Negative experience: Terrible,Terrible experience pre-ordered a game and went to pick it up and no body seems to have any info about it they act like they don't know when is supposed to be available to pick up I been trying call to see if they have any more info They don't even answer any time any day is the same I call any others location and they answer I just that one at town east mall were they probably don't want to attend calls Down hill with costumer

Negative experience: Beware policy change for controller warranties. Unfortunately, I bought a warranty for a new PlayStation controller and when I tried to use the warranty today to replace a broken controller, the cashier told me he could Not honor the warranty because he could only give me a used controller as a replacement and his system says that he has one, but he can’t find it. He said my only option is to try a different store.

Negative experience: Yeah haven't been to gamestop in ages and stopped by to see if they had any tcg product for final fantasy magic the gathering obviously not. But that wasn't my issue my issue was the employee bragging how he bought out all of the collector booster product with such a rude manner and not to mention bad mouthing an employee that works/worked there like come on now be adults here don't bad mouth in front of a customer (me) be professional you are on the clock bud. But yeah never coming back here if this is what to expect if I ever randomly enter that cesspool of toxicity.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t accept a return on a headset that with horrible sound quality that I tried once because the box had been opened. WHAT? The guy said “I would have suggested not buying one from here,” But he was the one that sold it to me!! I will never set foot in a GameStop again. Dishonest business and price gouging.

Negative experience: Only go to this location if you have all the time in the world and want to stand there waiting for 20 minutes or more. Came in, gpt what I wanted and waited to pay. The person at the cash register was having a conversation with a customer and ignoring the line of people waiting to pay.

Negative experience: I’ve been in this store multiple times and never have had a good experience with staff either rude or unintelligent about product info. It’s more of a lack of interest to customers service would be by guess. I’ll just buy from Amazon or Target.

Negative experience: Muy mala mi experiencia , el viernes 16 de diciembre de 2021 estuve formada con mi hermana y una amiga por 2 horas para comprar el play station 5 . Me dieron mi boleto para poder comprarlo .Cuando llego mi turno . Empezar ni siquiera me querían dejar entrar a la tienda me dijeron que no me lo podían vender por que era solo uno por familia me moleste y reclame , pedí hablar con el manager que por cierto era una señorita muy despota de nombre Angelina e intente grabar con mi teléfono la situación y enseguida llamaron a seguridad del mall para que me sacaran de la tienda. Lo peor viene después , salgo de la tienda y veo pasar a las tres personas que estaban detrás mía . Yo me enteré por sus pláticas que era familia . El señor , su esposa y la hermana de la esposa . A ellos les vendieron tres Playstation . Wow imagínense mi indignación por el maltrato en la tienda . Y todo por buscar un regalo de navidad para mi hijo . La verdad llore de rabia e impotencia por eso trato de los empleados de esa tienda . Y muestro fotos de la familia a quien si le vendieron sus Playstation.

It was her birthday and the employee showed us all the deals and gave us a tremendous amount of respect and had a great conversation to actually connect. I look forward to coming back and hopefully seeing that employee again

Negative experience: Manager wouldnt even check to see if the games i had for sale were on his so called list. It was close to closing time and all he cared about was going home. You shouldnt advertise that you buy games wgen clearly only purchase games when its convenient for you.

The employees act like they don’t want to be at work , They don’t greet you when you come in they just look ,just horrible customer service in specifics (Trey) checked me out he had a bad attitude and seemed frustrated.

Negative experience: Went to pre-order Madden 21 and NBA 21 Mamba Edition. Paid $5 to pre-order each. Have the receipt to prove it. When I went to go pick-up Madden 21, the rep said I did not have any ganes pre-ordered. When I told them who took my order, come to find out it was the manager. Even before I pre-ordered game, I ask the manager if I can pick-up the game in the Oak Cliff Wynnedwood Game Stop and he said yes no problem. Now they tell me it's not possible even though the "manager" said it was. Manager is not well informed and shouldn't be even manager if he doesn't know that info. All in all worst Game Stop experience. I will never stop at this Game Stop again.
