Fantastic experience: This location is my favorite to visit despite how far it is from my house. Last time I was here the team working were extremely funny and we had great conversations!!! They also helped me with pokemon cards for my little brother, they're really such great help.

Negative experience: Went to the store, employee helped me order a game on December 15th, never received. Paid cash and no one will get back to me. They just tell me it got lost in the mail. No help, no resolution. Contacted 4 times now. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Negative experience: It's incredible in this place if you don't pay, you can't see the item you're looking for. It's like you're going to grab the equipment (Ps) and run away. I do not recommend this place, they treat you as if you were a criminal.

Fantastic experience: Even though I had some gamestops near me, I prefer this GameStop that is a little further. Always helpful staff. I was having some issues with a purchase and Tiffani was extremely patient, knowledgeable, allowed me the space and time I needed to get things in order.

Fantastic experience: It was nice to toy hunt and find something I didn't know I needed. Wolverine 2 pack from marvel legends! Felt nice to pay for something without shipping! Neat and organized, helpful staff plus ready to bring awareness to games an new releases based on your conversation.

Fantastic experience: This one is my favorite one to go to since they display their Retro games and they bring in more old games every time I come in that people trade in everything else is pretty good love the employees I wish all game stops show their retro games instead of hiding them in the back this is the only one out of 4 I visited that have these displays BRING THEM BACK!!!

Negative experience: Had the worst sevice in this store. Instead of apologizing that so called manager and associate mocked me and insist that the price did come out correctly. I want to return the item that i just purchased 10 minutes ago but they refused to refund and i was treated horribly. I told the so called manager i felt so threatened and that i would like to call the police She start slamming stuff and even teased me to call the police.

I beg gamestop to pay her more because shes a rockstar! She also has a great knowledge of all the products in stock! Always buy from a true gamer!

Negative experience: Pre-ordered a game a week before release. I arrived to pick it up at 3pm day of release. . . They didn't have it. Told me to come back at 6pm. Killed some time in the mall till 6pm . . . Still didn't have it. Asked the guy at the counter when they would get it. He said 8pm and they close at 9pm. His words not mine. If you visit this mall regularly, you should know where this is going. I arrive at the mall again at 8:10pm. Mall is closed! This is ridiculous. I had my doubts about even pre-ordering the game there to begin with and I'll be sure not to make that mistake again in the future. I'm gonna give the guy the benefit of the doubt and assume he doesn't know when the mall closes. It's the managers fault for not hiring people that don't know when their store closes. Now im home enjoying the game i shouldve just downloaded from the start. Thanks Gamestop, thanks for wasting my day.

I had visited the GameStop in Miramar twice today and both visits were a waste of time. I drove to this location and it was handled successfully. This all be the location I go to from now on!

Fantastic experience: These people dont get paid enough to do what they do here. Amongst all the loud kids, the parents who are oblivious to games, what to get, etc, these employees are always there meeting your needs and then when you play your cards right they are even better and friendlier and offer preorders/upcoming things/deals, and more. They deal with a lot and almost every time im there i get a smiling face at the register and a ton of help. I frequent this gamestop in the mall a lot and I dont think that i could ever be upset with anyone thats ever worked there.

Negative experience: Had a system in stock that I wanted. The assistant store manager wouldn’t sell it to me because the night before she promised it to someone. Not my issue. It isn’t payed for and it isn’t policy to hold stuff. Also joined the pro program they’re always shilling to be able to buy the system and it didn’t matter. I’m out money and time.

Ended up reserving a game, went in yesterday to pick it up. Alex working again, and a great help, definitely will be going back to this location over the other ones in the area

Positive experience: Prices on PS4 games were not bad.

Negative experience: I called to check if they had ps4 controllers which they didnt. But while trying to call they proceeded to put me on hold for over 40 minutes. It also seems like they completely forgot i was on hold as when they picked up they said "wait someone was calling?". Im sure its not they're fault entirely but still wasted my time.

Positive experience: It's a pretty good GameStop! It's small and compact bit built to be easy to walk through and very clean! Customer service was good and attentive! Inventory was a little but not astronomically so, there was still plenty for everyone! Some of the deals and prices could've been better though, that much I'll admit. No problems other than those!

Positive experience: Oddly enough I don't shop here for the games. I shop here for the Funkos. In store they have a small selection of funkos but we pre-order funkos from gamestop to pick up here. Jon, the manager is super cool. He keeps us up to date with new pre-orders and new funkos coming soon. Our new gamestop employee friend is Jerry. He recently helped me get two pre-orders faster. He did some magic and we got our funkos in 2 days delivered to the house! We had them pre-ordered for several months with no pickup date in sight. They don't get 5 stars because I wish they had a better in-store funko stash.

Negative experience: GameStop is an artifact of a different time, before the Cloud made getting games simple and quick. Games are still overpriced, whether new or used, and the merch is just sparse. The staff is the reason I give this place any stars. Sorry, GameStop. I loved you once.
