Negative experience: This might be Petty of me but I've been parked outside for an hour and a half and there's hardly any customers in there maybe two or three. I tried calling you guys through your customer service phone line just to be reached with the store is busy helping customers. Again I'm looking at the store right now and it's empty besides the two customers are there at the moment of me writing this review. so the workers there probably today I don't know about the other workers but the workers there today are unprofessional and it's not like the lines are connected to another customer cuz they're not answering the phones

Negative experience: A little late on this review but 2 months ago on March 28, 2025 , when Pokemon Journey together released, I had pre ordered a booster box months before. Decided i didn't need to wake up at 7 a.m to get it because i literally pre ordered it. When I arrived, they told me "they sold it by accident ". They don't count the product". Which means they took it for themselves. It sucks because I've been going to this GameStop for over 15 years.

Negative experience: I visited GameStop on March 9th, even though I usually buy everything online. Since this location was next to the grocery store, I decided to check it out. While browsing, I found some great shirts and noticed discounted Lorcana cards, which caught my interest since I review cards. Since the cards were locked behind a case, I asked for assistance. The two employees told me to wait, which I was fine with since I was the only customer in the store. However, instead of helping me, one employee was busy ringing up a personal purchase for the other. Then, one of them left through the back door, and I assumed the remaining employee would assist me. Instead, she continued doing something behind the counter. I asked for help again, and she told me to wait once more. After another five minutes, I inquired about shirt sizes, to which she gave a brief response. Just as I was about to ask again for the cards, she pulled out her phone, started talking, and was laughing. At that point, I realized I was wasting my time and left. I initially thought buying in-store would be more convenient than ordering online, but this experience proved otherwise. The employees didn’t even take the time to find out what I wanted to purchase. While it may not have been a big-ticket item, they had no idea what I was willing to spend. Moving forward, I’ll stick to buying online, where at least I can get better service.
Negative experience: I'm not giving the employee a negative review. I'm giving GameStop a negative review. They tried to charge me $80 for the standard version of MHW when I just ordered the steel book edition for $80....GameStop. Count your days. When y'all finally announce y'all are going out of business. The world will celebrate!

Negative experience: Googled the location and drove 15 miles for store to be closed during business hours. Called store 4 times while waiting outside for automated messages to tell me store associates are busy helping other customers, but the store is closed. Disappointed.

Negative experience: Bad service. Lazy. Order something online waited 3 hours for it. Called they said wait until they sent me a email saying it was ready. They sent me a email after it was closed but put a different time to make it seem like it was ready a hour before I order it. Not true. When I went next day they in store but not answering the phone. No customer in the store are around the store. I was parked right in front. I will NEVER go back there. Telling my friends don't go there. My sons and there friend will never go there. Reason why gamestops get a bad name.

Negative experience: I went riding 2 miles on my bike almost two miles after work and went to sell my xbox because I have no use for it no more and after they connected it saying it wasn't showing video and once i got home all tired I double checked and it worked first try smh.
