Frank was super helpful and even made sure that all the Moza stuff I was buying was compatible with my basic current setup. Positive experience: El lugar muy bueno, pero la atención poco profesional / comercial.. Fuimos con la idea de obtener un par de precios, con intención de comenzar un trabajo en conjunto de compra / venta y nos mandaron a revisar el website y muy poco interés en el tiempo que pasamos dentro, aún informandoles que compraríamos de 15/20 unidades de varios productos prácticamente mensualmente .. Luego fuimos a un cuarto donde nos dejaron pasar, había un simulador y nos sentamos para iniciar una prueba (de no más de 5 minutos) y nos vinieron a apagar el equipo diciendo que es solamente para alquiler (siendo que eran las 10.30am de un viernes) totalmente vacío sin gente en el lugar... Hay formas y formas, fue poco profesional.

I’m unable to adjust the tension of my brake pedals. Ricmotech says they will get it fixed asap. I can’t wait to hear back from them. The pedals are really nice and way better than the T3pa set. Fantastic experience: I ordered the hard mount plate for my T150. It looks like it should function as hoped and is a sturdier piece than I imagined. I do not currently have a cockpit so I have not used it yet, but I wanted a hard-mount option. I probably should have waited until I actually needed a hard mount option in hindsight, but I am happy to have it.

Positive experience: I ordered a Thrustmaster T300 RS online but did not realize it was out of stock. I emailed Ricmotech about availability, they emailed me back within 24 hours and told me exactly what I needed. I also asked to cancel my order and get a refund. Frank Rico was very nice and understanding. I got a partial refund no questions asked. Partial refund as in, I payed extra for shipping and to fully test the wheel before it ships to me (not refunded that money). I rated 4 starts because available is not clearly marked. Great customer service from my experience. I am still willing to buy products from Ricmotech, if its in stock.
