Fantastic experience: Angel was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional and was awesome letting me know about a Star Wars toy he had I didn't see while buying another figure and ended up buying it as well.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a great place and Angel and his staff are just awesome. Thing is I have 2 closer gamestops but I travel to the la gran plaza location because the people are so great.

Negative experience: Takes 6 phone calls after 8pm to get an answer. Could answer it and put it on hold but they just ignore it.

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks late but wanted to thank Angel for his time. My fiancé and I found my old Wii and wanted to play. We went to game xchange to buy an extra remote and an adapter to connect to new style TVs. No luck the first time so we went back and got another adapter. Still notning. Called GameStop to see if anyone could help us figure out what the heck was wrong with our Wii. Game xchange had sold us 2 faulty adapters and refused to refund me. Angel took the time to make sure we were good to play and provided a working adapter. Most people won’t take time to help like Angel does. Thank you again Angel, we love Wii sports!

Negative experience: Waited in line for the blooming waters release for 2 hours. I was second in line. The employee got there and walked past 20 people in line and just started his shift. Didn't say a word until someone asked if they had it in stock about 5 or 10 minutes later. Said they didn't have any. By that time it was too late to go to any other GameStop. Complete waste of time and missed out entirely on blooming waters. The employee could have told the line when he arrived or they could of put up a poster saying they didn't have any. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

Negative experience: Was a 15 min drive to get here and was closed 20 minutes early not happy about unconsistency, if a company says they close at a certain time then it should close at that time, especially a corporation such as gamestop. The hispanic lady said they were closed but I related to her it was 20 minutes until 9 said was closing with the other stores lol which all had there doors opened. Never come to this gamestop again. Word is bound

Negative experience: I used to love ordering from this store but it’s gone downhill so much for me. I’ve preordered 3 different sets of Funko from here and they never get them or whatever. No one ever called to tell, had to go in and ask what was up and never got a follow call or email. So I’ll be ordering elsewhere from no on.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this review because of how amazing Angel was!!! Angel was absolutely amazing, and he is a great person. He gave me phenomenal service and I am thankful I came to his GameStop. His service was phenomenal from when he picked up the phone to until I walked out the front. He gave me specific instructions to find the store location. He sold me the best brand of product with his personal recommendations and told me straight up what he'd recommend. We even had a chance to talk about our own personal goals and desires. I believe in the dreams he has for his life and his success, and GameStop has the best type of employee with him being on the team. GameStop better acknowledge Angel because if he ever leaves you all will lose a true star and gem on the team. Success story that came from our encounter. I came to the store to buy a PS5 and the Hogwarts Legacy game. Normally, I do not buy insurance when I purchase a system. Well Angel talked me into paying the money to buy a system because he truthfully told me the defects that's been occurring with the PS5. Well, when I got home and set up my system, I found out that my PS 5 remote was not registering the L1 button. If it was not for me having the GameStop insurance, I would not have been able to simply go and exchange the controller for a new one. Angel saved me a lot of headaches and I am very thankful for him. God bless Angel and thank you my brother.

She was really rude i have been going there for 3 years and i have never been treated so bad like yesterday. So i went to another location to the gamestop by Hullen infront of Walmart and omg so nice . They helped me asap pulled my account quick . Never going to that store again .
