I took my PS3 for service...needless to say all other places I went to denied the business to look at my PS3, but Ren didn't and assured me he will help me out. Fantastic experience: On Saturday, I took my son to get his PS5 repaired, and I have to say this company is one of the best. I had gone to another place first, and they tried to overcharge me. When I called this company instead, the experience was completely different. The technician was fast, respectful, and professional. He not only fixed the issue quickly but also took the time to educate my son about the product and how to properly care for it. His knowledge and expertise really stood out, and that made the experience even better.

Fantastic experience: I personally would reccomend this service to anyone with a retro console. I came in with my PSP and I was able to tell him what I needed done on the PSP. He made some suggestions and we came up to a final price and for what I paid for, it was exactly what I needed and I appreciate that! He didn't try to make me pay for something I didn't need and he was very honest and didn't try to upcharge me which he personally has my respect for. I also liked the fact that he got it done in speedy time, I told him what time I finished work and he had it done way faster than I expected.

Negative experience: I asked for an estimate on a cleaning and he said cleaning is not the issue but he is sure he knows what's wrong. I asked what that might be and they didn't want to tell me. Not telling me what the issue is and not wanting to do a cleaning seemed weird. Needless to say I cleaned the AV cable port and now the console runs perfectly fine like I knew it would from a cleaning. Saved $100

Fantastic experience: Took time before I wrote this review. My ps5 blew some fuses in the board and was not booting to update. I dropped it off Saturday and got it back Monday. My ps5 was a little laggy before too. He cleaned it, replaced liquid thermal on processor and changed the fuses. My ps5 has been working amazing and runs a lot smoother. Almost like when I first got it. He also gave me a range of repair cost and was a little cheaper when I went to pay for the repair. Definitely recommend! When I was there a couple drive from key west jsut to get their console repaired by him.

The same day I left it with the owner, he gave me a call - letting me know what he found and how much it would be. Got the console back the next day and it is whisper quiet. Negative experience: I found this place on google and was impressed by all the positive reviews. The owner seemed honest at first - he explained the common issues Play Station 3 consoles have had and the past and still do today. I told him my PS3 needed a cleaning because it was shutting off by itself. I left the console with him, and after 4 days he showed me some pictures of what he found inside - apparently sings of previous repair work. He changed me $75 for a full cleaning service, including the lens. When I got home and tested it the console , it worked for a couple minutes . Then started making a loud noise like a vacuum cleaner. I went back to the shop to let him know, and he told me the console might need a new chip or a reflow to fix the noise issue . I agreed and left the PS3 with him again . That is when the problems began - no calls no updates . A week passed, then a second week, and still nothing. Today October 27 it’s been 3 weeks in total . I decided to stop by the shop in person. The door was locked , so I waited a few minutes until the owner came back. When I asked what was going on, he responded with attitude , saying he would just give me my console back and refund half of what I paid to “call it even”. After waiting 3 weeks without a single update, that’s not how a business should treat a customer. If he didn’t want to deal with my PS3 , he could have been upfront about it instead of keeping me waiting for weeks. On top of that, there was no apology for the delay of the inconvenience . In conclusion : I can not recommend this place bese on my experience. Poor communication , lack of professionalism , and no accountability

Fantastic experience: Took my ps5 to another shop which charged me a fee to diagnose. They told me they had to send it out to get fixed and I’d have it back in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later I get a call saying they weren’t able to fix it and the fee I paid was non refundable. I brought it here for a second opinion and it was fixed the next day. I highly recommend this place, super transparent, honest, friendly and they know their stuff.
