Fantastic experience: I don't know the name of the guys who helped me (12/9 around 3p) but they were super enthusiastic and patient with the little boy ahead of me in line making the experience special for him, and then also incredibly helpful with me and answering all my questions and providing information to help me buy two games for my son for Christmas.

Fantastic experience: I spent $700 in here today and it's all because of Max. He's quite fidgety at times, and speaks a little fast but man, that dude knows his stuff for real. Answered all my questions and even made pro recommendations that suit my needs and style of play instead of just selling me the highest dollar items. I could tell he has some salesman in him, but he didn't push me. I appreciate the experience and plan on doing business here again. Great job Max!

Negative experience: Simply put men have some fortitude even if your not in charge. Dude brings controller off shelf that is marked at 22.99 it scans for 32 he then goes and looks again to see it’s the right controller just ringing up wrong and chooses not to honor the price. My issue is he knew he could adjust it and make it right but chose not to. Rather it be for fear or cause he didn’t want to neither is acceptable to me. Get a job that gives you the ability to at least appear you can make adult decisions yourself or stay pushing buttons your whole life dude. This store was cool but hiring this 19 year old kids who just working to not get yelled at is annoying

Negative experience: Terrible absolutely horrible the website says it closes at 9:00pm and I came at 8:30 and it was all shut down and closed. I tried calling the store multiple times around 3:00pm and they would not answer. Terrible service and no way to tell when they close.

Fantastic experience: Jose from GameStop was awesome. He helped us with a return and exchange for an online order where we had got the wrong game in the correct case. It was quite a ways from us but glad he made it worth our time. Thanks Jose

Negative experience: No respect for in-bound call customers. If you’re busy at least place your in-bound callers on hold and give them some piece of mind instead of not answering at all and giving 0 ounces of hope throughout the day

Negative experience: Yet another gamestop drove across for just to be closed. Whats the point in having posted business hours if they change on the whim. Friday before Christmas...

Negative experience: I stopped to a closed store at 7:20pm when business hours say open till 8pm. Gates were halfway down, door locked, employees inside just stating they were closed.

Fantastic experience: Extremely nice staff, always looking to make an honest sale and not just take your money. Went in there and was greeted by Alejandro with very nice customer service. This GameStop didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing anything about a certain game (just getting into gaming); and Alejandro gave me his opinion about the game and spent time to get me the best version of the game. Great employee. <3

Negative experience: Not so great service. They weren't open when it said they were on the website. Even when i pulled up there was a sign that said they were open, yet the door was locked and no one was inside. Finally I called because apparently they had gone on a lunch break without notice and now they were back. No one even answered the phone. Overall it wasn't an experience id like to relive. For the time being I will be going to gamexchange.

Negative experience: When my husband went to pick up our online order, the manager screamed at him asking if he was fully vaccinated (he was). If you're going to have a sign up saying vaccinated customers don't need masks, expect vaccinated customers to not wear masks! When my husband told the manager he could ask instead of shouting, the manager refused to apologize and simply said it was his store. Terrible service, awful management. Will never go to this location again.

Fantastic experience: Best Gamestop I've ever been at. Knew some of the previous employees and got to know some of their new ones. Overall, they don't give any bs; are always straight to the chase, friendly and helpful on whatever you need, and they do provide their own opinion about their products to give customers a better understanding of what they're buying. There were times where many parents would come in, and either they're on their own getting a system or game because their kids want it, and usually they didn't have a clue of what's included in the product or if in stock of it; few didn't know some games their kids asked for and that are catered to adults had violence, profanity, gore. The employees do very well to inform the parent or guardian of they are buying so they don't come back a second time.
