Fantastic experience: They have a good selection of games new and used as well as controllers and they also have funky pops they have a variety of selection

Fantastic experience: Last time we went there, unfortunately we couldn’t find what my picky son was looking for. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They even called other game shops to check availability. No one had the rare Gundam my son wanted, but we truly appreciated the effort and great customer service.

Positive experience: Ryan, Kia, Tia(Ty), Harley and Griffin are absolutely great. The reason I returned to this location. Customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond to help is greatly appreciated. Management above them and GS distro is still absolutely abhorrent. If it wasnt for the in store kids I wouldn't even give GS any funds.

Negative experience: Horrible midnight release, closed and ignored me. I called the employees and they looked at me through the window and ignored me and stared at me. I called ahead around 2 pm and they said they would open at midnight and yet the workers still closed and ignored me. Horrible employees and establishment.

Fantastic experience: Always good customer service at this and the lake worth location. First time at this location in at least a year, and the customer service is still impeccable. I don't recall the guys name, but he was super kind to my kiddo when he found out we were on our 6th store just looking for pokemon cards for her on 05/19/25. Overall, it was a good experience.

Negative experience: I went to get a PlayStation plus card but apparently they don't sell them anymore I'm actually surprised they are still open with new games being purchased mostly online now and then selling used games for pretty much the same price as a new game

Fantastic experience: Just came to make a trade-in, and the employee Ryan was extremely helpful in walking me through the process! He made sure to tell me what the store could, and could not accept, and where I might find success selling those items! Also, while registering the games, he was very pleasant and charismatic! I'll definitely be stopping by again!

Negative experience: Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 after an employee got nasty when I didnt buy a warranty on a used controller. He said the one I bought would be broken in a month and I'd regret it. That was 2 years ago, controller still works perfect. Dont know the guy's name but his entire forearm was tatooed black like a bad case of frostbite.

Negative experience: Purchased a ps4 pro 4/25/24. Claimed it had been cleaned and restored to factory settings. It has never been cleaned and still has previous customers information and profiles. Storage is almost completely full. So I called up to exchange for a new one and was informed that I would have to go to another location with my receipt to get another ps4 pro!?!?. This is poor customer service. All around terrible service. Definitely make sure you are wiping your own systems because these people do not!

Negative experience: I used to love gamestop. The employees in store are great people and very helpful. The company itself...there is no point in their loyalty points. I have been" loyal" to gamestop since early 2000s. They are not "loyal" anymore. They had no problem deleting my 54000 points we have saved and bought a lot items. Because they changed a policy I had not known. When emailed, they told me they wouldn't help me and I lost my rewards. It is hard explaining this to my autistic son. Just don't. Buy somewhere else or be prepared to be disappointed.

Negative experience: Went here to buy 2 games and for some reason the employee could not get a gift receipt. I told him I'll probably just go to Walmart and he told me that was fine. He could have tried a little harder to find out how to do a gift receipt.

We were on the fence about upgrading our console and had a lot of questions about it and the games. He answered everything we asked and was super helpful in the purchase of our new gaming system!! Negative experience: Checked online and it says they open at 10a. They were still closed at 10:30a. Came back at 3:30p, and there was a sign on the door saying they were out, and would be back in 30minutes. The door was locked.

Positive experience: I've come to this location multiple times and have had the pleasure to be helped by Maya. She always goes above and beyond to help customers. The only downside of this location is the lack of inventory they have but besides that they have the best customer service out of any store in the area.

Negative experience: There was a guy working named Daniel ASL, and he cursed and called me names. When I called customer service, he told me to get out and he called the police on me and gave out all my information. He was saying it was his store he runs it and even told me to step outside so we “can take care of it” Seems like he was having a mental breakdown. I won’t be returning there until he’s gone. I’m been a member we for over a decade. All I wanted to do was cash in my points. He stood at the door and waved at me for like 2 mins straight smiling. I seriously sat there thinking how psychotic this guy was being.

Negative experience: Almost all their preowned games arent worth the price usually barely even a few dollars off full price. Sometimes you find a bargain but rarely. I remember being able to go and buy multiple preowned games for the price of one or two new games. Games are cheaper and more convenient to download then what they want in store. And the price they ask for preowned equipment Is ridiculous, might as well spend the extra 10 or 15 and buy brand new. Or ebay way more economical than here. Staff was friendly and helpful only reason why I gave 2 stars. I'm not really surprised that they are planning on closing stores this year. I wont be returning I can find way better deals elsewhere

Negative experience: The number one reason I come here is the staff, great people, they know there stuff and are laid back, not alot of sales talk. I always love the fact that now games are getting released at 9pm instead of midnight. Had a Xbox one X metro exdous edition reserved and already payed in full, the night that it was released it was not even in their store.....they gave me the fallout 76 bundle instead, man I used to like gamestop, but they are going downhill, been buying my hardware off Amazon now and downloading games digitially.

We have genuine real conversations about things we love and the store is inviting and clean to boot. If you're looking for real people to bring your business to it's this GameStop in particular.
