Negative experience: TERRIBLE service at this particular store. The staff at the store on 9/4/25 at 4pm were absolutely unhelpful with basic trade in questions. I came in with two consoles to trade in for a new one. First they said they could only do one item at a time and were working on something ahead of me. That’s okay. I asked if I could be next and they said sure, this will take about 30 mins. Come back then we got you. I come back and they BOTH were looking at trade ins and told me I’d have to wait again after assuring me I was okay and my space was held.

Negative experience: Came in to get a refund for a game that was literally cracked in the packaging. The man behind the counter was extremely rude to me . Yelling at me in front of my grandchildren. Would not give me the refund or even an exchange. Do not go to this location at all

Negative experience: I came in tryna replace my headset with the warranty on it and they refuse to replace it because it was snapped.

Fantastic experience: Great Gamestop. Stopped in for a look great staff, great selection of games/collectables, overall great experience. Was visiting from NM and will probably stop in on all my trips from now on

Negative experience: Giving out tickets to get prismatic pokemon cards before the store even opens, and lying about inventory. If you collect pokemon, dont bother coming here.

Negative experience: Do not come here, they will not have the game they tell you they have in stock. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: Guess hours are wrong they close at 8 but the store looks open. Called. The storesaw the guy he ignored me. Wont be coming back

Negative experience: Something strange went on while I was there. I went there with a friend to buy a PS4 controller and noticed a person with a hoodie on walking around the store. It looked like he was pretending to look at items. I thought he might try to rob the store. We bought the controller and walker out. My friend then forgot he needed a cable and walked back in. The person in question was at the register. The women working said it was $70 for his bill. He handed her a few $100 bills. She did not check them and put them under the cash tray. She then handed him $30 in change. He walked out without an item in his hand. We asked about a charging cable and she said it comes in the PS4 controller box. I found out later she lied. I am not sure what went down, but there is something strange happening there.

Negative experience: I bought a warranty on a product and when I attempted to return it they gave me 2 options. 1. Pay for a more expensive replacement or 2. Accept a product worth less than the product I was replacing. Very cool! I got a replacement at target which surprisingly has more fair and moral warranty policies.

Negative experience: The guys are always very very helpful. I hate having to write a negative review. Every time I go in alone and the girl is working she flirts and is extremely nice and helpful. She gave me a ton of freebe pokemon stuff the last time I went in there alone. Every time since I've gone in with my wife she very very rude and unhelpful. Tried to return a game I bought a few days before and even bought the protection warranty. Like I do every time. Had issues with said game. Ended up going to the Salida store and getting my issues solved because she refused to help or talk to my wife. Short girl multi colored hair with glasses. Was trying to upsell borderlands 3 while we were in there just now trying to purchase a controller they had on the wall that she told me they didn't have that the online says they have l very unknowledgeable. Said PS4 controllers were discontinued and no stores have them anymore but she could have one shipped to my house in 4-6 days. I'm currently driving to Walmart on tower to the GameStop that has them on hand. The Walmart has 12 in stock right now. Yep obviously discontinued

Negative experience: I tried to refund my nintendo switch light. I was told they couldn't pull up my warranty with my phone number. I was then told I needed to call customer service to get my warranty Email to me. So I went to the Game stop on 20th street and they pulled up my warranty using my phone number. I felt discriminated against and the guys at the gamestop on 20th street felt I was too

Fantastic experience: My son is so happy that GameStop is in the area. I am too. The staff is helpful and honest. I trust allowing my kids to shop on their own since I haven't a clue what I'm looking for. When I do visit, the staff helpse me make great decisions on games for my kids. Thanks!!
