Fantastic experience: Do you guys buy Pokémon cards ?

Negative experience: GameStop of Bayside Marketplace is a very odd location. It had a very strange aroma to it, that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. GameStop usually has nothing, but I feel like this location is particular had ALMOST LITERALLY nothing. The employees were too busy texting and what not on their phone to even say something as simple as “Hello” or even “How can we assist you?” Overall, I do not recommend this GameStop for anyone in the market for games, or other related items.

Positive experience: Buena tienda aunque no suele tener las mejores ofertas en esa sucursal del Bayside. En otras tiendas GameStop hay muchas más cosas. A esa tienda le falta mercadería.

Fantastic experience: The workers were very helpful

Negative experience: The place always smells like an unflushed toilet, and it looks like it was robbed with all the stuff thrown everywhere. Everytime I go there they always add something to the receipt that I didn't buy. They have the games displayed but never in stock. I need a membership to buy a console for some reason. When I went to buy, a customer said at Walmart the console was 500, and the employee with the dreads said then go to Walmart and stop wasting my time. I liked coming here until they changed the staff, it's look like the new ones don't care about working and actively push away customers with their greedy practices.

Negative experience: Horrible consumer service there talking to me if I'm some home boi on the street. Very rude all I asked was questions for accessories for my system, your staff needs a must need training on communication time of this event was around 4pm yesterday

Positive experience: Had shirts on a rack that said $5. None of them were under $10 and guy at the counter copped an attitude when we said we didn't want some of them. No wonder why GameStop is on its way out. Hadn't been in one in years and don't plan on going back into one.

Negative experience: Each time you get there you see this sign... someone should be fired

Negative experience: Ya no son lo mismo que antes. La tienda estaba vacia de juegos y los precios mas altos de que los consigues en tiendas multinacionales. La tienda tiene aspecto oscuro, no se como explicarlo. No lo recomiendo.

Currently it is 2PM.*

Positive experience: My son loves this place lol. They havr many many gaming items in this little shop. Staff know the products well. It is located un bayside shopping area. Always a good visit to this place because it is by the ocean. If you walk few steps you will usually see the band. Every weekend they play music for donationss from the public. Can have cocktails and beers in any of the restaurants nearby.

Negative experience: Bad company practices and bad customer service. GameStop only allows returns with receipts, which is fine, but if you lost your receipt the stores can’t even look up the receipt using your card. So the only time your receipt is printed is the day of purchase. How is a company not going to allow its employees and customers to look up past purchases and receipts!?

Negative experience: Purchased a pre-owned switch and the people working there didn’t even do a full inspection. The left joy con was busted and didn’t stay in the slot and the stick drift was insane. Couldn’t find the receipt so I tried to return it using my card but you cannot do a return with just the card that you used to pay for it you have to have the receipt. Never going to shop at any game stop anywhere again.
