled, every nook is packed everywhere you turn with great stuff. My favorite store in DFW!

Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time today. I was very surprised to see lots of cool and rare things. Great selection of NES and SNES games. I bought a copy of Pokemon Leaf Green for a good price. The worker tested it and opened it up to show the circuit board before I paid. He also got me a plastic case for the game that was slightly dirty and he cleaned it from me. Im impressed with the top of the line customer service! Thank you! I will definitely be back!

Positive experience: Only reason it isn't a perfect 5 star is only because stuff has to be pricey right now. Other than that, it's clean, well organized, the owner operator has all of the patience of a Saint, and a bunch of the final cleaning is done right in front of you as he tests the products before you leave.

The store may not be very physically big but the selection is the exact opposite; a lot of sought after games at super fair prices! Fantastic experience: I am an out of towner, but come through Arlington from time to time. There are a few stores in the greater area I make a point to stop in and check out the selection. I was really happy to see a new store pop onto the local options when I did a new search. Upon entering, I saw a very clean and well-organized store with a fantastic selection. I was especially excited to see a lot of games from retro Sega consoles represented (CD, Saturn, Master System) as well as a plethora of accessories. The locked cases have some excellent selection of rarer and hard to find games - there were so many titles I wish I could have grabbed! In my brief conversation with Jason (and also overhearing his discussions with other customers) it is clear that there is a genuine passion, care, and knowledge of all thing Retro Video Games. Plus, he had a stack of "Retro Gamer" magazines, so I know he is legit. This shop is a must visit. One note - I loved that there was a price sheet for the master system games - might be good to have that for other items if they aren't marked or you update more regularly, like some of the accessories and strategy guides. Helps some of the folks who might be too shy to ask.
