Fantastic experience: This shop is what GameStop should have been. Love their deals and all the older games. The staff there are super friendly only wish they were open a little later so I could stop there after work more often!

Fantastic experience: In my opinion. Best shop in the area. Others are close. But Gameforce has awesome staff for everything they have. Great vibe. Tons of games and cards. Mostly pokemon. Don’t skip out on the binders they have behind the counter. They move product quick. I love checking in weekly here to see what’s in. Always fair prices. Willing to negotiate when they can. Fair trade in especially if you aren’t being unrealistic. I don’t shop for cards anywhere else. I’ll wait until Gameforce has it.

Fantastic experience: Went to buy CoD WaW, Black 1, 2, and 3 for Xbox One and 360. They had everything and for reasonable prices I'd say. The guy who was helping me was very friendly and asked if I wanted CoD WWII also. I said no thank you and he said it's on him and just gave it to me for free. I've never run into that before in video game store. Awesome store, huge selection, and friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: I haven't gone recently but I Went there a few months ago go get my PS5 controller's joystick fixed. Tommy fixed the controller and it works wonderfully! Jim always welcoming as well. Their deals are fantastic and they love it when you trade in games! It's best to get store credit on the weekends for the games. I'll be going again soon. Can't wait!

Negative experience: The selection is good but every single game I’ve bought from them has had scratches beyond belief it’s like they don’t even look at the games they take in

Positive experience: I really only have 2 complaints. 1) The location is awful - the parking lot is a pain to get into and out of and is a total mess, but that's not really their fault. 2) Their organization is a bit lackluster. Largely because games on the same console can be split up a lot, which makes it a little annoying to find something specific. Is it on the center aisle? The case? The back wall? You'll have to check all three, and the case isn't as orderly as the back wall. That said, the store is clean, the staff is super friendly *and* they know their stuff, the store offers things you can't find anywhere else, like Pokemon ROMs, and they have lots of really cool, niche items otherwise, like custom consoles, and they seem to manage to keep better stock than the other nearby game stores. I'm pretty impressed, honestly. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I mainly go to Game Force for the Pokémon cards. We are consistently given a warm welcome by Jim, Joe and Michael. They are knowledgeable and get really pumped with me and the kids when we are chasing a card or simply asking questions. They also handle new Pokémon releases really well. I’ve even had a few good conversations with Jim about the old video games we grew up with. Heading over to Game Force is always something the kids and I look forward to!

They have good deals and the employees are awesome and have great personalities and they truly know what they are talking about in the gaming world. Fantastic experience: It's the perfect place to get into card collecting. After feeling iffy & un understanding of the hype around cards, and the fear of asking a simple question over looking like a novice. Every employee here is beyond Kind and welcoming of any conversation and education to help you out the most. The only issue with the store is that it is 5 minutes from my house, so dropping by on the daily is a serious problem for any card collector with little addiction Also did my first ever "camp" prior to open, very smooth & organized of any potential chaos, and I received all the products i wanted at a fantastic deal. 100/100 recommend coming here!!!

Fantastic experience: The wide selection of videogames is impressive and the prices were more than fair in my opinion. From Nintendo 64 to Sega Genesis to PS1-4. You name the console and game, they have it. The customer service/store environment was above and beyond. Jim was amazing. He was knowledgeable of the videogames being sold and willing to clean the discs I that I bought free of charge. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchaces and it is an understatement when I say that he did his job well. If you're looking for a local gamestore, skip gamestop and go to Game Force. Its worth every dollar.

Fantastic experience: I have to give a shout out to the manager, Jim, for being so patient and friendly. I had a credit with Game Force as I brought in some old stuff for trade in and there was only one game I was looking to play at the moment. I was calling in once or twice a week for about a month or two and was consistently talking with Jim about looking for Cyberpunk 2077 on PS5. Jim was always very patient and kind to me even though I was calling in so much. Jim went above and beyond for me and reached out to a friend at GameStop. To go out of his way to help an individual find a game is some seriously fantastic customer service. I already thought highly of Game Force as their entire staff was always very knowledgeable and helpful, but this experience was something new. I will always recommend Game Force to anyone that is looking for hard copies. Support that local business!

Fantastic experience: Love this place, possibly the most loaded pokemon singles collection you'll find in Denver; they maintain binders for every expansion going back at least half a decade (English and Japanese). Staff is always super friendly and helpful; always walk out with something awesome!

Fantastic experience: Visited this store from out of town, and the selection and staff are all fantastic. The folks behind the counter were always willing to help and even gave recommendations after gauging which games I was eyeing on in the sega stuff. They were also willing to pull out all the japanese imports when I requested them for browsing. The shop is big enough to accommodate for everything, displayed nicely, and they have neatly organized binders for pokemon card sets too. The main feedback I have is that it wasn't intuitive to me which gane cartridges were reproduction carts and which were not. To be clear, they were NOT trying to sell authentic games as repros (In fact, they have an entire shelf of pokemon gane repros labelled as repros), but the staff had to explain that other cartridges wrapped in plastic were the reproduction carts while cartridges not wrapped are authentic - it's possible I may have missed this explanation omewhere on the front door or written somewhere in the store, but it wasn't obvious to me. That being said, it wasn't too big of a deal and I'd strongly recommend this game store to anyone. Easy 5 star

Fantastic experience: Went to Game Force for a few repairs on my Gamecube and some games. I could not be happier with my choice! The place has a good selection, caring staff, and is a local business. Tommy was fast and communicated the whole process while working on my equipment. He even pointed out some corrosion on some of the parts and cleaned it up for me outside of what I initially requested! I'll definitely be coming back

Fantastic experience: Came in a couple weeks ago and picked up a wii u. they threw in a nunchuck for free which was good. when i got home though i had realized that they had given me the wrong power adapter for it so i had to go back and get it fixed. guy who helped me was super friendly and helpful and even gave me a free game for the inconvenience. amazing customer service

Fantastic experience: My brother and I went into the store looking for a PS2. We did ask, unfortunately they didn't have any PlayStation 2s for sale that day as they sold out. The person we spoke to Ben tell us about how they were going to have some more of the following day and gave us a card. He showed us around and let us know that he'll be getting more playstations the next day. We looked around at the shop more, and we came across a Gameboy so for a decent price. We looked at the games and the store employees even tested the games to idk they worked. I like this store because they have friendly employees and they are Knowledgeable about their games. I'm going to be back

Fantastic experience: Wonderful people who work there and have an amazing variety of games. They hardly ever are unfair with their prices. And their repairmen Tommy, he’s has fixed many of my games and consoles and has done an amazing job each time, he charges very well.

Fantastic experience: -One of the only card/game shops to accept Japanese Pokemon cards for trade and sell. They give about 50% trade value for normal cards and a little more on the more expensive cards. -The employees/Owners are super chill and down to Earth. Will have normal conversations with you even if they're busy -You can use the trade credit for anything in the store. I traded some cards and was able to get a PS5 Disc for the family. -Great prices on their cards, haven't bought any Video Games besides the PS5 so I don't know what their pricing looks like

Positive experience: They claim to not use Pricecharting for reference, and got very defensive when asked about it. The ironic thing is they gave me Pricecharting retail amount for my trade-ins, but refused to budge on some games that were about 40% over market. I still bought the games, and like their selection but I think they should be willing to negotiate even slightly. I have a very large N64 collection that I will be offloading and I am hesitant to bring it to them if they're gonna offer me pennies on the dollar.

Fantastic experience: This store honestly deserves more than 5 stars. I've been in several times looking for ps3 titles and man is the owner knowledgeable. You can tell that these people actually play games not just sell them. I know running a small business can be hard and I'd implore anyone buying old games to give your hard earned money to this store instead of Amazon or eBay. This place absolutely rules.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in for the first time yesterday looking for a specific model of Nintendo DS that I have been wanting. They didn't have any under the counter, but they had one that hadn't been priced yet as it had just been brought in. They were willing to test it and get it priced for me and even threw in a backup stylus and charger. They were very transparent and fair with their pricing. I had been looking for this exact model and they made sure I was taken care of from the moment I stepped through the doors until checkout. I wish I had caught the names of the two kind humans who helped me. Will definitely recommend and come back for any future gaming needs!

Fantastic experience: We are from NM and were shopping and decided to check out this store. It was a little drive from us but 100% worth it! We were beyond impressed and my grandson found everything he had been looking for. A retro game. They gave him a case and battery pack for the system. The selection of games and systems are awesome. They give guarantees on used products! We highly recommend Game Force! Wish there were more stars to rate them!!

Fantastic experience: Best video game store in town. If they sell me a game that doesn't work they are quick to refund my money. Everybody is so polite and respectful. They even fix your consoles for you and return them to you with no problems. I would definitely recommend this retro game store before any other store in Aurora. they are definitely the best

Fantastic experience: If you grew up in CO, and you went to Buy Back Games; this is the place for you. My guy has ALL the retro stuff and the current gen consoles. The staff is Super Duper helpful and his prices are competitive/ reasonable. I’ve actually checked here first before Amazon. They’ve recently expanded the store to accommodate more people. Give my guy a shot before GameStop, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Best place for retro games. I have both bought and sold here. Store is bright and clean. Huge selection. Fair prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Custom cartridges are available. But most importantly, they take care of their products!! They are all in good or better condition without sun bleaching from the Colorado sun.

Fantastic experience: This is our favorite Game Shop in Denver. Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable, helpful and kind and it feels like a second home. The owner always has fun new inventory to show us when we are in, stuff on the wall that he lets us get a closer look at and just has fun chatting with people interested in Retro Gaming. Returns have always been incredibly smooth and even when we were away for a couple weeks and hadn't opened a 2DS we bought and noticed it's screen was broken they completely took care of us and swapped for one that was good. If you like retro games, this is your place. If you like good prices on used modern games, this too is your place.

Negative experience: Be cautious of buying older Nintendo cartridges. They sold me counterfeit Nintendo Cartridges for the price of real ones. Always check the back on a Nintendo Cartridges. If the i in Nintendo has a square it is real if it is a circle it is a counterfeit. Pictures below for reference. This is not just for N4 but all Nintendo games

Fantastic experience: We visit this store every time we're in Aurora! The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful! They have a very unique stock of games including reprogrammed cartridges and reproductions of hard to find games. It's always a treat to see what we will find every time we visit. Fantastic experience: Overall the best selection and most friendly service I've ever seen in any game store. At least 90% of my collection is made up of games from Game Force and its still growing. Every time I come in there's always something new or old for me to check out and I shop here pretty often. Great selection of games from NES to newer consoles. Return policy is great and trading games is even better. Usually with GameStop, you'll trade a game in and get like 5 bucks for it. Not at Game Force. You're gonna get a great bang for your buck here, whether trading or buying from any era of gaming.
