Fantastic experience: Thien was incredibly helpful and friendly as I was trying to work through some issues with an online order I had for a PS4 console. His clear priority was making sure that I was taken care of and I appreciate his patience through the whole ordeal. There are 3 other gamestop locations within 5-7 miles of here. I will be returning to this location because of my experience with Thien even though it's the farthest from where I live.

Negative experience: Very unsatisfied with the customer service

Positive experience: My niece found a couple things, and I scored a couple reusable gift bags from the clearance rack BOGO for .99 We were waiting in line and the 2 clerks were helping 1 couple at the register; maybe training, maybe a more complicated transaction, I don't know. But when another person walked up one clerk stopped and checked them out right away, although we had clearly been waiting patiently to be helped for about 5 minutes. Bummed me out.

Negative experience: Not a braincell in this store. Tried calling about a preorder release and the little kid who answered the phone told me that customer service had lied to me about their procedures.

Negative experience: This is the second time I went and no greetings, no nothing. Stood in line for the second time for a couple minutes absolutely nothing. Not hold on a second or anything and mind you there was more than 1 employee at the store. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. It does no good to go if you can't even purchase anything.

Fantastic experience: Jason is the man! Couldn't say the same about the Colorado Blvd location, however. I was declined to exchange a faulty device I ordered 4 days prior. Not only did Jason figure out how to get me the new device within a few minutes, but there was also good conversation and great customer service in between.

Fantastic experience: Nikki I believe his name was as per my receipt. Was so helpful and had the best customer service I ever experienced. He went and printed us all the PS4 games. We looking for specific games and on vacation in CO. He made we sure we knew all the deals going on. And of course we took the deals.

Negative experience: absolute garbage shop, gave me a PS5 literally filled with roaches, happy birthday am I right, they don’t even answer their phone.

Positive experience: This is a typical GameStop but obviously smaller being a mall location but the products are hand were plentiful. The only turn-off about today's trip was, the cashiers boyfriend or friend was hanging around and using some not so kid friendly language. This caused us to not look around in depth and just snag up something smaller other than planned. We'll be back but just hope the boyfriend isn't around or we'll just walk on by.

The staff didn't seem too friendly either instead of them encouraging me to purchase a game that I was really interested in they wanted to redirect me this place has gone down definitely would not go back or recommended to anyone I will definitely check back online and on Amazon

I was first in line today and she reassured me that I would receive one. Sure enough the message came through and now I’m a proud owner of the next generation of gaming! Negative experience: Love the people who work in there, but Preordering ANYTHING from this store makes no sense. If you are not having a midnight release... why would I preorder here? They close at 9PM and I was told when I preordered that they would have a midnight release. Called today, "No, this store will not be open tonight for the midnight release." (So you cannot get the game until the next day at 10am)

I like the store, and the prices are on par with other gaming stores. My issue is the size of the store and all the standouts. When it's busy, it is really hard to shop it.
