Negative experience: Store does not exist anymore. :( Area is up for lease.

Negative experience: I had bought a warranty for my gaming controller and they wouldn't give me a new one when mine broke they said that was their new policy that they would only give me a used one that they fixed apparently

Fantastic experience: This is my store, especially since I got my first Amiibo here at GameStop, and this was my first time going to GameStop, the employees are nice and the best prices are better than DD's Discounts, so yeah best store ever, I would love to come here again soon sometime.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone when I call, I try later but no one ever answered my call. One month later still no answer

Positive experience: Small shop so very less stuff compared to others, but a nice place

Negative experience: Hice un pre order, no llego en la fecha indicada, me hicieron ir tres veces me pidieron mi teléfono para informarme y Nunca me llamaron .. llamaba yo y jamás contestaban .. fui una 4ta vez ya a pedir reembolso y fue cuando me dijeron que fuera al game stop del dolphin que allá había 3 .. (dos semanas después )

Negative experience: I walked into the store 3 guys were playing the game I asked about a Nintendo Switch they said they had one refurbished I went over to look at the games and there was a sight that said buy 3 get 2 free at 12:00pm while I’m standing there a big guy comes over and snatches the sight off aggressively he didn’t even say excuse me I was so afraid he was so aggressive managers need to look at the camera he was so rude THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER below is the picture of the store they should be fired I will be posting a video on YouTube about my experience this is horrible

Negative experience: Poor customer service by the short guy with glasses and a brown beard. If I was corporate, I would not want this employee working for me. It was clear that this employee did not want to be there by the way he interacts with customers. His response when I politely declined his offer for a screen-protector/extended warranty? "Whatever, it's your loss." This employee is just bad for business and needs to better his interpersonal communication skills.

Negative experience: Gio the store leader sets a bad example for his employees and cannot open at 10 am on time therefore furthermore looking bad professionally and inconveniencing the customers. Instead he opens 30 minutes late and makes me have to come back after work spending more gas and time.

Negative experience: 03/01/2017 at 7:15 am I went to this store to buy a game that my brother has recently got for him at $13.99 so I ask to one of the staff and he said yes we have it so he went to get it and on the box it was marked down $8.99 so I said wow it's even cheaper and the guy answer me "sorry but I can't sell it to you at that price and I asked why and said ok let ask my manager so he went ask to the manager and off course he mention that I told him that my brother bough it for $13.99 witch still a good price but just for the fact that I felt that they were seeing me the face I told him that not I wasn't gonna buy it because it was marked down at a cheaper price and they didn't care so. I tell you this people are a bunch thief and I don't think is fare that we buy those games for $69.99 when they are release and then they buy it back from you at a almost free to resale them at $39.99 or higher and play with you and their price.
