Fantastic experience: went in irritated, their phone not working and the online store not getting things done the way it should have. they made everything right, and I will definitely be going back to this store if I need anything. good group of guy sorry I came in irritated.

Negative experience: I have called 4x today alone. Over a Dozen since the weekend. No answer. Store in Lake worth said the system was down so they could not check other stores inventory. They also tried to call and no answer. This place needs a new team.

Negative experience: 3x calls and no answer multiple days. The one is Lake Worth is horrible so calling before heading out is ideal. Yet no answer EVER.

Negative experience: Bill, the store manager, is unhelpful. He failed to tell me about promotions on trade-ins or being a pro member’s perks. He was eager to get off the phone when I called as well and hung up on me.

Negative experience: On the day Nascar 25 was open for deposits to reserve the game, the associate said its not available even though I looked it up on Game Stops website while in the store to show him it IS available. And they never answer the phone when calling to inquire about a game, so how do they even do business!!

Negative experience: Allows adukts to buy more than one pokemon set when kids are waiting in line. Definitely a sad state of affairs. Was only 4th in line

If they don’t have, they will help you find a location that does. The staff truly sets the bar for customer service as they go above and beyond the norm. They made the Nintendo Switch 2 order pickup process both fast and convenient. Great management and great customer service.

Negative experience: Lied about what he could do

Negative experience: Bought Assassins Creed Shadows Collectors Edition and cancelled order because it was always getting delayed. Was told I would get a full refund and waited weeks and never got the refund. So no game and now hundreds gone. I’ve emailed my complaint to GameStop and have not heard anything back from this as well. This is straight up theft and they’ve lost a customer.

Negative experience: The guy working behind the counter was on his phone, greeted me and the lady who came in afterwards. When she asked for help with the apple cards he just pointed and kept telling her they were right there by the door. She was older than me and kept calling them iTunes and he was pretty rude with her. Wouldn't leave from behind the counter.

Negative experience: We went here today to spend money when we can easily go to Walmart to get a ps4 controller. The assistant manager Michael told us he had 5 people in his store he was at capacity. 1 person left so I could walk in and he stopped me again and told me he actually had 6 people and I wasn't allowed in. I asked him if he was the store manager and he lied and said he was and then when I asked for his name he said he was actually the assistant manager. This is why Gamestop is doing so bad is because you have managers like this. We understand social distancing but he had 6 people in there so he was already breaking his rule for the store.

Negative experience: A few days ago I went into this Gamestop to buy a copy of GTA 5. They had a used copy for $18, not bad, but when I asked him what would happen if it didn't work when I got home he told me if I paid $2 extra it would be replaced. Otherwise if it didn't work I would be out the money. That's not a sustainable business plan. You don't penalize your paying customer with damaged products even if they are used. If this is where they are heading I'm done with Gamestop.
