Negative experience: Absolute lunatic pricing the guys were nice and the place is well organized but $240 for a loose black N64 Because they “refurbished” it

Positive experience: Not much but it's a little fun ✌️

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have the right equipment for your console. I will definitely continue to shop there for all my games and accessories

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time coming here. They Rushed me out of the store very rudely.

Negative experience: honestly i wouldn't come here again. I called ahead of time to confirm if they bought pokemon cards, they said yes and to come in anytime before closing. i got here around 5:20/5:30pm. Gave the girl my cards and she said to give her 20/25 mins to go through them. I said sure take your time. at 5:42pm the owner or whatever says he can't go through the cards before closing because it's "it's too much" THERE IS NO ONE IN THE STORE LOL, i told him what do you check on because i checked on so and so and it said this much look. he then said " even then i wouldn't buy at cash id do store credit" mind you i CALLED BEFORE MAKING THE TRIP. i live probably 50 mins away on the bus. he told me to come back earlier next time but over the phone it was "come any time before closing". OVER PRICED ITEMS ANYWAY WACK SERVICE. he clearly didn't want to do the job and could have very easily said he's not looking to buy

Positive experience: Clean place and good, wide selection of games. Happy and surprised to see not just sports and game show titles. However, the prices were quite over the top. Minimum $3 over retail but usually $5+. Not crazy overpriced but still overpriced and would add up over multiple purchases plus taxes.

Positive experience: Decent pricing but they lowball you like crazy when trying to sell (at least trading cards). They offered 14 bucks for a card that 50 dollars raw. Other than buying, this place is great!! Purchased the two things below from them

Negative experience: We came from Spain to visit the store and we went at a time when it was supposed to be open and it was closed, the man inside saw us but ignored us, do not go to this place.

Negative experience: Called to see if they do Trade for Amiibos, they said “Yes, bring it in to see the condition and we’ll see what we can do.” I go there, I tell them I have the Amiibos, the owner or manager asked “how much I wanted in cash” I was gonna say how much I wanted, next thing you know I think the manager or owner said, “Never mind because they sell slow and wasn’t really worth it.” Why tell someone you take Amiibos for trade and then go to your store and saying something else!

Fantastic experience: Came in to get some batteries replaced for a couple of old GameBoy cartridges and Abel helped me right away. He also helped me fix my old Gameboy Advance. Will definitely be stopping back by!

The store itself is incredibly clean and impeccably organized. The selection is vast, boasting a fantastic array of Japanese imports alongside US domestic games across all genres. Prices are very reasonable, making it easy to find treasures without breaking the bank. Beyond games, they also offer a range of vintage and modern consoles. And if you're looking to sell your own collection, their consignment program is a great option. We drove 21 miles from Downey and were absolutely not disappointed. We snagged a rare Japanese import for PS2 at an excellent price. Highly recommend! Come check them out, but remember to bring cash – it's the preferred method of payment.

Negative experience: Almost every item here is overpriced. Almost comical how expensive, but mostly sad. One cabinet was all repro games but I didnt see them advertised as such. And still they were overpriced ($25 repro leafgreen, for example). Seems fishy that they have a perfect 5 star rating.
