Negative experience: Kept calling yesterday 12/30/22 as to no one was answering. Drove all the way to the store from another game stop. Just to get told no they didn’t have something. The Man with glasses was just literally standing there doing nothing and I thought to myself well this is why he’s not answering the phone. My question could have been answered by phone. I had to drive far just to get told no they don’t have it.

Fantastic experience: Not a long wait compared to other stores. I can usually go in and out fairly quick and the guys and girls that work there are always very nice and helpful.

Negative experience: They close before the actually closing time. We arrived at least 5 minutes before closing and everything was closed already. They should change the closing time if they want to close earlier then the closing time posted outside the store.

Negative experience: Made an online order, but it took 2 reorders for Gamestop to get it correct and delivered. The same day delivery sounds nice, but the level of confusion and inconsistency leads to greater frustration than it's worth. When Gamestop sent an automated email to review, they rejected my review. Such action and request for review adds insult to an already poor experience. Only gets an extra start for finally delivering from another Gamestop branch the product that works great...

The manager Arnold was very welcoming and very helpful when other stores did not want to help. I have been a GameStop customer and member for years and I never been given that service as a first time shopper at any store. I have stores that are closer to my house but I will go out of my way to go to this store. They instantly won a New Customer. At the end of the day, it's all about CUSTOMER SERVICR. 6 s.

Le hizo seña mi hijo chico y le cerraron del todo la persiana en la cara. Una total vergüenza. La verdad pasaré por best Buy u otro game stop, porque la verdad que cierran antes y encima unos mal educados. Sino son los dueños, que ellos vean lo que hacen sus empleados. Muy poco serio. Una venta de U$S 400 pérdida y no regreso más.

Negative experience: Gamestop in general is a scam, the whole company is built around stealing your money. I called today to ask if they did repairs for Nintendo switch controllers because my left joy-con had a drift they said "no". then they told me that I could turn in both of the controllers and pay 70$ instead of 90$ for a pair of new ones. I went and found out that there are hundreds of other stores selling Nintendo switch joycons for 70$ a pair. Just one of my controllers didn't work and these people want me to pay 70$ to get a whole new pair. for that i'd rather buy a new pair. Don't go here, find online dealers for much cheaper more profitable prices.
