Negative experience: Employees have to be the most pretentious people I've ever dealt with at a gamestop. They never answer the phone, and I've been in there while the phone rings and they always look at each other and say out loud in front of customers."I'm not getting that". And to make things worst, both of these guys have asked me if I wanted to pay them to be on a secret Snapchat account they have set up to let pokemon card scalpers know what they have in stock before the public gets access to it. I've also seen them hold product for their friends and when I confronted them about it they said "be mad about it, I dont care" it's always the same two guys working this location and they are a terrible representation of this company

Negative experience: Probably the worst GameStop I’ve been to in the last 20 years. First off, the dude literally FORCED ME to buy a $5 warranty on a game that I told him no to multiple times. His reason for forcing me to buy it was that he didn’t want to restart the transaction and he will just give me a refund afterwards. As we start the return he tells me he can only give me store credit. Obviously, I say no — he then takes $5 out of the cash register and just gives it to me. Great business plan. I then (for some reason) return today at 5:01 PM just to browse. The store has a “brb” sign with no time of return. Horrible business

Fantastic experience: The manager is the best % recommend this game stop

Negative experience: This is the worst Gamestop I've ever been to, and I've been to alot. There selection is barren every time. I can never find anything worthwhile there. The employees talk entirely too much. I had bought a few games from there. They gave me the wrong game from the same series. This meant that they had another game on their shelf that doesn't have the correct disc. All I wanted was the correct disc. The guy working refused to try to do anything. I will be buying the correct game from a different location, and returning this one. Yall can have two games with two wrong discs at two locations for all I care. This particular location in Ft. Worth on Berry St will go under within 6 months.

Negative experience: Went to trade in my Xbox and Kyle advised me to get a trade credit card instead of the cash equivalent card so that I could get more money, then we could just put the money on a gift card. It turn out, you cannot use trade in credit cards to buy other gift cards. So I’m stuck with a GameStop gift card I won’t use. For context, this was for about $200. Apparently, all of their hands are tied. Absolutely awful experience.

Negative experience: Bought some STEAM cards and all but three worked out of six I purchased. Couldn't get a refund or anything

Fantastic experience: The assistant manager Kyle is awesome! Helped me trade in my consoles and gave great recommendations! Helped me purchase a switch 2 and a PS5 Pro!

Negative experience: I’ve had problem with this location since 2018. I have complaint about their service and they got rid of some of the people but however, I went there yesterday to get my son a card and the Mexican guy just stood there and looked at my wife and didn’t acknowledge her Black guy came in acknowledge him right away. In other words he waited on the black guy before he waited on my wife, so I went in there and I asked him are you racist because he waited on a black guy my wife is white and he tried to apologize but and lie and say it wasn’t true but in fact, it was true I will never go back to the location again.

Negative experience: They are the worst people ever they will mess up your address because you live at apartment they do not put the number of the apartment then that means it goes back the warehouse no I’m a just go to Best Buy

Negative experience: I waited in line for over 30 minutes to load my PayPal account, then was informed they didn’t know how to do so tried to contact another employee which did not respond so they should not offer service if they are not able to provide the service to customers, I believe all employees should be trained on the service just in case somebody does go into their location to add money to their PayPal account

Fantastic experience: Kyle was great when I came in and got a PS5 Slim. Make that man CEO.

Negative experience: They tried to sell me a used game as "new".

Positive experience: I’m a regular here; I like the store atmosphere and the game catalog. The store always tend to have something I want or didn’t know that I want. But from a recent visit, one of the employees denied me from buying two Mature rated games even though I been buying Mature rated games with such ease earlier. I was simply getting Call of Duty Ghosts and The Surge, and I had to explain to the employee that I’m 18 and go to college yet he didn’t accept it so I had to just go home defeated. Other than that visit, the store is still good and clean. And heavily recommend if you’re looking for games.
