Negative experience: Has a weird smell‍♂️

Negative experience: Please do something about the smell in here. It makes me not ever wanna come I want to get video games, but I don’t want to come to smell the mildew in the store. I just end up going to target and getting my games from now on. I want to be able to have a pleasant experience and I can’t because I’m concentrating on the Oder in the store.

Fantastic experience: I take my kids here every week! The employee's at this location are very professional and informative

Positive experience: The shopkeep was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about the games. However, as soon as I walked in I was BOMBARDED by the smell of mold?? It smelled awful and I could see it on the vents. I feel bad for the people working there.

Went to another store in the area and was let down due to them not having a what I was looking for ( digital card, used, new) of a pretty new game. I visited this store and was so happy to see the organized selection and a much better kept store. Highly recommend this one.

Negative experience: Apparently this is the ONLY location that does Not price match on Pokemon cards for Pro Members. was in the neighborhood visiting family, had to stop in at the Publix in the same plaza and saw the store and thought, "sure let me stop in and grab a few packs"... showed the employee the Best Buy website & his reply was " We don't price match Anything pokemon at this location." I said ok & left...

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. The girl in there was trying to tell me that the Xbox was $500 and I was like no I just bought it for $3.99 and she's like no it's not that much and I literally had to show her online that I bought it for $399. And she kept telling me will the Xbox is doing a special and I was like no I said I looked this up about a year ago it was the same price. And then she started dictating me about stuff and I'm like whatever I said I don't need to buy anything have a good day

Negative experience: Guy I spoke to was very nice. The woman was very rude and disrespectful. Made me literally just walk out and leave. Idk if I ever even want to go back to best buy after that. I’d rather just buy stuff online than take attitude for no reason.

Positive experience: Visited this location with my family, the customer service was exceptional. The Associate gave us different suggestions, she was friendly, and very polite. The only thing I didn't like was the molded/mildew smell within the building. The smell was so strong I'm sure that's very unhealthy.

Fantastic experience: Griffin (I think that was his name) was very helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to help me, great service

Negative experience: The guy put up a sign that says be back in 15 minutes. I’ve been waiting for one hour

Fantastic experience: Pretty good GameStop store. It was quite spacious, well-organized, and friendly professional who greeted me when I walked in. Took a look at the inventory and the prices and didn't buy anything. I always get a satisfying feeling looking at video game boxes, so stopping by GameStop helped me with that.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for friendly and knowledgeable individuals to assist you in finding the perfect game for you this is the Gamestop for you. I would advise you not to go to the Gamestop at Tower Shops due to very poor customer service.

Negative experience: i usually have a great experience in other Gamestops but the service there is absolutely lousy. After the experience I had with the rudest manager. his name is Hadees. I've never felt so racially profiled in my life like I've experienced with the store manager Hadees. He was really rude to me and my children. He actually made one of my kids cry. I cant believe the level of unprofessionalism being displayed by this manager and because of that will never do business with you guys again.

Negative experience: Today I stopped at this GameStop to purchase 2 separate roblox cards One for my son one for my nephews birthday I originally wanted to get the cards with $20 on each the associate then informs me that they only have the $25 cards available I said ok fine. After ringing me up he gives my wife a paper receipt and state that the codes are on the receipt. So I go back in the store because we wanted the physical card to give to my nephew being that it was one of his gifts, the associate and I’m guessing the manager is there and they’re like they can’t help me I’m unable to get my money back and just very unwilling to help after a mistake was made on their part. I wouldn’t recommend this location

Fantastic experience: Best game stop i have ever went to the employees are friendly they do need toget more funko pops tho lol Everyone is very helpful and most of them greet every child that comes in there they're always willing to help someone you're not there just to make us feel it seems that they're there because they like what they do I always find the Funko pops and looking for if I don't I can pre-order they are on top of that pre order status

Negative experience: Bought two gift cards could not use them took them back and they would not give me my money back with the receipt gift cards weren't even scratched took them back in less than half an hour they told me no sorry can't accept them back every place else gives you your money back for gift cards not GameStop.

Negative experience: It used to be my favorite local GameStop, but the service is absolutely horrible now. I miss some of the friendly employees that used to be there.

Negative experience: This GameStop use to be a cool place to chill and have conversations in regards to certain games, I understand that the pandemic changed things but it doesn't mean being rude and unprofessional is ok, My last 2 visits was were anything but pleasurable, met some new guy there who's super rude when questions were asked in regards to the new console release, he even began to emphasize on how he's not a gamer and that it was his children who played games and that he was just here to make a buck, regardless of what he had gone through throughout the day doesn't make it okay to be rude to paying customers or random customers just for asking questions, not sure if I'll be returning to this GameStop again, the sad part is that this is my home GameStop, smdh thank you Trey and Merie for making it a great experience but the new guy... Learn how how to control your frustrations

Negative experience: Very Very Upset. I purchased 6 games and next day had to return. Now Prior to Purchasing I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF COULD RETURN OF NOT CORRECT AND WAS TOLD "ABSOLUTELY"!!! NEXT DAY SAME 2 EMPLOYEES WERE THERE REMEMBERED ME SAYS NOT TAKING RETURNS CURRENTLY. OK I WAS A LITTLE PERTURBED BY THAT. THEN PROMISED THAT AS SOON AS CURRENT circumstances change will take return. I have numerous times sent messages to CORPORATE thru DM NO ANSWER IN VERIFICATION. I AM DISABLED AND WILL NOT ALLOW to be Taken advantage of. PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE I TAKE NEXT COURSE OF ACTION REQUIRED.

Positive experience: I came here looking for a specific game and was told that the game was not in stock the salesman checked for me and ended up finding the game unfortunately the game costed too much for me so I asked him if he had another game in stock he did not I asked him if he had an HDMI cable for the Nintendo switch to connect to my television which he replied "any hdmi wouldn work" when I told him which HDMI I needed he then realized he was wrong GameStop needs to train their employees on speaking to customers the right way nothing against the nice gentleman behind the counter but he does need some customer service training.

The staff remember you and if you are looking for something, they keep an eye out and will call you as soon as it comes in. I was looking for a rare game and after I had given up hope, they called and said they just recieved it! I couldn't believe they found it and remembered me!

Fantastic experience: I just recently visited this GameStop on 3/13/ 2018 a customer service Personnel by the name of Mary really made me feel very welcomed in the store see I was looking for a game my daughter really wanted and I couldn't find it at any GameStop down here in ft. Lauderdale so I was told by another store that Boca had the game and that I can drive there to purchase it so I called GameStop and go put which they did have the game I ask the customer person out there can I have it shipped to another store I was told yes I can that same day I go into the plantation game stop and met Mary who took her time and called the Boca store remind you the store was busy at the time and she was still able to handle me and another customer when it's all written and done she had my game shipped to that store she didn't tell me the store was busy, she didn't tell me I'll do it after I leave, she did it right then and there in my face I really appreciate your time and patience thank you Mary.....
