Negative experience: The store says it closes at 7. I arrive at 6:20 and the employee refuses to open the door because they are “closed” even though there are another 40 minutes left. This is super disrespectful as I had to make far drive to get here and being denied entry looks terrible on the company. DO BETTER!
Negative experience: Do not visit this GameStop anymore they fired the best manager this store has ever had and has completely lost my business over 20 preorders cancelled because of it

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia en GameStop de la 57 Ave y 7 NW. Fui a hacer un trade-in y el empleado me dio información incorrecta. Me dijo que los dispositivos tenían que tener mi cuenta personal activa para poder verificar si funcionaban, lo cual no es cierto y no es un requisito real para evaluar un trade-in. Esto me hizo perder tiempo y generó mucha frustración, porque parecía que no sabía bien el proceso o simplemente no quiso ayudar. La experiencia fue totalmente diferente a otros GameStop donde el procedimiento fue claro y profesional. Lamentablemente, por la desinformación y la falta de apoyo, no recomendaría esta tienda. 02/01/2026
Negative experience: El viernes 30 de enero fui a la tienda por años he comprado ahí pero ayer ala 6:46 pm exactamente está tratrsbajando un muchacho que a la hora de pagar yo escogió un artículo que tenía una etiqueta que costaba $9.99 y cuando fui a pagar me quería cobrar 14 dolares y cuando le dije ese no es el precio su respuesta fue si quieres lo llevas y sino no importa no es la respuesta adecuada porque ese no era el precio que tenía y además es una falta de respeto y en la mala forma estaba conversando con una persona y le costaba trabajo atender espero que entrenen a sus empleados
Negative experience: Hace unas semanas fui a esta tienda buscando cartas pokemon, el Sr que me atendió me dice que solo tenía unas cajas que estaban a la vista pero detrás del front de atención, le pedí si me las podía mostrar para ver si alguna me interesaba y poder comprarla, a lo que el Sr se negó, me dijo que desde donde estaba las podía ver, de hecho me sorprendió tanto su mala actitud que le pregunté que cómo iba a comprar algo si no veía exactamente qué iba a comprar a lo que me replicó que las personas podían agarrar las cajas y salir corriendo, en pocas palabras me trató de ladrón. Lamentablemente personas como ese Sr dañan la imagen de los negocios, por mi parte no vuelvo más nunca a esa tienda.
Negative experience: This , THIS … is the store manager ?! No wonder gamestop is going out of business. He is the worst case of “ i don’t want to work at gamestop but i have no other choice” , pathetic in every sense of the word. He fumbled my sale so bad just because he was unhelpful and with an attitude on top. Multiply that, by god knows how many times with other people and you got yourself a failed store. But i suppose thats the reason he cant work anywhere else and gamestop is failing. Avoid this place 0 out of 10.

The associate I interacted with was condescending and dismissive, making the entire experience uncomfortable. A basic level of respect and professionalism should be expected, especially in retail. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve better.

Negative experience: I went there looking for a cable, at first the store was closed in regular hours. After that guy in the counter opened it with an attitude of " im tired of working but i have to open mandatory" then i asked for the cabled he told me " is in the back side" without looking me in the eyes. After expending like 5 minutes searching i found it and i tried to open the box to confirm theres was the correct cable i didnt know you cannot open it like that because it was sealed. Im not a video game person i was looking the cable as a favor for a friend. That was my fault. But suddenly he screamed at me as if he was the " drama police" EXCUSEEE MEEE YOU CANT DO THAT IF IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT IMMA TAKE THE LOSS. And the seal wasnt even broken. So this is only a reminder if you have an attitude you cannot work as a customer service. Im dissapointed because i believed gamestop would be a friendly experience. Aloha
Negative experience: Be careful here, the "store manager" lies and tell you that GPG (games warranty) are not refundable and that is a lie, he says that is on the receipt, but thats a fat lie.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service by a guy that was there behind the counter that works there. I asked him if they had a product and he told me that he was not clocked in, so basically he’s behind the counter, not clocked in and his mouth does not open till he is getting paid. This is definitely not the person you need as a customer service rep anywhere.

I remember I asked once to see the back of the disk for a game and they didn't even let me see the condition. Sad that this is a retro store it's the same crap every time you go not really worth visiting.

Negative experience: No volveria nunca en mi vida el dependiente deja mucho que desear y la tienda vende los juegos pirateados compran viejos y venden como nuevos y si a ti no te funciona o no te gusta tienes que venderle el nuevo que comprastes como usado en una baratela sin embargo el revendido tiene el mismo que el nuevo que recien comprastes sin haber cumplido ni el plazo de devolucion que es a la semana 7 dias y para devolverlo tiene que llevar un almanaque por que en esa tienda las semanas son de 8 dias para su benificio y no darte devolucion y si logras hacerle enterder que son los 7 dias te devuelve un credito para que oblogatoriamente tengas volver a comprar con ellos sin tener el deseo ni la intencion de hacerlo y para la compra son abiertos a identificaciones vencidas pero para cuando vas a devolver por que no sirve te miran hasta lo mas minimo pero es para no hacerlo.

There are plenty of items for sale, clearance, and events throughout the year. Store manager, Joel, is always a treat to speak with his great customer service skills. Parking has become an issue due to the bank next door opening open and other businesses nearby.

Negative experience: This is the worse store ever! I went to this store with my 6 years old son. And the lady in charge of the store was very rude and nasty her name is Noemi. Every time we ask for help about a game she respond with a very bad actitud and reminding us every minute how many time we will have until the store close. I understand that sometimes we want to go home as soon as we close but we are customers and we are paying for our games we are not stilling. It seems that she is not interested in selling. Taking in consideration that each child that enters the store buys at least two games, as it was our case.

Negative experience: Getting there a couple of minutes before they are closing, I wanted just to ASK a question. The employee from far was continually kept asking me to leave. He (the employee) didn't even bother looking to my phone to see what it was. The employee just kept saying "I don't know what it is".
