Negative experience: I think the workers here are super nice, but my rating is based on a recent issue. GameStop has been pushing way too hard trying to get customers to sell their PSA graded cards. We’re literally just coming in to pick up our cards after they finish grading. That’s it. But they don’t take no for an answer. They keep pushing, and have even tried to open our graded cards without permission just to scan them and throw offers at us. WE DON’T WANT IT. THE ANSWER IS NO. It’s disrespectful, pushy, and honestly comes off as shady and sleazy. We just want to pick up our graded cards and leave, but instead it turns into an awkward situation every time. Do not touch our property or open anything without permission. We paid for the cards and the grading—show some respect.

Negative experience: What The Hell GameStop can't even trust you to sell stuff correctly without a bait and switch , went to this GameStop to buy some Pokemon tins for my sons bday the Pokémon TCG: Paradox Destinies Tin and this is what is supposed to be in it . What's Inside the Tin * Promo Card: 1 Foil card featuring Gouging Fire ex. * Booster Packs: 5 Pokémon TCG booster packs Twilight Masquerade, Temporal Forces, Paradox Rift, and Obsidian Flames * Code Card: 1 Code card for Pokémon TCG Live. And what do I get instead swapped out packs not the correct ones I got surging sparks , destined rivals and journey together they are selling them at $59 a box

They are all inexperienced and they couldn’t help me only referring me to other people and couldn’t handle the situation them selves . Poor customer service . Poor company . Poor attitude.

Negative experience: Rude, unprofessional and thieves, that is my definition of this store. We purchased play station VR2 and after opening we found a Panda Express fortune inside, went back to return and exchange but they called me a liar basically stating their policy is can’t return after package is open but their policy doesn’t say , surprise surprise we have a Panda Express fortune in it. Shame on you all shameless people.

Negative experience: 11-26-24 - The cashier, unprompted, asked me about my kinks and if I was into furries. Not kidding. Definitely will not be returning.

Negative experience: They sold me a damaged disc while i asked if the disk was tested and they said it was once i booted up the disk the game wouldn't play. Just angry that they looked at my eyes as i asked them and they straight up lied

Negative experience: Nobody working here, I sat in front for an hour from 11-12 on 8/29/24. Was supposed to open at 11 but nobody opened the shop

Negative experience: HANDLE TRADE INS AFTER PURCHASES. They kept me in line for 40 min as well as a ton of other customers they could have quickly rung up to handle a trade in. No urgency or logical process to customer service. Came in to buy 1 game and go. Pathetic. Imagine the sales lost to the company from people who walked out.

Fantastic experience: It's a GameStop, not much you can say. Good games at decent prices. Even the occasional Transformer and big shirts for a big guy like me.

Positive experience: This store was nothing special. And its in a mall so that's a huge fail. Gamestops inside malls are the worst

Negative experience: DON'T BUY THE INSURANCE/ WARRANTY!!! employee lied about pre-owned being refurbished. item had bio and heavy cosmetic wear upon opening packaging. they could not provide a replacement. Gamestop had a policy change. Forcing me to get a used controller with the same issues. seems like this policy should count for contracts after the policy change as I was promised a new replacement upon getting the original warranty. super sketchy.

Negative experience: Made me wait over 15 minutes to purchase 1 game and I wouldn't mind if there wasn't blatantly 2 working cash registers which I saw an employee go back and forth on and the other employee just refused to charge me. Everything was fine until that.

Positive experience: Great place in the mall and can be hard to find because it's on the third floor and you have to take quite a few escalators to get to the backside of the Glendale galleria. Store is fairly big but didn't have a large size of pre-owned games mainly collectibles like Funko pops shirts and toys. Front desk is kind of overcrowded with merch and doesn't really look very presenting because a lot of merchandise covers the top part of the counter. Although it's a big store and it still kind of cluttered with stuff in the middle and the sections can be very tight and making you crashing to others as you are browsing for certain things like video games.

Negative experience: Terrible shop. A lot of the products are being sold for over retail price. They also tried to sell a pre owned switch game in a bag! Without the case - and still for $45! Would avoid this shop and/or double check pricing online before purchasing.

It is his job to instruct customers that all sales of cards and collecting products are final. He failed to do so and then would not let me return a product which was priced $20.00 over MSRP. STAY AWAY!

Fantastic experience: I had a vintage Nintendo DS Lite (plays game boy cartridges too) shipped to the store for my son. It was packed with extreme care ,the box it came in was huge, very well protected. One of the young sales specialist, Conor was a wealth in knowledge, friendly and helpful for any concern my son had about the device. I appreciate how Gamestop hires people that know the merchandise and games, even if they are young. They are always helpful. Thank you! By the way, you can set up text alerts to let you track when your merchandise is delivered.

Negative experience: I had called to see if they had the DualShock remote control camouflage for the PS3 system they said yes over the phone I get there and it wasn't there they only have the knock-offs brands so needless to say spent time and energy for nothing she apologized but very unorganizedand also last time I went in there by the brand new game that was scratched and they gave me a hard time about returning it bad customer service not a great selection anyway very small store

Positive experience: This location has a huge collection of pre-owned titles to chooce from. I always buy pre-owned games because of the full refund or store credit within 7-days. I get to try out the game risk free and if i like it.. i keep it. I never buy new games anymore due to bad business practices from developers like EA, Bioware qnd Activision. Don't spend your hard earn cash on loot boxes, paid dlc and season passes.

Fantastic experience: Always pack with gamers and shoppers, but the people work here are very friendly and understand and know about gaming, I can tell they are at least some want passionate about their job. One of the benefit to shop at these locations is if you need help to buy some games for someone else and need advice you can actually ask them and might get a useful answer.
