Fantastic experience: One of the best GameStop experiences I've ever had. I just picked up my switch 2 last night and not only was it extremely fast and well organized but when the gentleman at the counter handed me my console I felt that he was genuinely as excited as I was. The two workers had a smile the whole time and answered everyone's questions patiently and clearly no matter how many times they were asked the same question. Even before the midnight launch I would call and ask about how the pre order process would work and they were eager to answer my questions and ensure I had a smooth experience. GameStop employees are the backbone of the gaming community and don't get enough credit. Shout-out to these employees for an amazing switch 2 launch and excellent customer service.

Negative experience: They never seem to have anything been here 4 never bought anything because there was always out of stock of the Xbox copy kof 15 , city of wolfs, etc . I went recently to try and get some cards graded through the new PSA system they have had out for like 2 months now can't do it apparently Damm it's rough, to be fair tho the staff is chill at the very least I've personally haven't had any bad experiences with them so no hate towards but corporate has to get it together man .

Negative experience: Employee was Awesome…but if youre trading in & they dont have cash, just take your stuff & go because the debit card is pointless…it has no zip code so you cant use it online, cant add it to apple pay, doesnt have a chip & every ATM Ive been to requires cards with chip or tap even the little atms that be in 7/11. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DEBIT CARD AT ALL !

Negative experience: After walking in. Taking a second to find my game, I stand in line. The previous customer and employee are just carrying on a conversation like I'm not standing in line to buy a game. Instead of helping me while he continues his conversation with. I'm left standing in line for over 5 minutes......I will never go to GameStop again. That's why they are all empty now....it used to be lines inside and outside of this place, as had customers. Now y'all are lucky to get 1 customers every 4 hours

Zero issues, very professional, very kind, and overall very welcoming. I also wanted a product that wasn't necessarily available and they made it happen anyways. Look at my cute lil Duckie!!! Negative experience: SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I bought a pokemon etb online and they still havent sent any information regarding shipping. I asked for a refund in person yesterday and they said they couldnt do anything about it. NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN!!! I keep calling and they never answer!!!

Fantastic experience: The guy with the long hair went above and beyond to help me solve my problem with my old Ps5 to get a new one by helping trade in old consoles and games. The last game stop I went to just told me they didn’t have the game I was looking for instead of telling me that they didn’t have it because it isn’t even made for my console gen anymore! I learned that from Jesus too!

Positive experience: Decent spot ,customer service was great but the only thing I had an issue with was that if you you are eligible for gamestop pro for one year they tell you it's free ... but on my receipt said I was charged $25 dollars

Negative experience: Was robbed as I was there, then I do what I can to help and video the robbery, and get security, and not so much as a thank you. Then I come back like an hour later, and another guy is in the store trying to walk out with more stuff. Not a great feeling, and will not be going back there again

Negative experience: Go to any other GameStop except for this one yesterday I called GameStop about a system I'd like to sell the other GameStop said that it would be okay even if I didn't have the charging dock because the system could be charged with a type c then I realized that the GameStop had called was the fourth furthest from me so then I went to the closest one and this chicken nothing about video games she didn't even look in her system and she was hella rude she told me that I would have to pay her for her to buy it even though the other game stop said that it would be okay either without a dock they would just have to pay me less this chick seemed gen z entitled like she has a job but she doesn't really want to do her job type dealio so she's going to do the least she seemed to have no knowledge of video games

She makes up policy lies just to refuse service to paying customers. She is definitely hurting the business. Very disappointed in the experience.

Negative experience: The cashier in this store pressured me into renewing my powerup rewards account, saying that I could use points to purchase digital download coupons on my xbox series x and that she does this for her kids all the time. In fact, you can’t purchase any digital merchandise with powerup rewards. She lied and even used her kids in the lie (if they exist). Don’t give in to fraudulent pressure sales tactics used at this store. Powerup rewards account is not worth it.

Positive experience: Great and fast service as well as merchandise in store but the only bad thing is that they don't answer the phones very much tried calling ahead of time every 5 minutes for like 45minutes and nothing.
