Positive experience: The games that are used are high priced for a used game.

Fantastic experience: I can’t find a link anywhere on GameStop’s website for store surveys/reviews or anything in that matter but Big shoutout to Jason and the rest of the workers who are here at the time of my arrival!!! Jason is one of the chillest dudes there and his customer service is top notch without even expecting for it. I don’t even shop at GameStop often but honestly I’ll probably start coming more here for my games cuz of my great experience. See yall soon!

Positive experience: The selection of games and merchandise is solid, and the staff is usually pretty helpful and friendly. However, the prices can be a bit higher than expected, especially for used items. Overall, it’s a decent spot to check out for gamers, but don't forget to shop around for better deals.

They never answer their phone literally called for an hour, they’d hang up as well. one of the workers had tried to say “they were so busy” when I went to the store within less than 10 minutes and there was absolutely nobody besides one of her buddies there chit chatting with her. It’s ridiculous! The amount of money I spend at GameStop to have horrible service sucks. With some gamestops closing they should definitely close the Downey one. I’m waiting for my order that should have been already set the beginning of the week. Definitely never coming back to this GameStop and will just be going to another

Negative experience: Sad to see GameStop is now scalping prices when it comes to Pokemon cards prices are worse than scalpers. Don’t get me wrong staff is friendly but prices are outrages

Positive experience: I drive all the way to this place from where I was, it took me 25 minutes & I waited another 15 minutes thinking it's open based on working hours on Google, (10am) it's 10:55 and still closed

The store is always kept clean always smell clean everything real well organize definitely shout out to the staff and the staff manager for doing a amazing job keeping a store real organized thank you for giving me a great customer service Great experience definitely recommended to anyone. I think it’s one of the few game stops. They are really organized always real clean great customer service. I will definitely would love to be part of the team and Work actually going to school for Graphic design and Gaming and you know maybe I’ll apply but at this time as a customer have to say it hasn’t been a real good experience Thank you for having everything organized from a Gamer. Negative experience: This guy's have the worst customer service been calling for the pass 2 weeks everyday at least 5 times a day, they never answer the damn phone, graded a basketball card with them about 5 months ago and haven't received it yet.

Fantastic experience: Covid has slowed service a lot but with that in mind, the service is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a late gift to get on Christmas Eve. I arrived a few hours before closing time. I had to wait in line before going in which did not take long. When I was inside the Staff was courteous and helpful. My visit was enjoyable and I would recommend shopping here ( Even on Christmas eve).

Negative experience: Brick and mortar slowly going out of business. Will low-ball you for your used games. I had a rewards card here at some point and they asked if I would like to renew it so I can take advantage of their buy 2 get 1 free offer. Said renewal was free but added $15 to my bill for a magazine subscription without telling me. Sometimes used games are unplayable because of nicks and scratches that should have been caught when they bought them. Game Stop because literally my game stopped...

Negative experience: Bad service, long lines, and expensive games.

Negative experience: They Tried to explain to me that a game I preordered didn’t come with any bonuses and when I tried to tell the guys who work there that I had proof it did (this was a game I ordered months in advance bc I’m very into the series) they wouldn’t listen to me and made fun of me. Really awful experience. I had to go to another GameStop who would listen and helped me solve the issue (it didn’t download right). Yea I’d rather drive the extra miles than be mansplained again about a series I love. (Ps, don’t lie about what you know about a game? Be honest with ur costumers)

Negative experience: Terrible store terrible customer service they will not honor website price quote even though the internet says you have two days. I was lied to and told quote for trade in was for another state even though when you sign in to your account you have to pick a location to redeem the quote at. pictures below show the rules and other picture shows time stamp and date. this store manager obviously has a problem with people of color and choose who or who he won't service.

Lol also super racist anytime a African American came in I was told to walk the floor, finally I was made to feel like I was a thief for which I am not one, I love gamestop just not this one, stay away

Positive experience: Its tucked in the corner of the shopping mall on Lakewood blvd. You can miss it if you don't know where to look... the staff are friendly; store space is small and cramped. I would call ahead if you looking for something that's been out for more than two years.

Negative experience: I was looking for deals on the store when i saw CALL OF DUTY INFINITE WARFARE for 9.99 with the call of duty modern warfare remastered bundle used. I asked JENNIFER the store emplyee behind the register if both games were included in the disc. She very positively said yes. I was very exited and bought the game. When i got home i saw that the disc only contained one game and the other was a digital download which of course it was redeemed. I bought it on Thursday and i said to my self its ok ill take back next thursday i could bring it back within 7 days but no they told me it was technically 8 days and i coulnt get credit for it. Its not the money, its makes me mad that people like JENNIFER dont know what they are selling. But i should've known better. Its GAMESTOP. I SHOULDVE EXPECT IT.
