Negative experience: They're unprofessional & racist. I came into the store on 12/31 to attempt to sell my nintendo switch (which is still practically new, I've only played on it maybe once or twice) and the employee Jose ( or Josue) continued to make very stereotypical comments towards me, implying that my nintendo switch was stolen. I couldn't help but feel like he was implying that my gaming system was stolen because I'm a black female. I was so offended and upset, I left abruptly in the middle of him talking to me. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER GS LOCATION!!!!

Negative experience: Looked online and said they had a PS5 available so I bought it online. Went to go pick it up and wasn’t available. I believe they either sold it to one of the employees friends or the website was jacked up but I highly doubt it. Then been on hold with corporate over 36 minutes. I just hung up the phone. Totally unacceptable. ‍♂️

Negative experience: Bad store tbh, as soon as I walked in no one said hello or greeted me in which is okay I get it but tell me why this "manger" made no effort to help out a obviously new employee, almost willing to put in a application to show this individual that other people have feelings too and he should watch how he said things to his fellow employees will not be going back to this location

Negative experience: Person who appeared to be Manager or Manager on duty on 11/27/22 at 2:15pm was very rude, especially to the other employee working. Constantly bringing attention to the fact the employee may be unaware of a certain process. While this may or may not be the fault of the employee for not knowing. This SHOULDNT be discussed so loudly in front of customers. Employee looked VERY uncomfortable with the interaction. Game drawers were also unorganized. I attempted to purchase 3 games that I found the boxes to on the shelves. Only one was found, after multiple skims through the drawers.

Positive experience: I bought Sonic Colors Ultimate for 43 dollars and went home to try it. Could not play it, so I took it back 30-45 minutes later. With the receipt AND warranty in hand, I was told I could only receive 15 dollars in cash. Personally unfavorable experiences aside, the PEOPLE who run the store and employees themselves are pretty cool people and the store is usually stocked with the exception of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. I understand it isn't them that slighted me, it's Gamestop. 3 stars.

Positive experience: Was visiting town and was getting a gift for my nephew. Most GameStop's have shabby service at best, this place actually had pretty good service. They helped me identify my issue, and quickly helped me resolve it.

Positive experience: There was a Female named Alexa there who helped me and my son today Sat/Mar/20 at 4:05pm who was awesome!! Great attitude! There was a guy working too who to me was very snippy because I was inquiring about the new game consoles. I ended up spending about $140 in the store and it was due to her amazing attitude! I recommend the store but ask for Alexa.!

Negative experience: I went to this GameStop yesterday and I brought my Nintendo 2DS beacuse I didn’t like the system and I wanted a refund and I had my receipt with me and I was within my 7 days and this manager told me he wouldn’t honor the refund because the memory card is missing that I have to purchase one or find one in my house so I have to drive all the way back home and find a memory card and went back to this GameStop and I receive my refund ... this store wasted my gas money and the manager was rude and idiot ... I think he hates women or something I won’t be shopping at this GameStop no more ... I’ll will be contacting corporate office ...

Fantastic experience: Game stop is amazing. Some times they have sells. It is good to go when they do. Also to they have a box in the middle of the store that has games no more then 10-15 dollars.that is good I get lots of games from there.

Positive experience: I AM A HUGH GAMER. I AM IN LOVE WITH GAMESTOP, BUT THIS LOCATION DOESN'T HAVE A LARGE SELECTION LIKE THE OTHER LOCATIONS I HAVE LIVED BY. THE ONLY OTHER PROBLEM IS I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE I PLACED A PRE-ORDER AND WENT BACK TO PAY ON IT AND FOUND I HAD BEEN PAYING ON TWO WHEN I NEVER ASKED FOR TWO. SEEM REALLY FISHY TO ME.
