Negative experience: Came here at 1:30 in the afternoon in a hurry after just coming from a gamestop in the Grove that was closed down bc no employees were in there to then come to this location for it to be closed for the same reason bc of "lunch" your shift starts at 11, you left for an hour lunch (per note on the door) after only 2 hours of work? I'm not shopping with gamestop ever again after this. Game xchange will from not on be my go to since yall can't be bothered to be at work during work hours

Negative experience: They can't even spell technical this has happened more then I can count at this location I'm so sick of it like bring a lunch

Fantastic experience: The girl or they were super cool helped me out saved me money on a Xbox when everything was out of stock, good customer service is hard to come by

Negative experience: I visited the GameStop on Broadway Road in Garland to purchase a game. There was a sign on the door that said "Out to Lunch from 4:45 to 5:45." By 5:50, no one had returned to open the store. People were waiting, coming, and leaving in frustration. This experience was ridiculous. I would not recommend this GameStop to anyone; it's a complete waste of time.

Positive experience: I didn't know that they had modern warfare 2019 because of the website but they did!

Negative experience: Open at 12:00, huh? Not so much. It's a quarter after and the security gate is still shut. Every place else is open by 9 so it ain't like noon sneaks up on you without warning. Horrible way to do business.

Negative experience: The guy behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful, I went in there to ask about the new Xbox my son asked me for and the guy has the audacity to tell me "if you can afford it I think you should get the one for $355" never again will I come here ever in my life.

Negative experience: Just left there empty handed, the clerk had me all ready, everything was in the computer, I had my card in my hand to pay...... and then he couldn't find the Starfield game, he looked for a long time, but as soon as another customer came in he blew me off to help them, so I walked out empty handed and I'll go to the Gamestop on Illinois and Westmoreland by my work and get it tomorrow, I also won't go back to the Beltline store again.

Negative experience: I was guaranteed the money I put down would be put towards the TotK OLED Switch, I had gone tye day it was announced and arrived as soon as they got emails detailing how to put it down. I went to GameStop today to put more money towards it and found out they never put it in. I will never spend another dime at this store.

Negative experience: Went to buy gta for my little G today and the lady at the counter excecuted my child. This was my face after the incident, totally uncalled for and rude. Never shopping here again.

Negative experience: I don't usually waste my time writing reviews, but this location is absurd. They're local and I used to make sure I went here before anywhere else because I wanted to try to support the businesses that are actually next door. Rude staff, complete lack of knowledge for their own equipment, no management of ensuring the items were in the correct places on the shelf (normally not a big deal, but this business has such a low customer count that there's no reason for it), and a complete lack of understanding on their own promotions. I asked about the Scarlet/Violet promotional cards and the response I got was "I don't know" as the employee picked up an unopened promotional package of them, then completely ignored me when I asked what the promotion was or how to claim it. I've never seen such a lack of care in such a standard practice. TL;DR: Easily the worst GameStop in the area, directly because of the employees. Fire these people and hire someone who cares or just close at this point.

He attempted to call another store but they never picked up so he told me it’s best I call them myself. I’m surprised this place is even in business.

Negative experience: I don't see, how this store has even 1 star rating! A month and about week now. I purchased a used PlayStation 4 I decline the warranty coverage, not thinking it would break down only after a month! I called the store and the person that answered, replied 'that is why I don't buy anything used' like really DUDE ! Not everyone is fortunate to buy new electronics'. If I would of know it was going to break down so fast, after paying $313.00 of course of would have added the warranty. BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION WHEN BUYING USED EQUIMENT

Negative experience: I bought a new game never played it try to return it but they said I couldn’t return it because it was a brand new game. They gave it to me in an open box. I had my receipt and just got a lot of attitude they would buy it back half of what the game was worth. More reason to buy digital going forward

Yesterday I was looking for new games for PS4 and the gentlemen of the counter as he came over and helped me and suggested Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and today I went back to thank him graciously and told him it blew my mind! Again customer service GameStop is above and beyond and this is coming from a retired United States Marine! As we say hoorah and carry on to GameStop!!!

Positive experience: Gamestop is always a great place for games both new and used. The customer experience here was great and the employees were great at helping me find the best offer for my game ( Red Dead Redemption 2). Only problem would be some of the same games in the same condition were priced differently which was kind of odd. Overall this is a great place for your gaming needs.

Negative experience: They insisted you need to bring in Wii nunchucks to trade in a Wii U console. Wii U does not come with nunchucks. Need more training.

Fantastic experience: This GameStop is by far one of the friendlies and most helpful stores I've been into. The manager Brandon and worker at the time Eric are really on point with their services there. I bet so are the rest of the workers there. Thank I would recommend to any one!

Fantastic experience: My go to store! Management staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. Mr. C(don't want to put his name online) is always nice to everyone who comes in and always has a smile on his face. Most of the cashiers there are friendly as well although there was one who a bit short with myself and others I observed him interacting with. Mr. C always seems to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for each customer who comes in.

Negative experience: PS4 pros at this location are faulty purchased one in May for my birthday brand new and it is now a brick, purchased 3 games online in the past couple weeks and GameStop and Sony have both told me basically to bite the bullet, as a retail employee I find this very shady especially since one of the games purchased hasn’t even come out yet, im no longer buying from Sony and will not buy from this location anymore because they sell faulty goods.
