Negative experience: Noone answers the phone! I have been trying to get in contact with them since two day now. When i arrived there was noone at the store during working hours. They had a sign saying they will be back at a certain time but they didn’t. Try game stop mesquite is so much better!

Negative experience: Came in to return a PS portal with a receipt that I purchased a couple days ago. And they said they couldn't take it back because it was against their return policy. What kind of trash return policy is that?

Negative experience: My family and I came here to purchase some roblox cards. We arrived at 3:30pm, and at first the note said they’re closed and they will open at 4:45pm. We had no problem waiting till 4:45pm because we were getting our tire fixed. The tire shop is right by Gamestop. 4:45pm came and we walked to gamestop, and saw that somebody had rewritten on the paper in black marker and said that they left at 4:45pm and will be back to open at 5:45pm. I’m looking at old reviews and they’re saying that the owner is sitting in the car. I believe it.

Fantastic experience: Had my preorder in right on time. Got a refund on a different preorder that I didn't pick up without even asking. Very nice employees they even threw in a bonus gift for me.

Negative experience: I've called this store location trying to get an employee to answer the phone. From 12pm till 3pm I call 56 times and the 1 time someone answered.. they hung straight up with out saying a word.. cmon

Negative experience: The store is closed and locked during regular working hours. The worker is sitting in their car and won't open the store. I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for them!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great service, guy and lady at counter they know what their doing, they were able to answer all my questions, helped me with the GameStop app step by step and thanks to them i was able to save good money on my purchase, the reward codes redeem it's easy and simple, i had accumulated thousands of points from all my previous purchases, we found item that my son was trying to get for the last 2 days on big retailer stores but no stock, i highly recommend this location, thanks guys for all the help, see you all soon.

Searching for a headset and they just tell me they are out of stock and won't know when they'll get some again Instead of offering to help with an online order or checking to see which store is in stock. The lady wasn't concerned with making a sale for this business. Good thing I called a different location that was able to give online order option!! Employee's clearly don't care to help customers here.

Negative experience: So it was Black Friday i was probably the 7th person in line I was there for the ps4 on sale so they open the doors every one is in line and they say who’s here for a ps4 every one that is raises their hand and I’m the 3rd hand in line he looks and says ok we only have 5 and then 30 minutes later I hear we’re sold out of ps4. How? Waisted my time completely but luckily I was able to get one from Walmart and Christmas will be good no thanks to game stop and who only has 5 games systems on Black Friday
